Great quick service! Listened to what we wanted them to check and immediately switched out the breaker. A previous company charged us and fixed nothing! Definitely will use them again.

Jason is amazing and very resonable. He also goes extra mile so you don't have to spend more $$$ in future. His price is very very resonable. I installed EV charger and sub panel. He is flowless/clean job in less then 5 hours. Not only that but the job was tough as he had to pull 1 gage wire from 2 inch of space from the corner of the roof in attic. He also installed extra wire if in future I need to change to different higher voltage charge so I don't need to run wire again. He is my go to electrician and I would highly recoomend Jason from Wolf electric company. He is very knowlegable is right on time.

After reading Marks response to my review, I felt obligated to respond to it. First off, you just showed again how you don't remember or care for your customers-- Lori booked your company over the phone but I was the one you met when you came out to the house to go over the work we needed and to try and smooth things over because your guys were 2 hours late, I was the one who wrote all the checks ( a check had to be written everyday for % of work completed) and I was the one who was there everytime the guys came to do any work. So actually I was the face everyone saw 95% of the time, while you only talked Lori once on the phone .  Second, if you were unavailable you could have done 2 things-  instruct your answering service to inform callers that you are out of town and will not be taking any service calls until whatever day you will be back(then people will not wait for a return call), or simply provide callers with an alternative electrician while you are away for emergencies that cannot wait.  That is what a caring company does Mark! Also, my yelp is not linked to my phone number- (you know the one you said is a random out of town number)  you must have recognized it  because you called it to harass me on the phone regarding my initial review. That means you looked up my contract- found MY name and number not Lori's and called me.  Why call one hour after my review ( which was Wednesday)?  Why not call on Monday when you got back just to make sure I got everything fixed?  Lastly, the power going off was largely in part  to your work Mark.  All the work we had done in the house was put on the same GFI circuit that the 2 bathrooms were on therefore overloading it so everytime we would both blow dry our hair the power would go out.  Do can lights in a living room that are no where near water need to go on a GFI circuit that powers the bathrooms? And if the circuit was overloaded, why put more stuff on it?  Why not tell us we need a whole new circuit to prevent any problems?

You get one star because Guilleremo is wonderful and your son is a nice guy too.  Its just to bad that you didn't stand by your work or care enough to make sure your customers are takin care of!

I recently bought a house in San Jose and did a total remodel which meant outfitting the entire 2000 square foot home with recessed lighting, installing several outlets and rewiring electric cables for a new kitchen layout. Duke installed over 40 recessed lights in my new home. He was always on time, ahead of schedule and highly professional. He always insisted on doing things the right way; up to code and never cutting corners. I highly appreciated his attention to detail and his ability to foresee problems before they arose which was critical since the order of work is super important when it comes to construction. Highly recommended!

I usually don't give reviews but Henry and his team are excellent.  I had to replace outlets at my place. They explained the issues very well to me. Scheduled my job at my convience. Came on time and finsihed earlier. Good knowledgable and honest folks.  I would recommend them to others and would use them again!

I recently put some heavy machinery in my garage (lathe, CNC mill).  Getting industrial electrical in a residence has been not entirely straightforward.

There were two decent electricians in the area, one with a high yelp review the other recommended by a contractor I use.  However it was always a PITA to get ahold of them. Either they wouldn't return phone calls, or there would be promises they could be out in a couple of weeks.  (And I'm not a difficult customer!  I paid cash the second the job was completed: no run around, no argument about price, no bounced checks or CC fees.)

I got fed up and called Nadev after seeing yelp reviews.  First time he was out the next morning and lowered his rate b/c there was difficulty getting one machine working (not his fault).  The next week when my CNC mill wouldn't power up he came over the next day, fixed it (despite never seeing its internals before) and rewired the 3 phase power so my lathe would not run backwards.  He charged $50!!!  Unbelieveble.  I would use him for anything w/o hesitation.  High quality work and no bullshit.

In the past I'd work around or ignore any electrical problems I was having; now I'm actually looking for additional things  I can have fixed on the house since he does such good work.

We had Roberto complete some electrical work in our home. We wanted to center an existing ceiling mount light fixture directly above our dining table. The process began with a virtual meeting where he explained how to best achieve our goal and he provided a free estimate. He was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Roberto arrived on time and was able to complete the project without making unwanted holes in our walls, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely use Roberto from Electric Heroes again for future electrical projects.

