Best Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ
Much like everyone on here, I read the reviews, and I thought to myself this is the company to go with. They definitely put their best foot forward at the start with getting the owners involved to sell you the system. To me, the real sign of a good company is how they handle any issues that come up. You will never have a $30k project without any issues. But with Aneva, anything that came up was taken care of above and beyond.
I was paired up with Herb for getting a quote, and being I was in a newly built home, there was no usage history. There was a lot of back and forth on trying to figure out the "right" size system. From their estimates they thought I needed a much larger system than what I thought I needed, and we ended up meeting half way in the middle. Herb was easy to work with and spit out a lot of revisions until we came up with the "right" system for me.
Then came Chris the project manager for my job, and he went above and beyond to make my install a success. He had a great plan on where to install to maximize production and hide as much of the conduit as possible. The install guys, and especially the point man Ed, did a great job. Ed is a real asset to the company. Check out how clean the side of my house looks. The install was finished Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning the city approved it. Less than three weeks later, my system was live and producing. Kudos!
Now I can't wait for the three month follow-up appointment to review the bills, to see where my production sits. But so far, it seems on track with their production estimates.

iThe salesman was pleasant and polite. The estimate that came from a different person at Caliber amounted to eight to ten times what the estimate was from two different companies for the same work. So I will go with a different company.

From the start Michelle asked the right questions and from those questions came up with an estimate to not only meet our needs but made suggestions to improve our systems. No high pressuring, no badgering and only honest quotes with no hidden costs. The project manager Dannielle was on top of the project from day 1 and if needed was quickly on the phone with me if something was not going as schedule. She coordinated with all of the contractors and keep me in the loop as the solar system was being installed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Solar to anyone and have recommended them to all of my neighbors. 7 months later I contacted Michelle for some questions and she responded immediately with answer to my concerns.

When I was researching solar companies to hire for my home I found Solar Shark to be the best one out there as far as service , panel quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I have a busy schedule but they made meeting with them easy and convenient through a comprehensive and step by step virtual presentation. I felt very comfortable with the entire process of understanding how solar works, their product quality, the savings that are enjoyed with solar power, and the fact they had a solid organization I could rely on.

We've been in the market for solar panels for a bit and have been doing some research prior to meeting with sun valley. We decided to go with a couple of bids and then decide what we wanted to do. Tara was amazing as the sales lady and was very informative and helped us understand her bid in addition to the competitors bid helping us see pro and cons of both! We loved that she wasn't pushy or bad mouthing others and truly wanted to see us understand and get what fit our families needs. Once we signed the contract, we were put in touch with Brenda who was amazing as well. Her communication throughout the process was exceptional. The installation crew was extremely punctual, cleaned up and were friendly. They then send another crew out for the automation part and he again was very friendly. Finally, Brenda made sure we were happy and had everything we needed and then Tara comes back to go over the system and explain it all. Just a wonderful personal touch from the beginning to end and very pleased with them. Highly recommend them for your solar needs!

Raymond is very knowledgeable about solar and loves what he does! He's not just your average solar salesman. He actually cares about his customers and looks to find you the best rates possible. If your going to go solar. Give Raymond a call. You won't be disappointed.

I was happy with the installation sunpower did on my project. Everyone was helpful and informative. The sales professional Greg Field was extremely informative and knew much more than his competitors. Sunpower has been in business the longest in an overcrowded field. My only regret is that I did not get more solar panels.

There is something fishy about this company. Anyone can see the 500+ reviews on the random review site you'll find online are purchased reviews (you can even see the duplicates). How could this site have 500 reviews while Yelp and Google don't have a fraction of them?
Anyways, I had a guy come by to talk about getting solar for my place. I was quoted 77k for just the solar setup and nothing else. I had a second company come by and quote 68k and include things like an attic fan, duct cleaning and sealing, etc. This company didn't even mention any of that.
Also, tip to the sales guy. No woman wants to be told they look like their mother.

Very impressed with the crew that completed my roof, full tear off and new install in one day. Very professional, you wouldn't even know work happened that day, my yards were super clean. Roof looks great and now I'm ready for monsoon season.

This is the absolute WORST NIGHTMARE of a company that I have ever had to deal with. First of all, I would like to say that the panels work fine and have decreased the electricity bill by over half per month. That said, this is the only pro about the company. The entire process over the past 4 or 5 months has been a hell that nobody deserves. A week or two after the panels we're installed, the house had began to leak from the roof and some windows, so we we called them to come check it out. They promptly fixed it quickly which was great. Then another storm occurred and it began move over and leak slightly over as if what they had fixed, forced the leaking area over a little. We called them and they checked it out again. THEY STATED that THEY bent something on the roof in the process of fixing the first part. It took them two more rain storms or about a month to just come back for a follow up check up (they never fixed it other than the first time). By this point they had forgotten what they said and tried to place the blame on the house, which granted is older, and saying that we would have to pay for it(they checked our house beforehand to ensure that the roof could handle it which is why it is 100% on them). Two more check ups in a month with DIFFERENT PEOPLE each time with no knowledge of what previous people have said about the status of the house came and there has still been nothing done. Overall, this company is good at making panels and ensuring that they work, but are VERY VERY unskilled when it comes to the installation and the initial inspection to make sure that the roof is compatible. Go to someone else for your solar needs. This company just wants to milk money out of you as of you were an idiot.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday technicians were both sick. I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing. They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Titan Solar will harass you but can't be found when you need something. We cancelled before any work was done. Then Kyle showed up at 6:30am from Titan to do work!! I told him we canceled last week and that it's 6:30am. He shrugged his shoulders and said, I was scheduled for 6. They come in my gated yard without warning or regard for my dogs. I was woken up to a man knocking on my door after my husband left for work. My dogs stayed next to me when they could have gone out their dog door and used Kyle as a chew toy. I would have thought 2 large dogs and a gate would keep unwelcome folks out but I guess I'll be putting ugly signs up to spell out NO trespassing and No soliciting.
Titan Arizona claims they are local. They appear to be based out of California. They are dishonest from the beginning. After giving us an 818 phone number our sales rep knew nothing about that being a CA area code and told us he lived in Mesa his whole life. And that the other rep is his brother. They draw you in with a hometown feel but it's all sales bull. Just say no from the beginning.
