Happy with our end product! Getting a quote was super easy! They came out, measured and gave us a quote on a gate we found online. Installation was done during the pandemic and they were professional and practiced social distancing. The price for the product was a lot lower than other competitors. Our gate is simple but it locks and keeps solicitors away. We love our gate and would/have recommend them in the future.

We used IMS to add decorative iron gates to the front courtyard of new home. We got a couple of quotes, but IMS was more competitive.  They were completed and installed just as estimated. The finished product is beautiful!  The gates really add elegance and character to the front of our home. Alex was super nice and very professional. We are very impressed with the quality of the gates and their installation. Highly recommend.

WOW!!!  I had a custom gate built for my new home from a different company and it has been wrong since day one, I had to constantly adjust the hinges.  Finally the weld stopping the gate from opening inward completely broke off, I wanted it fixed right so I did not call the company that built it 2 years ago.  Here is where I found Sebastian at Gates the Right Way.  He was responsive, kept in touch fast, reasonably priced (actually cheap but I don't want to tell him that :=)) and fixed the problem fast and right.   The gate has NEVER operated as well as it does now! I will never call another company for any gate needs.

Paul was fantastic! He built us two custom gates for our home and it was wonderful to be able to watch the progression, as he truly built everything from scratch. The whole team at Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding was so pleasant to work with. Communication, information and their work was impressive. Araceli communicated our different choices and the related price differences for our gate repair. A team member verified and approved the plan, everything agreed on was listed detailed in writing. We knew stucco work is not covered but referral was given. At the end, very minimal stucco work has to be done. We received appointment reminders, were informed when the team was on their way and payment was easily done online. The team reinstalling the gates did such great work. Our gates look like new. The wrought iron fence that we had installed was done well. However, the painting of it was not. I am doing my 2nd major touch-up in less than 2 years since it was installed in May of 2018. They also came back once to touch it up after 10 months of installation, which makes 3 times. However, there is only a one year guarantee. I am going to have to have the fence completely repainted in the near future and it is not a small fence. Buyer beware.

We had Bob, from Sunset Fence, come out to evaluate the damage to our block fence. Our fence is cracked horizontally, vertically and stair-step. In addition, it is bowed, inward--but, is not in danger of falling. Bob wrote a professional assessment that we have no water damage or trees that would create this damage. He concluded the rebar had suffered corrosion, footings had failed and tree roots (we have no trees) contributed to the damage.

His assessment, in conjunction with a arborist experts report, will prove beneficial to us, in the future. We back to a common area retention basin with huge mesquites and have neighbors with citrus planted close to our wall. We water our grass, on a regular basis, and mesquite and citrus are known to seek water. The common area water is turned off, as was our neighbor's irrigation. We'll see what happens, though we plan on spending about $1000 to repair our fence, ourselves.

Owner responded with a sorry I don't do that kind of work the end.  Didn't ask me to clarify my wants or if you ever need xyz...obviously doesn't need my business!   If I ever need whatever he does do, I wouldn't bother with him!

So happy I found this company. After procrastinating getting our fence up for a few months I was able to get a quick appointment and the gate up within the same week! Tim was SO helpful and great to work with. After explaining all the options he designed a gate fence that worked perfectly with our patio, it actually makes the space feel bigger. We love working with Gabe. We hired Dig It Design to completely redo our front yard. Sacred Steel handled all the custom steel work, including edging and planters (rectangle and V-shaped). Gabe was very knowledgeable and executed the work beautifully!

Our garage door was slow to open and making a strange noise. I called Frank with SGD and he was very nice and helpful over the phone. He was able to come out the next day and had the issue fixed in no time. He was onetime for the appointment, professional and efficient. He even followed up next day to thank me for choosing him and to make sure everything was good. A+++ service.

Wow, I am so impressed with Rob and crew.  We had a block privacy wall that was starting to crack and crumble.  Rob responded quickly to my request for a quote.   His price was very reasonable and the work was done in one day shortly after getting the quote.  Rob also provided a protective fence for my neighbor's dogs since it was a shared wall being fixed.  The quality of work was exceptional.  Thank you, Rob!

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.
