Best Sliding Glass Door Install… in Phoenix AZ

5 Month Review. My wife and I purchased a Sliding Glass door from the company last year (Thanks Dan). We got it installed in late October by Patrick Price, who was nice enough to come out on a Saturday. The installation went smoothly and they made sure to put in the trim on both the outside and inside of the house. Trim has been flush so far and the sliding glass door works perfectly.

The most amazing part was the dimensions of the opening are custom and Dan made sure to note that during our initial consultation. Our neighbor had an issue with his sliding door when they had to amend the dimensions on the material. Long story short, the seal of the sliding glass door is perfect.

I wish I could give 6 stars. You definitely get your money's worth and nowadays, it is important to make the proper investments for your home.

These guys did a perfect job on my window screens! Everything went perfectly as planned. The came out, gave me an estimate, scheduled the insulation and Kyle explained things (like taking off the old screens 1st or it will not look right) before he installed them. Thanks guys for doing a GREAT job!

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

Had them repair a leaky window after the storms last week in Scottsdale. Very professional, great customer service: from taking my call, promptly responding and right on time for the repair. Definitely recommend them

Had to have one of my largest window replaced.  They broke my drywall trying to push the previous window back where it should be.  It took them 6 months or more to finally replace the window and then said that they would get someone out to repair the drywall.  It's been a year and I haven't heard anything.  I have called until I'm blue in the face.  I have texted Johnny repeatedly.  I even had a long conversation with one of the owners and he apologized and promised that they would get right on it.  I don't like giving bad reviews but their follow up sucks and a year later I'm still looking at broken drywall.

Very friendly and easy to talk to. The first time I used him, he only changed appointment one time. During transition from selling to buying homes had to call again. He asked for the address unfortunately never showed up and didn't return text messages.

I found K&J via Yelp... and gave them a call. Everyone was VERY helpful & knowledgeable, helping me select the right products for my application, and the install team were very hard working and accommodating - as I have two LARGE dogs that needed to be rotated around as they worked from room to room.. They also took the time to run over the features with me, and did a great job of cleaning up when done. The windows look AWESOME. Highly recommended!

I'm super happy about my service with Apodaca's. They were able to get someone out quickly to measure and we got the estimate back like a day later too. Had 4 dual pane windows replaced. Everyone is very professional and friendly, I will keep going to Apodacas for my window repairs and replacements. Pricing was good and so was the speed of all the repairs and service.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I had these guys out to install shower glass and they only used silicon around the whole glass panel, no hardware was used and I even explained to Nicky that safety should come before looks and hardware should be used! Nicky basically told me I was an idiot and he knew all the codes and laws for my area and that silicon would be just fine. Wouldn't you know it about 3 days later my grandma slipped and fell right into the glass and boom the whole panel fell and shattered everywhere, I contacted Nicky and all he did was block me! Very very disappointed with this company, filed a complaint with the BBB and everything, please steer clear of them and spend your money elsewhere!

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We had been looking to replace our windows for about a year and no one we got bids from made us feel like it was the right decision. I found American Vision Windows through many hours of web searches. Every where I looked they came up with positive reviews and Anlin windows are amazing for replacements.
My husband talked to Elias and he listened to his story and concerns. He wanted nothing more than a bottom line price without negotiating back and forth numerous times to get the real price. My husband had all the measurements and simply emailed them to Elias and within 24 hours we had a price back that was several thousand dollars less than the very best price of the other guy!
Elias went over all the features of the product and what to expect from start to finish. He was accurate on all the time lines and was a wonderful salesman to work with.
When we finish our remodel we will be using American Vision Windows as well.
Our windows were set up to install about 3 weeks later and the crew of Ivan Garcia, Josh Blackwater, Yoddiel Garcia, and Martin Grijalva showed up right on time and covered everything and cleaned up as they went. They were very polite and efficient  and kept us informed of the progress. Later in the day another young man Geon showed up to help for awhile and made sure to find us and introduce himself. He also worked very hard and let me know when he left.
We had a small set back when 2 of the windows did not fit, Ivan told me right away and let me know he had called the office and the installer would be back first thing the next day. They finished up and left my clean.
The installer Vince Simplicio showed up the next morning even earlier than expected as he was very concerned about the mismeasure, he had been very thorough when he was out originally and could not understand what happened. The 2 windows were sliders with a half circle above and somehow in the manufacturing process they were not made correctly. Vince re measured again and he has had them reordered and we expect them to be installed in the next few weeks.
All in all everyone we have come in contact with has been very polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to any one wanting high quality window replacement at a fair price with a great team to work with.

I live in Sun City, our old windows were a mess,when we bought our home. We found a local small business in Sun City that did an excellent job! I do recommend them. I'm now looking forward to purchasing a New front door from them. The staff is excellant.

My window job was small, (4 windows) but I am very pleased with  the quality, professional workmanship, and overall install experience.  Joseph and his crew were polite, knowledgeable, neat inside and outside my home. They were conscientious on all issues. I recommend this contractor!

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.

We just had all of our windows replaced and Chris and team where absolutely wonderful!  From first visit to installation, we have no complaints whatsoever.  Great communication.  Love the windows, price was reasonable and installation was smooth and timely.  They were professional, clean, left no messes at all and pleasant to have around the house.  They made sure to answer all questions and to show us everything about our new windows with the assurance that if we needed anything to give them a call.  Definitely recommend this company!  Thank you!!!

Want to fix a broken window in a timely way? If so, go elsewhere. Called to fix this window. Came for estimate pretty quickly; that was the good part. Getting this done is a joke but not funny. First, the estimate given was half the real price they charged. We paid close to $100 more than was necessary. Then the stories; we have a big job, we;ll try to fit you in but there are priorities in front of you. So now you pay top $ + and have to beg for installation.They took a deposit and got lost. I told them to return deposit or give a firm installation date. We finally got this installation. An awful lot of aggravation and really Fric & Fac service. Don't call these people ever. Especially if its raining.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
