They were completely professional from the first knock at the door by the project managers,  Zach and Hayden, until the crew drove away after cleaning up!  Zach and Hayden contacted and coordinated with our insurance company, taking care of all of the paperwork and details!  It was completed in a day and a half.  They were absolutely wonderful so my husband and I gave them a five star rating!  Highly recommend!

Had them put on a new roof for us.  It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty.  Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?
So far..........we are impressed

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

We just got done working with this company. We went with them as they were cheaper and much more professional then the company we were told to use that build the roof originally just 3 years ago. That company was diversified roofing and I can tell you the guys they had building the roof never had a professional truck and could not speak any English. This company so much more professional and cheaper that's the crazy part. It was not a huge exspense but was over $100 cheaper to go with this company. We can be a little high strong being from Upstate NY. But the customer service was amazing even with dealing with customers like us. Sorry Almeida Roofing but you really were amazing.

Jordan and Allie were so great! I never thought that my insurance company would cover a replacement and I needed one bad. I was dreading monsoon season, but not anymore! Jordan told me not to worry and he was right! Full replacement! They handled everything and made what should have been a very stressful process absolutely seamless. I never gave anyone a 5 star review. I did for this company because they are rock solid.  
The reasons : of the several companies who bid on the job Luis was the only 'owner-estimator'. All the others had salesmen.
Their bid was very competitive.
The crew was on schedule, made minor changes that I requested with no resistance and did a great job.

But there is more to the story:

There was a fairly major screw up which resulted in an expensive repair, usually something like this would cause me to say something negative about the company ... but sometimes 's--t happens' and what matters is how you respond to it.
L&R did everything they could to make it right, no excuses, no hedging they just took the attitude of 'whatever it takes' and made it right.

Like I said : Rock Solid.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. We recently decided to have our tile roof repaired, i.e. tile removal and replacement of the underlayment which was 24 years old. Of 4 estimates by top Phoenix Metro area roofing contractors, we selected Brown Roofing (owner Craig Brown) in Phoenix to do the job for 5 primary reasons, i.e. lowest price, good reviews, good credentials, referral discount and an open, honest, and personal/personable on site estimate by Craig Brown. Craig's crew did an excellent job which was completed on time and within the cost estimate. There was also a two-day rain delay and Craig's crew's work-around was totally successful. We wish to openly thank Brown Roofing (Craig) for a job well done! Additionally, the dark brown facer and bird-stopper flashing turned out to be just perfect.

An added note for future roof repair seekers, make sure you read the estimate for your job
thoroughly. One of the five roof repair contractors actually put a clause in his estimate that his crew could have full access to and use of our in-home personal bathroom...ugh!

I had a leak that was recently discovered during the recent winter storms and had limited time to get fixed to minimize the damage before another round of rain came in. John was incredibly responsive, always timely, and offered the most competitive quote. He got his guys out here right away and they were able to get it fixed in just a couple hours. I'll look forward to having John and his guys out next year when I'm ready to have the whole roof redone.

I highly recommend Copper West Roofing.  We had a major leak in our roof and they did an excellent job fixing it.  Jordan was always on time, great at communicating (he sent pictures of the needed repairs with the quote) and he and his crew were very conscientious.  They even blew our courtyard clean when they were done!

We moved into our house this fall and knew we needed a repair guy to check out the roof since the previous owners did not maintain the property as needed.  Found the repair guys on yelp but also by recommendation.  Scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and the repair guys came out the following morning.
Steve and his assistant were extremely professional and pleasant explaining the roof details and what needed to be done. Coming from the north east where roofs are very different, his explanations and pictures were very helpful to us.
He even told us the repairs will outlast the remaining life of the roof... Good news for us!  We were happy to get an honest roofer and not a typical salesman trying to sell us on needing a new roof!  Will definitely recommend to others!

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

Diego and his team did an amazing job repairing my roof. They came out quickly, offered the best price and worked hard at a great repair. My houae is 20 years old and so.has faded tile from.the sun but they did an amazing job finding matching tile. It gives me great piece of mind to see their quality work and my house also looks pretty again. Dory was also very helpful in scheduling and forwarding questions. I completely recommend 48 State!

I called set up my appointment with advanced quality roofing they kept the appointment came out did an estimate on my roof they were able to even move the appointment up because of a cancellation and I am very very pleased I plan to use him

Great company! I've requested an estimate for two houses and both came in below everyone's else estimate! They are fast to respond, very prompt to come out , never leave any questions unanswered ! I'll be using spartan roofing for all my rentals and my own house from now on!

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

Caliber Roofing was great to work with for my roof replacement. They removed old broken down solar panels and swamp coolers from my roof that have been an eye sore for years.

After an overnight rainstorm, we found a leak in our roof that was coming through the ceiling over our stairwell. After receiving a referral from an electrician that did some work on our house, and reading reviews about The Roofing Company online, I gave them a call. We setup an appointment, they were prompt (showing up within the first 45 minutes of the 5 hour window) and courteous when giving us the estimate.

The pricing was less than I was thinking it would be, and they were out early the next morning, removed our non-working swamp cooler, repaired/replaced shingles, sealed up everything, and were done in just a few hours!

Overall, I was very impressed with the response time, courteousness of the staff (both on the phone and those that came to our house) and 100% pleased with the result. If I ever need more roofing done, this company will be my only call!
