A few tiles fell off of my roof. This is the second time in the same spot.  Perhaps the prior company *cough*Lyons*cough* didn't ensure proper attachment to prevent future occurrences? Regardless, Multi-Pro Roof Solutions was superb. Quick responses. Reasonable quote. Professional. And the attention to detail that Hayden provided went above and beyond what was anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

Had them put on a new roof for us.  It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty.  Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. My roof was destroyed by monsoon damage and I got a referral to Prowest, and I am so thankful I did!! From start to finish, they were professional and extremely helpful. Once they were on board I literally did nothing ; they handled everything, including communicating and negotiating with my insurance company on my behalf. The entire roof was done in less that 3 days! I couldn't be happier with the work or the customer service. I needed a new roof and had gotten 5 estimates Brown being the last one. Their estimate was the most detailed stating exactly what they would be doing and how much. No hidden fees like the other companies who said there could be unforeseen costs once the see what's underneath.  There were also things Brown was giving me that the others weren't like new vents. I went with them and I am so happy I did. There were no surprises the job went well no problems and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them

With the current housing market, we are forced to expedite things to make sure we end up with a home we love. I had to call a few places to have a roof inspection done since there were some concerns, and not a single answer from anyone.
I managed to call Jordan and he immediately answered and was able to come in and do an inspection the next morning.

Not only did he respond very quickly, but he also quoted us 5-7k less then the home inspector thought the repairs would cost!!! Got us all the info, pictures, and aggressive pricing in timely fashion and made us feel a lot safer with pursuing the home we chose.

We close on the home this week and we will deff. have him come in to do the necessary repairs.
Will 100% refer any friends or family to him.

I had an amazing experience with The Repair Guys, the best I've had with any contractor in general to be honest.

Devin walked through an incredibly thorough and detailed run-down of the state of our very tired patio roof and all of the options for fixing it up. He gave an honest account of different solutions, their pros/cons, and relative costs (even so far as suggesting less expensive options that would be with other companies) so that we could make a low-pressure, informed decision.

Great attention to detail was given to ensuring a quality transition from our main roof to the patio roof, and they went the extra mile to ensure any future work on the main roof would be easy to do without compromising the patio roof work.

Above all, I was incredibly impressed with communication. I received calls or emails each step of the way from quoting, to scheduling, to each day of the project. Devin and Rubin checked in on-site each morning to update us on how things were going. At the end of each day, we received a set of pictures of the days progress, and the final invoice included an incredibly thorough account of everything they did to accompany their fantastic warranty.

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

Thanks for scheduling a time and never showing up! Waited around from 8-12 when they said they would show. When i called and asked if they were still coming out she said i will call you back. Never called back either. Bunch of wasted time. Save your breath and call someone else.

When my roof started leaking during a monsoon storm, I called Anderson Roofing for an estimate.  They were able to come out within 3 days and evaluate my roof issue.  They gave me  a bid in writing the same day.

Anderson is very competitive in pricing and included extras in their base price (always read those contracts).  I chose Anderson's bid and I was very impressed that they were able to schedule the work within a week.  

I'm a detailed person and asked a fair number of questions.  Anderson answered all my questions promptly and courteously.  Honestly, I was very impressed and would highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.
