The sales rep,George Spelius, was excellent.  He arrived on time and very knowledgeable about the products.
I was able to view samples, which helped in my understanding.  George was very personable and easy to talk to.  I have no doubt that I will love my new windows.

I got quotes from 4 companies and the K & J quote was the best by far. In fact, at first I thought there had to be a mistake.  Cody took the time to come back over to walk me through every detail and showed me where the other companies were assuming upgrades for me that I didn't want or need.  I appreciate Cody's no nonsense, cut to the chase approach. It took me few months to pull the trigger.  Cody kept himself top of mind in my emails, but was never pushy or over the top..for that I'm grateful.  He came back over AGAIN to refresh my understanding on everything and it was a go.  The next guy in the process was the dude who came for final measurements.  I don't remember his name, but he was courteous and ALSO took the time to make sure my expectations were in line.  The wait for the product wasn't too bad and then came the day of installation. So, by this time, I'm working from home due to Covid & I'm stressing because I'm imagining that its going to loud and dusty and distracting.  Boy, was I wrong.  They installed every window in my house and 3 sliders in a matter of one day. Nick and the guys (Solo, Carlos, Scott & Gary) we so professional and efficient.  With my headphones on working, I hardly knew there were there until they got to my office window, and there seemed to be no mess during the process and they left my house cleaner than when they started!  Nick walked me through every room and we tested and discussed each window before heading out.  Guys, can I just say, my windows are beautiful compared!  I had no idea what i was missing with those old 1980's windows.  These block out the sound and the heat.  Total upgrade.  The only thing they could improve would be to provide ACH payment online.  Otherwise...solid products & service. We had a sliding glass door panel replaced this morning. The technicians were super friendly and moved quickly and efficiently. Steve set up an appointment time for me and was able to give me exact pricing for the project ahead of time so I knew what to expect. After doing some research and reading online reviews, I called Desert King to set up an appointment for a quote. They dispatched a salesperson (Jim P.) within 48 hours to my home. Jim arrived promptly and was incredibly friendly and professional--without being pushy, which is huge for me when dealing with contractors. He was super informative, answered the incredible amount of questions I had with ease and patience, explained the products, options and pricing thoroughly, as well as the installation process and timelines.

I signed up to have 9 windows and a sliding glass door installed. They offer lifetime warranties on the glass and installation, which are transferrable to a new owner if you sell your home within ten years of installation. I haven't seen that kind of warranty with any other company I've researched. They also do not require a deposit.

My windows arrived within the 4-6 week window as quoted and installation was scheduled. There was a little mixup with the install dates but that was the only small hiccup.

The install crew of David and Chris was excellent!!! They were very professional, personable and friendly - and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. They worked nonstop and did an excellent job. They even handled my dogs barking at them well (which had to be annoying). Part of the install required them to cut into tile in my kitchen and guest bath; I was expecting to have to repair the tile but they did such a close cut that there was none to be done! Because I opted to replace the frames as well which required cutting into drywall and stucco, I was also expecting to have to do much more paint touch ups than it turns out I'll have to. High-fives to both David and Chris!

I knew my old windows were bad, but I didn't realize how bad until I saw the difference with the Amerimax. I absolutely love my new windows! The quality is outstanding. The view is now super crisp and clear (like high definition TV) and the evil glare is GONE. It completely changes the look and feel of my home.

My install is brand new, so I can't yet comment on how they fare with inclement weather and daily use (I've seen some reviews where leaks occurred) but I will update my post if I spot any issues. For now I am a happy camper!

Called to make an appointment. Set the appointment. NO SHOW. I called his cell multiple times - NO ANSWER. Finally he texted me asking to , leave a message. I proceeded to tell him that I am waiting for him as we have an appointment. I had to leave work early to be here on time. His response was absolutely inexcusable - he said his schedule go mixed up with all the rain from the previous week. Makes no sense and not an excuse in my book. This is a clear indication of an unprofessional and discourteous company. Their loss, not mine.

Loved that they replaced my glass door fast. Out of lot of places that I called they were the only ones to be able to come out for measurements very next day and replaced my glass within the 4th day. Most places take a few days just to show up for measurement, then few more days to order the glass and then they schedule you for replacement. Plus, they did a great job of replacing the glass. Clean and knowledgeable.
The only thing I was not happy about is that they are not really good at communicating when they are going to show up for the work. I had to call them several times just to get a confirmation time and day.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Excellent & very professional glass company! Found them on Yelp while in dire need of a glass company to replace a big double paned window w/a broken seal. Was contacted immediately after I asked for a free estimate. Cheryl Bobb was great to communicate with & the staff who installed the window were very polite, courteous & clean up was excellent. The cost was very reasonable & didn't hurt my wallet at all! I HIGHLY recommend this company for fast, courteous, professional & reasonably priced work. You won't be sorry!

From start to finish working with Paul and his crew/staff was a high level of professionalism and customer service! The installation crew of the gutters were very patient and helpful. They took much pride in their work and were very considerate of us and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to our approval. We had a small added request at the last minute and they took great care of us! We would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs and all the services they offer! We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

This company came highly recommended by my parents. They were easy to work with and very professional. Our salesman was easy to work with and was sure to give us the best deal possible. Our install guys Victor, Hector J, and Matthew were the best! We only did part of our windows now, but hope when we do the rest we have the same crew! We had a superintendent on our job while demo was being done to ensure all went smooth. It did take a while for the windows to get in, but they were very straight forward about that from the beginning. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 is I had called multiple times to get a status update and no one called me back.

OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country.  Very highly recommended.

Joe and his team at Efficient Home Pro are great! After my home's door was ruined, Joe was able to order a custom-fitted door for me and install it, in addition to fixing the threshold of the door as well. He was super responsive and knowledgeable for all of my questions, and had very fair and straightforward prices. Not to mention, the final product of the project came out beautifully, as if there was never an issue with my door in the first place! Super impressed with Tracer Windows & Door.  I needed my front door replaced and they offered a very reasonable price.  Chris, came out to my home the very next day and did a full in home consolation.   The door arrived 2 weeks sooner then expected.  The installation crew was amazing!!!  The attention to details, timelines and overall experience was amazing.

I had an excellent experience today buying 4 appliances with Bill Erdstein at Bell Road Home Depot.  Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Also was able to get us a discount . Thank you, Bill and Home Depot.

So the juries out for me. Ordered 15 windows and 1 slider about 2 months ago. Was scheduled to begin April 3rd. They emailed to say they were short staffed and needed to reschedule for April 10th. Then they rescheduled for April 12th. The 5 man crew came out on the 12th and said they couldn't make it the 13th because they had to work on another job. They came the 14th and said they would be back Monday the 17th but 2 of the crew had to work on another job. AND the kicker to it all is, once they get done, they contract with a guy to do stucco repair and cannot give me his schedule.

$25,000 and this is the way I'm treated?? Crew is great but there is very little communication from sales (who told me he had no idea this was happening) or scheduling. I'm told they'll figure it out and let me know but I haven't heard anything from anyone and my house is in disarray because I've had to move stuff. I've missed work and had to reschedule dog care multiple times.  Will update if the job ever gets done. Would not recommend this company!

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

Worst customer service of my life! The lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude with me and was completely unknowledgeable about my inquiries. Choose this place if u want never ending headaches
