Best Garden Installation in Phoenix AZ

I had my front door replaced by Arizona door company and I am pleased with the look and craftsmanship and the professionalism that they have displayed through out the whole experience.
I never had to do any upgrade to my home til this year and I didn't kno how much and what it will take to get this done. Like there is a lot of people trying to rip you off all the time.  But Andy grimes who is the owner of the company was really patient and explained everything so throughly I had to give him my business. Fast forward to month later where installer of the door came and installed the door and they were also very quick and very professional and polite. Next the painters came and his name was Jason, and he was also polite very professional and also painted my backyard door all in the same day. So a long story short I highly recommended Arizona door company.  They are really professional and trust worthy and the price was also very reasonable.. I would give them 10 stars if there was a 10 Star option. But I have the best door in the  neighborhood.
P.S. I'm so happy with them I'm also doing my master bedroom French doors too.

Had all the single pane Windows replaced in my house. Everything turned out great, a pleasure working with them.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

What an experience.
- I originally took my removable window there myself as they quoted me a really good price just to have the glass replaced. They said they would call me once its done in a week or so.
- A week or so goes by, no contact. I had to phone them and they said that there technician 'misplaced' the window, they will call me back once they find it. A few days go by, I phone again and they have 'lost' my window. They said they will contact me to arrange a new window replacement.
- Another weeks goes by, I again had to contact them to see what the hold up is. They said they will have someone come out to measure the window frame and replace the whole thing, all I pay is labor.....fair enough i'm okay with that. Guy comes and measures window, he said they will call me with ETA of delivery dates/times.
- 4 weeks go past and they finally call, frame will be here Monday we will come and replace that day. Monday rolls around, no one shows up, no phone call, nothing. I call at 1500 and they say the window was damaged in delivery, 'we will call once we receive another new frame'.
- Another 4 weeks go by, nothing. I decided to go there myself and talk with them. Supposedly distributer didn't have any materials in stock to build the window so they couldn't give an estimated date when it was done. I suggested trying a different one as this has gone on for way longer than it needed to.
- The next day the called and scheduled it to be fitted. The came and fitted the frame, done quite a bit of damage to the wall but that was slightly expected. The next day a guy came out and filled in the damage with wall repair, which it cracked later when it dried so I had to fix it myself.

Overall view....this is the snippet version of what I went through, the customer service I received was very up and down. I had to do all the hassling and phoning them when it should be the other way around. How/why did they lose the window in the 1st place is beyond me. But, they sensed that and they helped by not charging for the frame.
But would I recommend using them on my experience? No.

Had to replace the glass in one of my patio doors.   First went to Home Depot,  and they said that they would have to replace the entire patio door,  for a price of close to $2300, which I agreed to.   They then called back, and said they made a mistake and instead it would be  closer to $2700 (due to quoting the wrong size of my doors).     I told them that was a little to much $ for me,  and went on-line to see if someone could just fix the glass that was broken (one of the panes broke on a two pane sliding door).  

Found AZ Xtreme Glass on line, and saw that they were located close to where I lived.   Sent them an e-mail and they got back to me right away,  with an estimate.   They then sent someone over the next day to take measurments and take a deposit.  Person who came over was courteous and knowledgeable.  They asked for a check for deposit,  and said it was to avoid the credit card fees.  At first I thought is was a little strange, and was worried that they could just cash the check and I would never hear from them again.  That was not the case at all,  as they ordered the glass, and did the install a few days later.  

Very happy with their work, and pricing. Extremely friendly and courteous.   Absolutely would use them again.  They saved me a lot of money!

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows
if I needed windows put in.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

My neighbors and I have both used Window World for our whole house. My husband and I replaced 6 windows and the back sliding glass door. The crew was on time, very friendly, and very fast. The house is noticeably quieter and cooler with our upgraded windows. My neighbors and my family all agree that they did a great job for a great price. This company came highly recommended by my parents. They were easy to work with and very professional. Our salesman was easy to work with and was sure to give us the best deal possible. Our install guys Victor, Hector J, and Matthew were the best! We only did part of our windows now, but hope when we do the rest we have the same crew! We had a superintendent on our job while demo was being done to ensure all went smooth. It did take a while for the windows to get in, but they were very straight forward about that from the beginning. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 is I had called multiple times to get a status update and no one called me back.