Dan did a great job. He is very reasonably priced. We had 8 outdoor lights replaced the final one proved a challenge due to the old light fitting  positioning. Dan fixed the problem and the result is perfect. I'd highly recommend him!

Echibon/Jim has helped us with several projects now  including running new 80ft conduits in the crawl space,  new spotlights in the ceiling, new outlets where we needed and also troubleshooted some faulty 3/4 way switches. I highly recommend calling Jim if you have any need of a qualified electrician for your home projects. Very responsive and shows up on time....really happy we found echibon to help us with our electrical projects.

On a Friday night I needed an electrician and after calling a number of 24 hour companies that went directly to voice mails I called Fast Handy and Edwin answered. We discussed my problem on the phone and he said he would be at my home in 45 minutes. Right on time he arrived. An hour and half later he had identified and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and his demeanor could not have been better. He was upbeat, friendly, and kept me informed of each step he was taking. I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a contractor in my 60 years. I will use Edwin again and I will recommend my friends and family without hesitation. Lastly, if there was a way to give 10 stars I would do it in a flash. He was that good.

I had an old junky fuse box from the 1950's on my house. My former neighbor told me he knew a guy who could take care of upgrading me to a modern breaker unit. David arrived on time and got the job done while I was at work. I came home to working power and a new panel. David took the time to show me everything and I am so happy with the results!

David is on time, easy to talk to, professional and trustworthy.

In the upcoming year, I will have him install some outdoor lighting, upgrading my indoor wiring / sockets and any other electrical needs I might have.

Technician did no work, didn't check compressor and left expecting me to pay for nothing to be done. Nothing was checked, I was told everything was working fine and expected to pay for diagnostic not done and service not provided. Severely poor service.

Jack took his time and found the problem i had which was a shorted circuit in the house. Very good price and he was responsive. Highly recommend!

Right off the bat, I recommend a name change for Courtesy Electric.  Above and Beyond seems a bit more fitting but still doesn't capture the phenomenal service and expertise.  

I found myself facing a power issue, also presenting a potential safety concern if not resolved asap, on a Sunday afternoon, with no idea what to do to fix the issue after trying a couple things on my own.  

After just a few minutes of leaving a message in hopes of getting some help, Mike called back with an unexpected willingness to help immediately. He patiently tried to help me resolve the issue over the phone first, trying a few things that might help.  After no luck over the phone, he said he could be there in 10 minutes.

Even for a 10 minute ETA, he kept me up to date on how far he was, including a 3 minutes away update.  As soon as he got here, I couldn't have asked for a friendlier person to help-he jumped in right away checking a few things out, found the issue showed me exactly what to do if this ever happens again, and resolved it!

From worried to extremely grateful, I really can't say enough about my experience with Courtesy Electric and Mike.  

Warning: if you opt to go with anyone else other than Courtesy Electric, definitely your loss!

We had an outlet that wasn't receiving power, and Hormoz was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. Hormoz then explained what the problem was and provided helpful advice for avoiding future issues. Would definitely recommend his services and would work with him again in the future. 5 stars.

Electrical problem showed up unexpectedly and shut down the lights in our retail store.  Mike came the same afternoon and took care of it.  Super. Nice guy, easy to work with.

We had electrical problems with our newly constructed ADU. James and his crew came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to efficiently fix the faulty circuits.  Very professional and knowledgeable - would definitely hire him again.

Could not have been worse. They are dishonest, disorganized, and unethical.

Dishonest - Technician missed scheduled window. I was told I would be first appt of the day. When I called I was told he was stuck in traffic and would be there within 45 mins. There was no traffic. When I called an hour later I was told it would be another 30 mins and that he was stuck in traffic. Again no traffic. When I spoke with the supervisor I finally got the truth

Disorganized - The truth was that they had assigned an electrician for my service call and I needed HVAC (their mistake, I clearly told them I needed help wiring my new thermostat to my furnace).

Unethical - when the technician finally showed up (3 hours late), he quoted me $1,100 to run 30 feet of wire. I threw him out of my house. I have to wonder how many people this company has taken to the cleaners with outrageous quotes like this.

I ended up figuring out how to do it myself in about 3 hours. It wasn't pretty but it's done.

Don't ever do business with this company!

- Nothing in your response disputes the content of my review. In fact, you pretty much confirmed that everything I stated was factually accurate
- I wasn't looking for cheap. I was looking for a reasonable price. I ended up doing the wiring myself in a little over an hour, without any training. Your price was obscene. I wonder how many people you have ripped off with that kind of pricing
- You will never have the opportunity for my business in the future
