I couldn't ask for a better experience. The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was amazing. Jason from the start to the finish was friendly and keep us informed the entire time.  Our roof was so old and damaged they had to rebuild it. We love the quality of work. I've used this company in the past and they did a good job for me but this time I had another repair and instead of sending a person to repair five tiles of mine that come undone at the peak of my roof they sent One of the owners.  He didn't even fix the tiles and told me that you can't walk on them or you'll break them and tried to sell me a new roof.  So I just went down to Home Depot got the supplies went on my roof and fixed it myself and didn't break any tiles walking on them.

Avoid them like you would avoid herpes. They don't return calls and the owner doesn't return emails.  Their workmanship is shotty and they don't go the extra mile. We recently sold our home and roof had so many issues even though this company worked on it in the past year. Our chimney was missing a cap, something the Mikku crew should have noticed. I could go on, but you get the picture. Trust your roof to anyone else. Trust me.

Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

If I could leave this company 0 reviews I would. I have had 3 companies come out and give me price quotes on repairs. They actually were not the most expensive but not the cheapest. The reason I decided to go with Almeida roofing is because of what was originally displayed as great customer service, and I loved the fact they provided photos. On July 15, I went ahead and chose Almeida Roofing, the front desk was very helpful at getting the job scheduled for today, July 31st. Since I didn't get to chose the date, it was assigned I asked for it to be completed before I left for work at 11:15 am. I received an email back stating it was scheduled between 6 am to 8 am. It because 7:45 am and I still had not heard from anyone in regards to my appointment. I sent an email, asking if my appointment was still scheduled since I received zero communication. I received a phone call from Joe, who stated I was originally schedule first thing in the morning, but he decided to pick up materials first thing in the morning, and would get the job done around noon. I explained I would be at work, and had expressed on the 15th, I needed it done before that time. He said he would be on his way within the hour, and seemed frustrated. That hour passed, and I received an email from the company asking if Joe had contacted me. I decided to give a call, and the very nice lady at the front desk listened to my concern and she told me to hold on she wanted me to talk to the owner! I was surprised, she put me through to Kevin. As I was explaining to him the situation, he kept interjecting. He would not listen, he kept having a rebuttal for each thing I expressed. He then became irate and started yelling at me, and disconnected the phone after I asked him why he was yelling at me, a customer. He got frustrated that I asked him to listen to what I was frustrated about, and have some empathy, yet he didn't and couldn't. I wasn't asking for any discount. I wasn't asking for anything, just for him to listen to my frustrations as a customer upset about the lack of communication his company has given to me. As I told the receptionist, I felt Joe was frustrated and maybe it would be best to reschedule and have someone else do the tile repairs.

I understand things can change, times are stressful. All I was asking for was better communication, and if it would have been better to get the repair done a different day, I would have rescheduled. It's unfortunate I waited 15 days for the repair, and it didn't happen.

Edit: I wish yelp would allow you to respond to the owner's response. The owner Kevin DID NOT OFFER to have anyone else come out. What he is stating did not happen. He became irate and disconnected the line.

The who came to my house was very nice, but they did not listen to me. They gave me a huge quote for a small job. They never even evaluated the roof for all the repairs to make my roof in good shape. All they want to do is get me to buy a new roof.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. I am a first time homebuyer and needed a new roof. I was searching for days and was getting a little tired especially with seeing so many bad reviews. I came a cross Brown Roofing and after talking to Jessie and having him come out to give me a quote I had a good feeling. I had appointments with other companies but Jessie was so informative and pleasant that it wasn't a hard decision to make. Scheduling did take a long time but I think it was worth the wait. Being a first time homebuyer and not knowing much about repairs especially roofing can put you on edge when dealing with people and hoping you don't get taken advantage of. Discovered our roof was missing tiles in a few spots.  Based on reviews on Yelp, I contacted The Repair Guys as well as another company to come give estimates on the repair.  The other company gave me an estimate strictly for the repair.  Ryan came out, looked at our roof, gave me an estimate for the repair as well as a few other issues he noticed that he thought would be useful for us to know and address, and his estimate was lower than the other guys, even for more work!  Went with Ryan and The Repair Guys and could NOT be happier.  I would recommend them to any friend or family member.

Tibb is great. Good communicator and responsive. Plus, he really takes his time to get the job done right. Highly recommend for roof repairs!!

I am a Realtor and was recommended to State 48 roofing!  I was representing the seller in this situation & buyer had asked for roof repairs. State 48 was easy to get ahold of.  Tanner showed up & inspected and gave me a quote SAME DAY.  He was wonderful, text/call/email.  

Dory was wonderful in facilitating the project, and ensuring everything was complete on time.  Prices are competitive & quality is top notch.

Can't say enough about this roofing company. From beginning to end, what a truly excellent roofing company. I live in Northern AZ and needed some work for my mother's roof down on the Buckeye area. Was able to get a quote within a week. The estimate was sent in a very detailed and professionally broken down email. We received 2 different quotes which was great giving us different options. Robert (owner) and Trevor (son) came to the house.  The estimate was fair and better priced than the competitors. They removed all the tile off the roof, replaced some damaged wood, replace all the underlayment, and replaced cracked tile. Worked morning to evening with crew of five. Finished within 2 and a half days. Amazingly was able to squeeze the job in within a week of accepting the quote. Also, payment could be done electronically through an email via a payment website. They worked clean and picked up all excess and used materials. Was like they were never there! Also received email reminders when they were going to perform work on the home. Needless to say my mother was extremely pleased with this company's work and professionalism. The reviews for this company tell it all and I can attest to them based on my experience.

Great company! I've requested an estimate for two houses and both came in below everyone's else estimate! They are fast to respond, very prompt to come out , never leave any questions unanswered ! I'll be using spartan roofing for all my rentals and my own house from now on!

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

Our roof was damaged in a summer monsoon. I reached out to a few roofing companies and Rich came out right away and did a thorough evaluation of our roof, recommending we replace half of it and following up promptly with a fair and detailed estimate. After our homeowners insurance also evaluated the damage, we were able to replace the whole roof under the claim. So the team came out and worked quickly. It took about 4 days. Unfortunately another monsoon storm came after the first day of roof work so we sustained some water damage to the interior walls. The team finished the roof up and they followed up promptly to inspect the water stains, brought someone out to repair everything, and covered the cost. When they quality checked the roof, a few spots required fixing and the team came back and took care of it. Definitely appreciated Rich's attention to detail and communication. The office staff are nice too. The project manager we were assigned was just okay (not quite as easy to connect with and not as communicative as we expected during the project).
Even with the hiccups, the company definitely made things right in the end. They were reliable, trustworthy and did good quality work for us. We are happy with our new roof and would work with them again.

They showed up 5 days early without even a call or letting me know, then worked for about an hour and left. They sent me no pictures or explanation or what was replaced or repaired. When I called and left a message and emailed trying to get information on what they actually did; I was ignored on both fronts. What a way to spend 878 on a roof repair, total lack of professionalism, they just came out when they felt like; did what they felt like with no proof or explanation, and then ignored contact attempts.
