Chris (owner) is an absolute gem! We needed multiple things done around the house, including adding a barn door to the master bathroom. LOVE IT, btw. There is nothing this guy can't do...like seriously. Communication was great, work is stellar and to top it off, he's a super nifty guy. HANDYMAN NIGHTMARE!! BEWARE!!  Hired Arcadian Handyman, Mark Moretti and paid 2d of 3 installments on my remodel job and then he did not show for 6 days with no communication. Resurfaced after I spent hours interviewing, researching and solidfying new handyman to complete the job. Due to Moretti's unprofessional and unreliable behavior as well as money paid for services not completed -  this has resulted in contacting attorney and handling this matter legally. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Arcadian Handyman.

I highly recommend Clayton! He is reliable, fast, kind and did a great job fixing the leak on my master bathroom.  I manage my house long distance and for this reason I am always looking for honest, trustworthy and reliable people to help me. When I found out about the leak I didn't know where to look, most companies wanted to charge a high service fee just to go look at the leak, when I spoke with Clayton he understood my situation and asked the tenants to provide him with pictures of the leak so he could give me an estimate.  Once he got the picture, he was very clear about what he thought it could be and he gave me a fair estimate.  I felt confident he was honest and i was not wrong! Clayton did a great job fixing the problem and he sent me pictures and a video once he finished the work.  I am glad I found him and have no reserves recommending him to anyone.

JK Painting came by and quoted their price to paint the exterior of our house. The price was in our estimation competitive, they knew the colours to use and completed the job in about 7 hours, including crack repairs prior to application.
A few weeks after the job was completed, I noticed an area that needed some attention.
A call to Charles and a few days later he showed up with a crew and completed the repair without hesitation.
This is the kind of service I appreciate.

Ruben will not rest until you are satisfied.  Hands down will work his ass off to make sure you are totally happy with the end result.  Had Ruben and his crew remodel a guest bathroom, update my patio (support beam an roof), and create for me a brand new pool gate for me.  At a very affordable price with finishes that look absolutely beautiful, Ruben will make sure he gets the job done to your satisfaction.  One night he worked until 11pm to get the project done!!!  Who does that?  Who goes above and beyond?  Well, that's Ruben for you.  Thanks Ruben and crew for all the hard work and professionalism!

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

We just had McMillan Brothers Painting do the exterior of one our rental properties. They were great to work with! They explained everything they would do and followed through. The two gentlemen painting did a great job and were very polite. We would highly recommend this company!

Charles Johnston and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of our Chandler home. The process was simple and affordable. I wish that I'd done it a few years ago.

Charles is very responsive and communication was fantastic. He's a professional and organized. His crew was excellent. In fact, they even helped think through some of the color and trim decisions - applying more expertise to the situation than I did, by a long way.

They used high quality paint and covered all areas thoroughly. I didn't have to do any work (compared to my neighbor who used another guy and put in 16 hours of his own labor). A pro outfit. You will be happy.
