Chuck is a great guy who really cares about his clients. I called for a problem that my tenants were having with an electrical outlet. He advised on testing to do to see if the problem could be resolved without a visit. I knew then that I could trust him. Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.
Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?
It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.
I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received. I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.
Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

Came back the following week and repaired leak and water damage to ceiling. Would highly recommend. Common sense guy with a fair price for his services. Fuse did an amazing job replacing our HVAC at our condo. We called a couple of places before and they wouldn't work on it due to the model. Also, the other bids were much higher.
They were very prompt in coming out to inspect and they answered all of our questions. The job took a whole day to complete. They ran and tested it before they left and sent me the final invoice.

Rostislav and Vlad were very professional and did a great job with all the installations. They were on time and completed the work as promised. The TV mount installation took longer than promised but they did not charge me for the extra time.

I had them come out and do an estimate for an entire replacement of my AC unit and furnace and they spent more time discussing how great they are and very little about the new equipment and why it's important and then they tried the timeshare pressure sales tactic of giving me 5 to 10% off if I booked right then and there. Look elsewhere.

We had a clogged toilet that I couldn't fix with the mechanical snake, so I decided to call Divine and some other local plumbers as well. I have no idea why divine and some of the other local companies think this is okay, but they won't divide any sort of pricing other than the $89 cost of the tech visit, at which time they will assess the situation in determine the appropriate work labor in any other associated costs. They wouldn't even tell me if there was a minimum amount of hours they would charge or what that would cost. This seems to be a common practice among a lot of local plumbers, and since I'm sure Divine will be reading this, I just want to say from the customers perspective, this is super shady.
I ended up going with a another local plumbing conpany because they actually told me what the minimum price of the job would be, and they agree that this opaque pricing structure that divine and others are taking is totally shady!

This review is long overdue. My husband and I are first time homeowners and had just moved in. Not even a couple weeks later we started having issues with the plumbing and I'm so appreciative a friend referred them to me they quite literally saved me thousands after 2 other companies tried to tell me my pipe was collapsed and had to be completely replaced which was not the case. Their customer service was also amazing and I will definitely be using them for any and all my future plumbing and electrical needs.

[update] After two phone calls this morning, I got a 4:30 appointment today. Chris is the really star!! Saved the day. I would definitely gave Chris 5 stars, but considering my time and stress in the whole process, I would give 3 overall.
Chris identified the issue pretty fast, fixed it right away. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me nicely. His assessment of the electrical panel's condition sounds a lot more reliable to me.
I really hope I don't need to call an electrician again in near future. Still not sure if I would work with them again. I know every newbie needs to start somewhere. But thinking this job should be an easy installation, so sent out someone who turned out to be incapable of doing it, and ended up taking all other people's time and effort to fix it, is not the right way to go. At least not for me.

The whole experience starts with 5 stars and then everything went down hill. Can't believe this is the first serious Yelp review I write, so upset by this whole experience.
To start with, my wall switch for water heater was burnt during memorial day weekend. So I googled and yelped, and called them. Eric came really fast. He didn't have that type of switch with him, so he did a temporary fix to keep my water heater working. And said he would get the switch after the weekend, then schedule a visit with me to install it. There are two items in the estimation: 1. install the switch for water heater, 2. replace the breakers controlling water heater with refurbished parts since the panel is a very old model.
Up to that point, it's still 5 star impression, maybe a little surprised by the price, but thought the service would be reliable.
But then, I never heard back from them, not sure if they are waiting for the parts or what. So after a while, I called them, the lady on the call said she'll let Eric call me back soon. No call back. One week later, called again, another lady picked up, saying she'll notice the manager or somebody. Next Monday, yesterday actually, finally got a call back, get scheduled for switch installation for today. Eric was busy, so it's another guy, which they said he'll know how to do it. But, everything was not working well today!! Michael arrived after 10am, later than the scheduled time. Did the installation, tripped the breaker for my whole unit (I'm in a condo) in the process, and finally said it's all done. Then I let out some hot water to test, the water heater is not powered on! Then he started testing the power from wires (indeed not enough power!) and calling Eric or other leads, tried to rearrange my breakers in the electrical panel, didn't work. Finally, said his lead will come in the afternoon.
So the sr guy came, tested the new switch installed, turned out that new switch was already burnt after installation. Then he went to the store, get another switch, installed, reconnected everything. It's over 6pm, I was pretty annoyed at that point. So when he said it's done, I trusted him and forgot to do the water testing myself (which turned out to be a huge mistake!!), paid, and let them go.
This work took a whole day!! And I wasted a work day at home!! When I remembered to test the hot water afterwards, the water heater does not work!!!
Just called them again, the lady said she'll let the electricians check with me. It's being ~1hr now, no call back yet... Wonder if I would ever got the call back any time soon since they've got my money.

Well, if you guys can't even fix this one switch, how could I ever trust you guys with my whole electrical panel??!!! Didn't even test the whole system to see if the switch is working properly! This company is great! They are responsive, honest and have excellent staff. We had a complete rehab of a large apartment done by them at a very reasonable price. The work was excellent. So when we needed a small job at our new home, we called on them again. Especial kudos to Sergio, one of their staff. He is smart, knowledgeable, skilled and believes that job sites should be cleaned up at the end of each work day. If we have further work to do on our home, we will definitely call on this company again.

Our water heater broke down and started leaking all over at 11:30pm. I called PCHS as they were the only game in town for emergency services 24/7. We live in Menlo Park and I wasn't certain they would service our area. Juan made it to our home at 1:30am. He diagnosed the problem and stopped the leaking. He then immediately ordered the only water heater in stock in San Leandro. He promised me that we would be up and running by the end of the day. Fast forward to 8:00am when Robert pulled up to my home with a new water heater. He didn't leave my home until 7:00pm to make sure that my new unit was installed properly.
Both men are very professional, respectful, competent and care about the customer.
I couldn't be happier with their service and will call them in the future for all of our plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

When I was using their service, they convinced me that our problem was our rooftop unit had a leak. They replaced it for a cost of over $3,000. This was over two years ago. Turns out that was not the problem. They refilled our unit several times with freon. The problem turns out to be in the coils which they NEVER checked. I would not go to these people anymore if they were offering FREE service! In fact, even if they paid me!
