Best Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ

I highly recommend Four Peaks Roofing! We just noticed a stain on our ceiling, and Jason sent Carl out the same day we called for a free estimate. Carl had some doubts about the cause, so he and Jason came back the next day to look at the situation. Turns out there's not any work to be done, really, so we haven't tested the quality of their product yet. However, if the attentiveness, responsiveness, and respectfulness of both Jason and Carl are anything to go by, I would not hesitate to have them fix/replace the roof.

Patrick and James were great to work with.  I called the company late one night and the next morning Patrick called and scheduled James to check my roof where I previously had a leak.  James checked the area, took pictures and showed me the area that needed repaired.  James checked with Patrick who immediately gave me a reasonable quote to repair it 'on the spot'.  Within and hours or so, James finished the job, again showing me pictures of the area before and after the repair job.  I'll always call Multi-Pro for any roofing issues.

Stay away from this business . They do not service the public. Only friends and family members only! I'm a disable vet requesting a estimate. They said they have the right to refuse my business reason being they have been scam before. That was there explanation for the reason. I have have no  idea how they have. 5 star rating. But as soon as the Better Business Bureau receives my complaint, tomorrow, perhaps that can give them a more in depth explanation on this discrimination and accusations which they have made.

Do not do business with this company.  They are quick to respond when you have your check book ready but won't respond for warranty work.  When they finally do respond they will tell you, I know your roof is only 2 yeard old and you have a 5 year warranty...but we're gonna need another $6K to fix what we should have done right the first time.  I was shopping for insurance, Progressive came to my house and said, we can't insure your house becasue of the roof...  When I called Mikku and said, your company redid the entire roof 2 years ago they said...we'll need $6K...  Don't walk away - Run!

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

We currently live out of state and own a rental property in Tempe, AZ.  We got word of a strong monsoon storm that came through the area so we asked Prowest to come out and assess the damage to our roof. Project Manager, Doug Calvert came out the same day and quickly followed up with me on the status of our roof.  Since there was damage he helped guide me through the process of working my insurance company, met the insurance agent for me since I was out of state, worked through the details with the agent and kept me in the loop every step of the way.  Once the details were worked out with our insurance company he was able to schedule our new roof replacement within 3 days, sent me pictures throughout the whole process, communicated every step of the way, got the job done in a timely manner and the roof looks beautiful! After owning multiples homes, several rental homes and dealing with a lot of repair/improvement companies/people I have to say working with Doug and Prowest has been a breath of fresh air!! I recommend LR Roofing.   They just finished putting new underpayment on part of my roof a few weeks ago.  They are professional, responsive, and good with communications.  I had 4 quotes and happy with my choice.  They are licensed and insured (I verified the certificates).

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Very highly recommend. Craig is amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough. We have a tile roof with many difficult angles, pitches, and valleys and his team did a phenomenal job. Very professional and friendly. We have worked with many contractors over the years and Brown Roofing has been a gem!!! I am so impressed with them and very pleased with the their work.

Desert Eagle is a honest reliable company. I have never had any problems with them in the past. They do work to perfection and always make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. It's a shame when you get a customer that ask for a quote and wants you to come over, and The owner is finishing another customers roof job and offers to come over in a couple days, they apologize, and try to schedule you and get sent a text by a customer how they are going to talk about their business on Yelp because they didn't get the answer they wanted

When it comes to home inspections and repairs copper west roofing is the company to call. When I reached out for a roof inspection he came out the next day and did the inspection and let us know that needed to been repaired or replaced.  Jordan also included pictures of the roof to show the issues with it.

I would gladly use him again and refer him to anyone who needs inspections or repairs!

Nov 2019, keep in mind not monsoon season.  It took 10 days for them to show up.  They showed up on Thursday morning on Nov 7.  I did not hear back from them until Monday 11/11 late evening at which time they indicated the quote was still not ready but they supposedly were working on it.  The work was very minor and I did not expect to wait this long for a quote!!!!

I don't feel like they are properly staffed, and don't have the necessary resources to get the job done on a timely fashion.

We got three bids to have our roof repaired. First response was the only one who actually got  ON the roof, took pictures and showed us what they said we needed. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned everything up when,they finished. We highly recommend them.

Called  State 48 Roofing after our roof started leaking during a storm in January as well as a couple of other companies for bids. Tanner was the only one to actually provide a quote and I am thankful that was our first impression with State 48. Contracting was simple, the crew showed up 2 days later to do the repairs. They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves plus some. It hasn't rained again yet so we shall see if this fixed it but all in all a great experience. When we get ready to do the rest of the roof, State 48 will be our first/only call.

Had a roof in need of repair out of area. They did a great job, sent before and after photos, very pleased with the results.

Alex was quick to reply.  He came out to give me an estimate when he said he would.  Company was competitively priced.  Work started promptly on the day they said it would.   Job involved tile, foam and rolled roofing. They were professional, cleaned up after, went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend them.

Just had my roof fixed and re papered by Caliber. Our neighborhood went together as a group and formed a procurement bid committee to assemble spec's and review roofing companies that they felt met and exceeded the work standard, pricing standards and overall customer satisfaction  
CALIBER ROOFING SERVICES WAS THEIR VENDOR OF CHOICE.  Previously before they did their work I had done my homework about a year before i.e late 2019 before Covid hit. Well, I have Caliber come out once for a project estimate and then compared for detail, thoroughness and professionalism. They were prompt and on time and very responsive to my requests. They also gave me the pricing for the neighborhood specifications along with recommendations for upgrades if I wanted to go beyond the TIGHT SPECIFICATIONS from the Neighborhood Committee.  Since I am selling my house this year their was no need to go beyond and select great options to save money in keeping the roofer drier, energy efficient while ensuring water was not sitting anywhere on the roof.  

When I went back to my previous bidders and asked them meet the Caliber specifications they all but one came in much much higher price wise. A year of Covid REALLY SPIKE PRICES so knowing my neighborhood has chosen Caliber and many had their roofs completed and all were satisfied I went with Caliber. AND, I AM GLAD I DID!  They PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT out one more time before starting the work the project to walk the project to reconfirm and reaffirm my job and my expectations.  They started work promptly, efficiently, communicated openly and finished the work in about a weeks time. They let me know I had some wood rot and gave me options along with giving me a discount on the wood procurement to complete the project.  Chris came back upon completion and we again walked the finished project where any and all my questions were answered completely and fully by Chris. Lastly they ate some of the extra replacement tiles that I needed on my roof. I am very pleased with Caliber, their work, their communication manner and professionalism on my project. They are fast, reliable, communicative, and pay the right attention to detail. They simply make the job go over quickly and to my fullest satisfaction.

RJ runs a tight timeline and makes sure that all the materials are there for his large crew to complete the job in a timely fashion because let us be honest nobody wants to have people pounding nails into your house for weeks on end.

It was incredible to see the direct comparison between us and a neighbor's roof that also got redone simultaneously by another company.

Anderson Roofing got materials delivered Tuesday and they completed the job in a day and a half on Thursday.

The neighbors material was delivered two weeks earlier, they started that Monday and had to come back again in the following week.

Also, the amount of time spent cleaning up Wednesday night made us feel that they were treating our home with respect.
Multiple sweeps with magnets, brooms, and blowers made an effort to leave the Jobsite acceptable for us and the neighbors.
