Best Vinyl Window Installation And Replacement… in Phoenix AZ

My dog had ran into our original to the house (1956) arcadia door. From the absolute beginning of the call to Az Window, scheduling our first appointment to the final installation, we always felt like we were dealing with family. They took care of us, with absolutely professional/personable attitudes. The initial appointment, with Brandon, brought an sample of their materials. He explained to us that the parts/supplies needed were all in high demand (due to Covid) and had given us an cost estimate as well as a time estimate. We had a couple companies come out to give estimates. But we felt that Az Window And door offered more. The installers Adrian and Manny, the were absolutely awesome! They humored my husband with letting him watch, and help when he could. HATS OFF GUYS!!!!

Renovations are my least favorite part of home ownership simply because you have no clue who you're inviting into your home. These guys were all super nice and did an excellent job on our new windows.

Dwayne was very professional, friendly, and communicative. Very fair rates and a great job in replacing a broken window that we had.

Can I give J&K Windows 10 stars?    They were simply amazing and had great pricing too.   I cannot believe my luck finding Darin!    We had a super tough job.   We purchased a foreclosure and the entire back of my house was a wreck.   The windows were installed improperly and two would not even open.   The stucco patch work was just wrong and a terrible eyesore.    Darin and his crew came out and did such a great job.  Now I am so proud of my home instead of embarrassed by the mess the previous owners made.   If you need windows or doors, call Darin I know you will be as happy as I am with the process and the results!    Thanks a million Darin, we could not be more happy or grateful with the effort you put forth for us.

These guys are quick and friendly! I called several people first that were very rude and seemed to have no idea what I was needing but these guys immediately understood and were ready to help. The customer service and technicians were both outstanding. They fixed my back sliding glass door and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Both the measurement and installation appointments were on time. Technicians were polite and courteous and the job was completed on time and on budget. I work for a very successful and customer service oriented contractor so I know how to deliver good service. AZ Xtreme did not disappoint.

Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We replaced the windows in our whole house last year and have been totally pleased with their performance and quality.  Today we had the last remodel window installed by Ricardo and Derrick with American Vision.  What courteous, professional, and accomodating gentlemen they were!  Our framers did not properly prepare the opening and these guys never batted an eye.  Went ahead, fixed the probblem, installed the window, and replaced a screen on our slider, too.  We have never had better windows or service from a contractor.  Thank you.

Not all the plugs were not included with the door and I have not been able to get the plugs. I do not feel the door is completely installed though it has been completely paid for.

Highly recommended. Hired them to do some remodeling.  Upgraded my carpet flooring to tile. Also had some drywall repairs with new paint.  They were in time, clean and I didn't feel robbed. Very honest contractor who does quality work.  Highly recommended

Super impressed with Tracer Windows & Door.  I needed my front door replaced and they offered a very reasonable price.  Chris, came out to my home the very next day and did a full in home consolation.   The door arrived 2 weeks sooner then expected.  The installation crew was amazing!!!  The attention to details, timelines and overall experience was amazing.

Oh my gosh, Rick Lewis, owner of Prescott Window and Door and his crew we met who did the work (Scott, Mike, Tom and the others) they are outstanding. Such attention to detail, excellent workmanship, very courteous and so on and so on and so on. Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

Ryan came out and gave us a fair quote and delivered on everything he promised. On day of installation we definitely got Window Worlds A Team who was lead by Jesus.  Jesus and his team were professional and made sure to keep everything clean the job they did was A+.

Being in the military I take pride in my work and I can see the level of professionalism in  Window World, Ryan and Jesus!
