Reached out to them for a quote to install ceiling lights. Igor came out to my plc a few days later, did a full assessment and provided an estimate for 8 wafer lights. Was happy with experience to that point, so decided to move forward with them. On the installation day, he measured the placement of the lights with precision and checked-in with me throughout the process. When he was done, I was so happy with the outcome that I made an impulse buy- and had him replace 3 receptacles in my living room, which were needed but not urgent. All in all, it was a positive process from start to finish. Highly recommend this business!

This is the second time I used their service. Pasha came in time and helped me to rewrite one of the outlet quickly. It took about 20 min and it is done. Now I have patio light on my balcony. The rate is lower than some others I quoted. I could not ask for more!

Fisher did an evaluation for a doorbell project. He responded to the request quickly. He was honest and not pushy at all. Will definitely use him again for future projects.

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seriously?!  Whoever the guy was who contacted me and came out to the house is an idiot!  He was very unprofessional on the phone when I first spoke with him.  Told me to text him my address and then he may be able to come out the next morning but not sure because it was going to rain and traffic could be a mess so don't know.  I asked him to call me to let me know when he'd be out.  He called me at 3:03 to tell me that his GPS said he'd be there at 3:14.  I told him I wasn't home and wouldn't be home till 3:30 at the earliest (I had to pick my daughter up from school).  He hung up on me.  I get home at 3:30 and he is sitting in his van waiting for me.  We had all our x-mas lights go out and we couldn't figure out why.  He said it was because of the rain, everything was wet.  He walked around the exterior of my house half a dozen times.  Would say what you should do or if I were you but then not finish his statement.  The problem needed up being one bad string of xmas lights that would set off the GFI (or whatever).  After 25 min of him walking in circles and plugging and unplugging the same cord and then telling me something completely different that what he was doing, I finally got him to let me pay and he could leave.  He then charged me for an hour of work which I found ridiculous.  He gave me a 10 min notice and then sat and waited for me to get home for 15 min.  I had to pay for the extra 1/2 hour because he waited for me.  To piss me off more, he wouldn't stop talking and my daughter missed her gymnastics class because of it.  I will never use these guys again and will never recommend them.

I contacted 5 different electrical companies and 24/7 was the only company to call back. They were fantastic. Came out to do a complementary quote on wiring for a ceiling fan. They were true to the quote and did a great job. Also was very clean and didn't leave a mess.

I had an excellent experience with these guys. I had a minor problem (light fixture flickering) that I tried to repair myself, but it still didn't work properly, so I called them yesterday and they had Oreo come out first thing this morning (super fast). Oreo quickly solved the problem quickly in a very kind way, giving me tips on the how and why, to solve it next time. He was professional, fast, and very personable. The cost was very reasonable also. Highly recommend these guys!

Very honest helpful company. I had a GFI blow out yesterday and we have other wiring related issues in our 3 story house. He listened to all my issues but since they are 2 weeks out he said he thought we needed someone to come out sooner and gave me a recommendation to a competitor.

What better can you say of any contractor than they care more about their customers than a buck? I'll be recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends.

Brian installed a 125 amp feeder panel in my new detached garage. He worked fast for a great price. Best of all was his communication leading up to the job: he emailed me his bid in only 4 hours and answered all of my questions over email promptly. When I rent this house out, I will be calling Wickman Electric because I can trust Brian to keep me informed of what's going on.

We had been looking for an electrician since around Dec 2022, but didn't get around to it until April 2023. All the estimates we got have been in the upper $1000s so it was hard to decide. But then I was looking at our local fb Duvall pages and Jon's business came up. We called him and told him that we needed our car charger installed, but already had a full panel so we needed some things moved around before he can install the charger. We waited for his company's contractor's license to get approved before he started working on our project, since our HOA required it. When it came time to install, he mentioned that he'll be able to move some wires around to make room for the charger. He gave us about 30AMPS with our 240V plug and so far we haven't had any issues with it. And by far, he was the cheapest among my other estimates and was very friendly and communicative with the process. He finished our project in like 3hours or something. He even mounted the charger for us. He also did mention that our Autel charger was easy to install since he didn't have to open up the charger box to be able to screw it on the wall, unlike other chargers, so I guess it was an easy job for him too. Overall customer service was awesome, and we definitely recommend his professionalism and service.

