Everything about our experience with Red Line was wonderful! Amazing!!! We had an issue with a partial power outage and had other electricians come look for an issue and they couldn't figure it out. Victor was at my house not even 15 minutes and figured out the problem and got it fixed right away! He was super professional and followed all covid precautions. I also liked that he talked about what exactly he was doing and when he was fixing the issue he also explained what happened and what he was doing to fix it. We are so grateful.

He also showed up 15 minutes early! Which I was so thankful for! The last electrician showed up 6 hours late!

Kellie was fantastic and helpful on the phone to schedule my appointment and with my follow up emails. Oreo is, as he is now referred to in my house, Oreo the Electrical God the holy grail of electricians. Oreo called to let me know he was on his way, arrived shortly thereafter, took 5 minutes to diagnose my issue and a short while later my issue was fixed. Oreo is knowledgeable and immediately instills confidence. His infectious and pleasant nature also are a huge plus in a service person. He is, in short the total package. The job could not have gone more smoothly. Brian  installed  a 220 line and fixed a non-functioning 110. He researched our issue before he came to give a bid. I can't imagine finding anyone more flexible and able.  He got done ahead of schedule, as well, and did a great job putting my yard back together.    (The job required digging a ditch. I couldn't believe how much dirt that displaced). HIghly recommend.

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Paul is very organized, knowledgeable and honest.  He returned our calls and Yelp e mail promptly to set up an appt.  He was on time and professional.
We were having light fixtures from a previous residence put up in our new home.  He was quick to do some minor adjustments and both are up looking beautiful (I forgot that they came from a house that had 12' ceilings and our current house has 10' ceilings).  
Paul was mindful to protect your personal while working and we look forward to having him come back to hang three ceiling fans when we purchase them.
Not only did he do a great job, but he gave us insight on what to look for if we wanted to purchase dimmers, and ceiling fans with remotes.

The technician (Brian) quickly went to work and solved an electrical issue that had stumped us for the past few months. As we all know, electricians aren't cheap, but I felt that Brian worked quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with the bill...it was less than I expected.

Bonus points for using a drop cloth and leaving the project area cleaner than it was when he started.

Was so happy with their service.  They came out and completed our work in an extremely efficient and careful manner.  They were quite affordable and very honest.  Another electrician had advised us that we should go in several more expensive directions and AAA was very logical and honest in telling us a much less expensive and still highly effective way to go.   Overall I feel like I saved a few thousand dollars by calling them and I will call them again in the future.

David is a true professional. He gave us a call about 30 minutes before arrival, quickly assessed the problem, and repaired it in a timely manner. Definitely knows what he's doing and is honest in his work.

I would highly recommend LiveWire! They are an absolutely fantastic company who does great work! We've used them several times, including wiring an addition on our house, and have always been happy! The owner is professional and very nice!

I see the reviews by some saying they didn't get a call back. I understand the frustration, however, you have to remember that they are human beings. It happens because no one is perfect. We had an addition put on our house, there were times when we had to contact several people to get things like drywall done. It was a bit annoying, but instead of being a jerk about it, we just moved on and found someone else. I see no reason to continue to bad mouth a great company just because you are mad. Dana W. your reviews make me laugh. It makes you look like you have nothing better to do than to troll good people. I don't know you, but it makes you look like an absolutely horrible person and maybe you are, but why keep bad mouthing a company that didn't even do work you? Move on and hire someone else like any normal person would do.

I just moved to Gig Harbor and I yelped and searched for a good electrician. Well I found couple electricians I called two of them one was Birch and one was narrows Electric wow I guess they are so busy they can't call back so I call George's they were awesome I forgot the guys name he may of been my age60 plus

Yesterday afternoon my wife contacted me that our GCFI outlets were not working and couldn't be reset. We checked the breakers and then the reset buttons a second and even a third time with negative results. I began calling 24/7 emergency electrical services and left messages with three. The only one to call back was Night and Day. They contacted Brian, who contacted me and said he was on Whidbey Island, this was around 4:30, but could be at our place by 7pm. I didn't think it could be done but Brian did it! Once he was there he listened to what happened in the afternoon and got to work right away. He was finished in about 30 minutes and we now have beautiful, working GCFI outlets! Polite, friendly and efficient. Thanks Brian!

Out of several electricians I reached out to, Mr Electric returned my call promptly and accommodated my request to come out the same day- actually they made it in less than an hour.
Communication was very good. The technician was polite and knowledgeable.
The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that I think I may have been overcharged, based on zip code adjusted installation cost estimators. I guess that promptness has its price, and they waived the diagnostics fee, so I still recommend them.

I contacted Hunt's for a minor sewer line repair that already had been scoped and inspected. After surviving the painful back and forth communication with the receptionist ,(talents not related to plumbing or communication) I got a quote for more than $2867.00 plus tax.
I got another licensed bonded and reputable local plumber who did it for $450.00 plus tax. The job was done under an hour.
I know plumbers are expensive, but surely not $2867.00 an hour.
My 2 cents, keep away from these people if you earn your money by working for it.

The house has been around a long time (more than 70 years) and was in need of electrical work. This demanded attentiveness to detail and ingenuity. Jim of Brennan electrical did all of this, and did so both economically and in a timely manner. He is resourceful, knowledgeable, and reassuring--a joy to work with.
