Igor did a fantastic job!  I got in over my head with a simple repair.  Igor quickly identified the problem, corrected it and repaired another issue.  He installed a safe replacement part that is up to code.  All for a very reasonable price.  A huge relief and a big thank you to Igor and Red Line!

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

Be aware they charge 190$ per hour only for troubleshooting which may not be accurate at all (for e.g they will tell you to change the bulb and charge 190$ for that advice- i mean like really!!) but will explicitly not include any repair no matter how small it is. If you only end up using only the first 20 minutes, they will still charge 190$. If they misdiagnosed the issue (no fault of the customer here!), they will again charge 190$ for a second visit to fix their own mistake. Please stay away from this company.

Great experience!!!! Oreo came out, diagnosed the issue and found the loose wires in the junction box in the wall.  I was told by a different local electrician that I would need a re-wire of my kitchen.  Oreo took the time to actually figure out what the issue was and corrected it!  He was there about 1.5 hours and it came to about $200.  I appreciate that Oreo had great attention to detail and put in the extra effort to figure out what the issue was.  I will use them again for future electrical needs!! Shawn responded promptly for my request for a quote. He and I arranged a date and time, which he kept his word and came to my house. The fix was simple and he didn't charge him. I am really impressed with his integrity and appreciate his honesty. I would definitely recommend Shawn.

I hired Jon to do some electrical work to bring powers to my AC, and I was very impressed by his service. He gave me a competitive quote, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly, and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and explained well what he was doing. He also made sure it was working properly before he left. He was very professional, responsive and reliable throughout the process. I definitely recommend him for any small electrical work.

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

The owner of Alive Electric, Derek, and his partner are both terrific electricians and people. I can't begin to explain how fortunate I felt to find them. Derek's estimate was much more reasonable than the other electricians in the area, and so I was pleasantly surprised when his work ethic, knowledge base, and expertise surpassed my expectations. I simply will never hire anyone else, and now he's working for both of my neighbors. He really is as good as it gets!

He was here for 2+ days and installed 22 fixtures for me. Some, like the porch, had to be wired in. On top of all the accolades, I just have to say that he is not only caring & professional, he's also very funny. Both Derek and his partner were fun to have in my home. Just thinking back to the experience I had with them brings a smile to my face.

We hired Dependable Electric to fix a bathroom light switch that wasn't working. We got an appointment a few days after we called. Paul and his apprentice, John, called 45 minutes before they arrived. They fixed the light switch and also replaced the fan switch while they were at our house. I appreciated all their attention to detail including wearing shoe covers when they were in our house. They did a thorough and accurate job at a reasonable price. We will recommend Paul and Dependable Electric to our friends and neighbors and we would definitely hire him again for any future electrical needs.

Needed EV outlet installed.  We contacted 3 electricians for an estimate.  Dave was on time, courteous and pleasant.  His suggestion and estimate for the work was exactly what we were looking for.  On the installation day, he was on time and got right to work.  He did such an excellent job, we will definitely contact Dave for any future electrical work.

I just want to say what an incredible electrical company this is and their service and immediate action was like nothing we have experienced before! We had a tree come  down just before Christmas ripping our electrical mast and box right off our house. We had a house full of people, scary flickering random pieces of power on and no power at all for other parts. My husband found them under emergency services and Bryan literally came right out. He was so amazing, positive and fit us right in, was reasonable even though we were fortunate to have homeowners insurance pay for it and we had power restored by nightfall. He came by again yesterday to make sure everything was in order and perfect!  If you are unfortunate to have something happen like this in the coming storms please keep Bryan & Night and Day Electric in mind!

Greg's work is excellent; he's helped me three times and is definitely my go-to guy for anything electrical. This last time he came out, he stapled up some lose wires that my home builder left hanging, what a good guy! He's very knowledgeable and meticulous. I wouldn't ask anyone else to work on my house.

We had an emergent situation as our dryer almost caught on fire and we needed a repair soon. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. They sent someone in a timely manner and the price seemed reasonable for the work. Not only did they fix the issue, they also made it so that we could continue to use our dryer instead of needing to buy a new one. I'm very glad to have found this business!

I left a voicemail this morning and heard back in about 2 hours which was a nice surprise.  They quickly got me a time set up for 1 PM and 2 guys where here early.  They listened carefully to what our problem was and went right to work assessing and determining the cause.  They kept me updated on progress and immediately let me know the problem.  They gave me multiple solutions for my problem.  They finished the job pretty and let me know they work by the hour so what else could they help me with.  I appreciated their honesty and being upfront with the situation.  We talked through some other electrical questions I had but still finished before the hour was up.  I sensed their reluctance to finish before the hour was up which to me said they are upstanding.  Both guys were polite and they were very detail oriented in cleaning up after themselves which I also appreciated.  I choose this organization because of all the 5 star reviews and wanted to add my own for a job well done and with confidence.  Thanks Black Sheep!

I hired Brennan to replace an older electrical panel, which needed a grounding wire and updating the service panel. Joe came out to give me a quote. They were the most responsive of the MANY electrical companies I had contacted for my job. The front desk staff was wonderful to schedule with, they worked with me for a later time. When Joe came out he was very honest and personable. I felt comfortable knowing that this company would be in my home.

They finished the project in two days and took care of everything. I would highly recommend them!

About four months ago I paid around $2,600 for a new panel and mast to be installed.  When the panel was installed, one of the electricians (Tim?) snipped a red wire on like a 12-3(?) wire and now the GFCI in the bathroom has a light on indicating that there's an issue with the circuit.  I thought about saying something the next day after the power came back on (they left before PSE came to turn on the power to the house), but it still provides power to the outlet and I was planning on re-wiring the bathroom anyways during my next remodel.

Today I went to turn off a breaker and when I opened the panel, the lights in the hallway started to flicker.  After turning off all of the breakers and then the main breaker I discovered that two sets of wires had come loose from two breakers and would spark when touched.  They were so loose that they didn't even seem hand tightened.  It was an easy fix, and you are suppose to re-tighten your breakers every year, but it seemed like lazy workmanship that could have potentially caused a fire or possibly fried devices that were hooked up to those circuits.

Good work and materials but expensive. Be sure to haggle on price. They gave me a 10% break but they'll only do it once.