We moved into a new home with a big office space but also a big open space with no doors. We contacted Southwest door and sash and they came out quickly even during the pandemic measured and gave us a price the same day. They told us that there  would be a delay because of supplies which we totally understood and everybody was going through the same dilemma. The installer came and he was fantastic he walked us through step-by-step what he was doing - our doors are beautiful - we get so many compliments.  Opaque glass  with white wood frame - it's a huge space but they made it look like I t's original to the house!     Thank so much for a great job - highly recommended!

We just had all of our windows replaced and Chris and team where absolutely wonderful!  From first visit to installation, we have no complaints whatsoever.  Great communication.  Love the windows, price was reasonable and installation was smooth and timely.  They were professional, clean, left no messes at all and pleasant to have around the house.  They made sure to answer all questions and to show us everything about our new windows with the assurance that if we needed anything to give them a call.  Definitely recommend this company!  Thank you!!!

I had an excellent experience today buying 4 appliances with Bill Erdstein at Bell Road Home Depot.  Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Also was able to get us a discount . Thank you, Bill and Home Depot.

DO NOT even think of using this company unless you want to pay for poor service or no service.  They claim that they are so busy that they cannot schedule installs less than 3 weeks out.  So you will have to wait for factory to make your door (understandable for custom door) and if the door arrives, you will have to WAIT for install or hire your own. Our door came in the wrong size as verified by owner and sales agent after I notified them that door was short.  They did not want to refund us our money or order a new door even if wrong size door was received.  They claimed that they could fix the short height problem by ordering a threshold part to go at the bottom of the door.  The part took about 2 weeks to get to them but I had to repeatedly call to try and get the part installed.  Again, they were so busy that they could not set a definite date.  When they finally installed the part, they did not finish the job properly.  The door was not cheap...about $2000. Order from anyone else because you will have to wait for these guys anyway.  And then get a good professional installer who has pride in their work.  In the end, you will have less stress and save you time from chasing this company for service!!  How would you like to pay $2000 and have your door/frame look like this?  Ordered door 9/1...still trying to get job completed properly.

Good experience. With window installation .  The nightmare began when we ordered two front doors.  We ordered two Masonite Vista Grande 24 inch wide glass doors. One with fir texture and rain glass for the main front door. To be painted red upon arrival.  I have several emails and text, Jackson Glass assured me we were getting 24 inch wide glass not standard 22.  I even gave them photos.  The second door  was to be the same door with clear Lowe glass and smooth finish. This door was supposed to match another door that is located on the same patio. To no ones fault, the order was delayed due to Covid. While we waited, I told the company I wanted to order the door hardware. Jason, the installer told me that they could get me schlage locks at a discount. I met with his wife at my home for almost an hour giving her part number and photos of the hardware.  I was I was out of town when the doors arrived.  We were told right off that the supplier had messed up and we did not get the fir texture on the front door.  Ok we accepted it since we waited so long.
Little did we know this would be the start of the worse expience i have ever had with a contractor of any kind. The wrong doors came in and were installed. They were standard 22inch!  I came home to a messed up paint job and the hardware was a brand I never heard of. So the factory messed up and to be fair the installer had with the paint due to the heat. They still have not explained why they wasted my Saturday morning picking out hardware I never got and why the hardware they gave us was installed crooked. Ok it happens. So  In an effort to speed things up, my husband and I agreed to accept the front door with the rain glass provided the paint was corrected and they installed hardware we purchased. All they had to do is get one, just ONE door right, the patio.  They could not do that either. The patio door I received was the correct 24 inch. However, once again someone messed up.  Instead of clear glass I got frosted, instead of smooth finish I got fir.  I how have two miss matched doors on my patio and the deadbolt is crooked.  I am done with excuses. There supplier issues are their problem. We did not get ANY of the doors ordered 5 months ago.  I was told the red front door has been repainted.  We have been patient and understanding with this mess.  We have told them to reinstall the newly painted red door and send us the correct patio door.  We don't now how this will end but based in our experience , we have very little confidence. Im giving them one month to make this right. If not, we will be forced to file a complaint with the BBB and ROC.. I will have no choice but to use the balance I owe them to hire someone else to finally finish this mess This company had great recommendations however my husband and I cannot recommend them after our experience so far. How this will end remains to be seen and I will update this review

We started to do some inquiries about replacing windows.  We met with a few companies and they were soooo pushy and just seemed to want the business and not really listen to what we wanted or they tried to oversell our needs.  We just stopped looking.   Then we met with the salesperson (James) from Modern Resolution and he was very helpful and not pushy at all.  In fact it took us a few months to decide and he was patient.  The installation process was great and they even came to inspect afterward to make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to be... I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
