Best Circuit Breaker Repair in Seattle WA
Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

I had Seatown electrician Thomas and his helper (sorry didn't get his name), to install two new chandeliers. They came right on time, took off their shoes, explained the job and got right to work. They did an awesome job in a very timely fashion and were very professional while doing it. I am beyond happy with my new lights and the work the guys did. We are slowly updating our older house and I will call them to do any and all electrical work because I know they will do the job right.

Dean the machine is the best!
This was my first time working with Dean and was so happy with my experience.
Electrical outlet in the kitchen failed. The reset button literally exploded out of it (had never seen that before).
1. Called around 9:30 on a Sunday morning. Dean answered the phone right away.
2. Friendly and clear communication: he was so nice, knew exactly what was happening when I described the problem. Clearly described what my options were, how much each option would cost, and how I could pay.
3. Detail oriented and efficient: made sure I knew he was vaccinated with booster and that he would be wearing a mask. Called me back to say he could come early because of another job that changed his route. Took his shoes off to come in the house.
4. Problem solved by 11am.
Worth every penny.
When he left he made was very clear about the kind of jobs he does and doesn't do if I ever needed help again.
I'm picky and particular and Dean surpassed my expectations.
Dean is the kind of guy you could make a best friend and pass the day talking with. I'm sort of thinking I might lie and call him to come fix something just so we can hang out.
He will be the first one I call anytime I have an electric job again.

I had a blockage in my mainline that they could not remove without some special equipment that costs almost $3,000 to use. I said ok let's do it (even though I'm a single mom on a limited income) because my son and I need plumbing and what else are we supposed to do. They said that they would be back the next day to fix it which meant no use of pluming until then. But they did not show up until the day after which meant we had to use facilities elsewhere (thanks for the use of your bathroom PCC). They finally fixed it two days later and said that the line looked fine, and nothing could be done to repair the issue. Then they came back and said that they would do an assessment with their manager to see if they could fix it for good. I said ok because I can't keep paying $3,000 to fix something that will reoccur. Three men showed up at my house to assess the situation. After removing a toilet and making chalk marks in my driveway they gave me an estimate of over $15,000 to fix it and would wrap my $3,000 into that (I had already paid half of the $3,000 up front). Honestly, I thought that the estimate would be higher but obviously I don't have that kind of money so... I was looking into a HELOC or other loan (but interest rates are insane) when I received a follow up text about what I wanted to do about the fix. Anyway, a couple weeks go by and then I receive another text that Southwest plans to send my other half payment ($1,400) to collections and put a lien on my house if I don't pay up. No other communication. From a text (not an email, not a letter) asking me if I want to go forward with the bigger $15,000 project to an email threatening litigation. Initially I was scared then I was pissed. I paid the remainder of my invoice that day and will NEVER work with Southwest again. Trying to bully a single mom over text WTF!?!?!

Terrible experience. Cost $550 to replace a cartridge- 1 hour of work. Was originally going to do more expansive work that would cost $1200 and then we asked if there was another solution simply for a leaky shower faucet.- that is when the cartridge was replaced. Completed the work, apprentice on the way out stated It must be nice to be rich- something along those lines and left. A few weeks later it starts leaking again (this was in the fall). Husband did the same work, bought another cartridge that cost $50 and now its working well.

Called about snaking some drains. I was told that it was my septic but the guy telling me it was the septic wasn't a septic guy. They quoted $2200 to dig and locate my septic and then pump it. $1400 of the $2200 was digging. I had flowhawks come out and they told me exactly where my septic was and where to dig it myself. They doubted that the septic needed to be pumped but thought the inlet could be plugged. So, I dug the $1400 hole in an hour by myself and it was within 6 inches of where flowhawks told me to dig. Pulled lid off and sure enough, just a plugged inlet. Took an old broom handle and pushed the debris from the inlet and the problem was solved. Flowhawks said I had at least 2 more years before it needed to be pumped.
Unless your rich, stop freakin and call anyone but beacon.

Update - seeing the review reply from the business, yes we do have multiple signatures and the invoice and the service DID NOT match what we agreed! Disappointing!

Scheduled furnace maintenance via website, received a call within a few hours, and was able to schedule a maintenance for the following week.
Technician (Alex Ross) arrived at scheduled time, and quickly got to work after asking relevant questions about system. I just had my carpets cleaned earlier in the day, however he already had covers for his shoes upon entering my home.
After taking him to my attic entry, he provided me with a booklet to go over some pertinent information about their services, and discussed what he was going to do. He also clearly gave an estimate as to how long the maintenance will take.
Mid-way through he brought down the furnace blower fan, and showed me some of the build-up. The system was 3-years old, and hadn't been serviced since install. There was some buildup which he pointed out, and described how it wasn't too bad, but that lack of maintenance would decrease efficiency, thus increase energy bill. He also showed me the capacitor, and described how it was performing, and that it is also another component that eventually causes issues. He took the fan outside to clean it, and re-installed it.
Upon completion, he offered to take a look at my tank-less water heater, and took down some information, should I choose to use their service for maintenance/repairs of that.
Wrapping up, I was provided a Home Efficiency Form, showing high-level information about the home, and maintenance provided. I was also presented with the offer of signing up for their Service Club Membership, however this did not feel like a high-pressure sales push, which was fine. He also offered to answer any questions I had, and provided some insight into installing an A/C unit in my home.
Overall, website, and responsiveness was good, initial price quoted over the phone, matched what the technician invoiced me for which was great, shoe booties were a nice touch. Additionally, the technician cleaned up the insulation that fell from my attic when he accessed my unit. Price seemed appropriate, but I believe that was a first-time customer promotion.
