We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended.

Big fan! A crazy storm caused my roof to leak. Kris came by the same day to triage the damage and put a temporary fix in place, then worked with my insurance to get the damage evaluated and repaired. I ended up with a beautiful new roof. They even installed the roof in one day - these guys have a really fast and organized crew! Kris did all the back and fourth with my homeowner's insurance for me and really reduced my homework. Highly recommend multi-pro for fast response, excellent service, and quality work.

I had my roof replaced in August last year. the storms had caused leaks and I could wait no longer. The fellas doing the job were prompt and courteous. I was given a date of completion that was met, and they did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. The bid had a few things that I thought was a bit beyond what the other companies bidding didn't offer, considering their price was very competitive to the others. To my joy, the upgrades I was a bit warry about receiving, were all installed and the roof is a pride for me at 6 months now. I can say that to this point, I will whole heartedly recommend Mikku and Sons to friends. They were on time for the bid. And when other company showed up while he was still here, he was very- actually more professional than the other company.  All calls were promptly returned. All in all, A very pleasant experience. One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. The team handled a job for us in Westbrook Village and were fantastic to work with.  We had an added challenge in that we were not in The Valley to oversea and communicate locally.   Our HOA needed to approve the roofing material used and Almeida Roofing coordinated all of the samples and getting signatures. Brown Roofing replaced our roof after our house was damaged from a microburst in July. We had a lot of trouble getting our insurance money from the mortgage company to pay for the roof, but Dean was very understanding and helpful with the process. Once they got started, the total time replacing the roof was about 3 days where most of my neighbors took up to 5 days. Brown Roofing used a lot of guys and worked quickly and cleaned up right away. They made the whole process as painless as possible. After they were done we still had amore trouble with the bank releasing the money but again Dean was very understanding. I would recommend Brown Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

The owner of this business, John, came by our residence the same day we requested a complete roof underlayment quote, even after a long day of working other jobs, and provided us with a quote that same evening. We were in need of an underlayment replacement as the recent monsoon storms revealed some pretty major leaks in several areas of our roof. Before John began our roof project, he answered all of our questions about the materials he used and why he used said materials, the length of time to complete the project, and he explained the reason why our roof was leaking. During the project, he kept us updated with the progress and pointed out some problem areas which arose as the project moved along. John's workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves before leaving the job site for the day, which was essential as we have a curious and adventurous dog. After commencement of the project, John gave us a final tour of all the work that was completed and explained anything extra that him and his crew needed to do (no, he didn't charge extra, he stuck to his quote and made the fixes). In the end, we are very happy with our new roof. John and his team made this project stress-free and a painless and pleasant experience. They were very honest and a pleasure to work with. I contacted First Response because a tenant advised that there was a leak in theur roof. Out of the 3 companies I called First Response was the only to answer as well as follow up with me.

From the customer service from the office staff to the service and knowledge of the crew that fixed the roof were amazing! They explained everything in great detail as well as sent me a full report of everything written down and broken down by cost of each item used to fix the repair. I know this is normal but I have never seen such a detailed report from a company!

They also make paying online easy by emailing you the invoice and using a payment portal!

Recent monsoons roughed up my garage roof so I called a handful of local roofing companies for estimates. Most were busy with other monsoon related repairs and had a 2-week minimum wait time to come out. I found only one company with a 1-week wait time, so I went with them first. They came out and were very professional, but it took them over 2-weeks to send me the estimate. When I finally got it, the cost came in too steep for a simple rolled roof fix, and I went looking for a second opinion.

The second company ran over an hour late, but didn't call to give me a heads up...so I booted them. The third company made my appointment but didn't bother showing up at all.
 
My final call was to The Roofing Company, a business owned by brother/sister team, Leah and Shane. They had lots of excellent on-line reviews so I gave them a shot. Leah's great customer service made me feel very comfortable, and Shane gave me an on-the-spot estimate with a price that made me feel even more comfortable.
 
The crew showed up on-time, got the job done very quickly, and were also able to make another small repair on my house (that same day) for an additional -- but very reasonable cost. The job looks great, it's warrantied for five years, and I'm pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend Leah and Shane.
