Best Sliding Glass Door Installation And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

My dog had ran into our original to the house (1956) arcadia door. From the absolute beginning of the call to Az Window, scheduling our first appointment to the final installation, we always felt like we were dealing with family. They took care of us, with absolutely professional/personable attitudes. The initial appointment, with Brandon, brought an sample of their materials. He explained to us that the parts/supplies needed were all in high demand (due to Covid) and had given us an cost estimate as well as a time estimate. We had a couple companies come out to give estimates. But we felt that Az Window And door offered more. The installers Adrian and Manny, the were absolutely awesome! They humored my husband with letting him watch, and help when he could. HATS OFF GUYS!!!!

Got my new doors installed and they are gorgeous, the installers were great, as they worked they cleaned up and made sure things were working and looking good before they left I will recommend them and use them again!

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! It's been about 6 months since we had five windows and and two sliding doors installed by Desert King. We couldn't be happier! They were referred to us by some friends  that had used them twice before. From the first meeting at our home, to talk about the products they offer, to the installation, they have been complete pros. The sales rep was supper helpful and not pushy. The installation installers were respectful and did a great job.  We still need to have the front half of our homes windows replaced and we will be calling Desert King again.

NO NEED TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!!.  Garcia's provided me with old fashion service that seems very hard to find these days.  I had returned from a vacation to find my bedroom window shattered.  The glass had not fallen out but was all cracked. After reading all the reviews on Yelp I contacted Mark Garcia in the evening. He promptly returned my call within an hour  and scheduled me before his first appointment the following morning..for 5:30 a.m.. He measured for the new glass, removed all the broken glass (dual pane window) and taped the window that was still ok and ordered the new glass.  3 days late when the new glass came in he returned and completed the job.  

Garcia's definitely deserves a 5 star rating.  You will not be unhappy with Garcia's customer service or results of their labor.

We had nine new windows installed yesterday and I couldn't be happier.  I'll admit I'm a very particular consumer which is what I told Tony the K&J sales rep when he arrived at my home.  I stressed that I didn't want any of the original brick surrounding the windows chipped or broken when the old crank out windows were removed.  I knew this was possible since I had replaced three windows myself without damage a few years ago.  I knew how much work it would be to remove and install nine and I wanted it done before the holidays.  K&J Windows was the right choice.
Tony was very helpful navigating through the choices available and explained the pro's and con's of various products.  After just an hour or so, I made my selections.  I was given a date to expect delivery and installation and much to my surprise, the crew showed up at 8:00am as expected with all the windows loaded on their trailer.  One of crew immediately began removing the old windows while the other two began placing the new windows in the right places.  
Before I knew it, the windows were installed, the guys cleaned up after themselves and loaded all the old windows onto the trailer for disposal.  They even went as far as to caulk around the outside of the windows I installed but I never finished the task.  All I had to do was ask and without hesitation it was done.
One huge difference my family noticed to our home which we hadn't thought of was how quiet our neighborhood suddenly became!  I can't get over the difference.  Secondly, we turned the furnace off while the crew was here and forgot to turn it on when we went to bed.  We slept comfortably all night and didn't even turn the heat on this morning.  All that hype about energy efficient windows being a good investment apparently isn't hype after all.
K&J Windows is the real deal.  It's not often that I would take the time to right a review like this for a company I may never need again.  I've written this in part for the consumers who are looking for a company that delivers without compromise.  Give Tony at K&J a call.  You won't regret it.

These guys are quick and friendly! I called several people first that were very rude and seemed to have no idea what I was needing but these guys immediately understood and were ready to help. The customer service and technicians were both outstanding. They fixed my back sliding glass door and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

These guys are wonderful! Cheryl was willing to work with me and talk things through and was very clear in her communication always. Their prices are absolutely fair, they have a show room, and I think that they are a very reliable,conscientious company.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

The installer, Conrad, is amazing. He is experienced and has mastered his craft. I highly recommend Southwest door and Sash!

Awesome work on a difficult job replacing 50 year old steel frame windows set in brick. Joe and his team did it right the first time, they were able to save the original tile on the sills due to their care and diligence. Good people who take care to do high quality work, cleaned up everything well as they went.  We scored to have them do this job!

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, Rick Lewis, owner of Prescott Window and Door and his crew we met who did the work (Scott, Mike, Tom and the others) they are outstanding. Such attention to detail, excellent workmanship, very courteous and so on and so on and so on. I can't say enough good things about this crew and this company.  They make sure the entire job is done with perfection and pride and its evident they know what they are doing.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

Tim and his assistant knocked ot outa the park they got all 10 windows and my Arcadia door done in one day and I have a house built in the 40's so not the easiest to work with. They worked from 8am to almost 7pm straight. I would deff use them and recommend them