I asked Daniel for an estimate because I was impressed by the quality of work he demonstrated in the before/after pictures. Got a timely response from him and his pricing is very reasonable. Didn't get the chance to work with him this time due to holiday season timing and scheduling constrains but hopefully will get a chance to work with him on another project in the future.

I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

Terrible communicators, from the front desk to the technician:
-They didn't tell me work would require an inspection, then when I scheduled the inspection and took off work for it, I called to verify that the city was coming the day I had chosen and they said oh, we weren't able to get that day, can you do another day?. Would have been nice of them to tell me this BEFORE the day we had agreed on.
-They told me a heater they were trying to sell me didn't get hot to the touch and only when I looked up reviews of it on Amazon to see that it did indeed get hot, did they say oh yeah, it does get warm.

Terrible customer service:
-Barely attempted to clean up after the work. I had drywall dust coating my garage and each place they went into the wall and wire pieces and insulation all around each area of installation.
-Left my toilet filthy with no toilet paper.

No accountability. Do NOT do it.

I had the privilege of almost being taken advantage of by these clowns.
I needed a gas line(plastic) repaired after punching a hole in it by accident. The guy shows up and says he has never worked on plastic gas line before. He calls the office and comes back with a quote for $1400 . WTF
I laughed and told him I will fix it myself and went to Home Depot and purchased the exact same part to repair it. I fixed it in less than 10 minutes.....
I am an Electrician and I know what a good screwing looks like. I even called them back to thank them for the education on the FLEECING OF AMERICA. You should be ashamed, Hunts. Every one has to make a living, but I have to sleep at night.....

I wasn't as lucky. After reading the great reviews, I called MD Electric to come to my house and repair my standby generator. I was specific describing my problem and was told they could fix any thing. I had to wait a week or so for them to find and opening for me but that was pretty good timing compared to most I had called.
They ( 2 electricians - 1 I was told a trainee ) arrived promptly on time. I showed them all the panels and generator and left them to work their magic. I checked on them a couple of times but saw they were having difficulty so I stayed away.  
After 2 hours, I looked out to see they were packing up to leave. I thought to myself, OH BOY! I won't have to go without power in the upcoming wind storm.
I went out and they presented me with a bill for 300+ dollars and I asked them what they found. They informed me that they could go any farther trouble shooting as the starter had failed and they were done for the day. I asked if they would wait until they fixed the generator and I had a total cost. I was informed by Aaron? that I had to pay up to date now and they would get back to me. I requested them to provide estimates for me on a new panel and surge protection before they left and asked when they would be coming back to finish the job. I was told they would get back. After a big wind storm and having to go again without power, I called to find Aaron in the office. He informed me all hios help wasn't able to come in due to the storm and he would get back to me.
It has now been a few weeks and still nothing. I wound up calling a factory rep as I should have in the first place. The factory rep fixed the generator in 15 minutes and found and replaced a bad breaker at my transfer panel. Everything works as it should now and the factory tech only took less than an hour.
I can only relate my experience. But my main issue is that these folks left me without power in an emergency and never bothered to follow up to fix my problem or to see that I was taken care of. They rendered my generator totally inoperative and left me hanging.
I can understand having a bad day but to just leave and ignore a customer after they had started the job; To charge for services not rendered ( made the problem worse and still demanded payment) is not what I would call a reputable company.
Take this for what it is- one person's experience - and combine with the rest to decide but I will not be using or recommending this Company.

Made an appointment for electrician to visit and either fix or replace ceiling heater. I had a new unit waiting in case it needed to be replaced to save time. I was quoted appropriately $325 for job without complications. Technician arrived and never even evaluated job, quoted $1000 to install it. I said well I'm prepared to pay approximately $325. He clearly had no desire to do job and to scam. Odd business. Another electrician came our fixed it in 40 minutes for $187. There's some fishy about this place,
