Writing this review after my second job with Fuse. The first time they fixed the furnace in my mobile home. I had gone with another company, and they had made 4 visits and it was still not fixed. Fuse came out and looked at it. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next time they came out (had to wait a week for the parts). Just now, we had an electrician (I guess they also do electrical?) came out and fixed 2 plugs that were broken in an hour. So easy! Thanks!

Eric Nordoff  provided great service today and is our new go-electrician.  He arrived early, and inspected and efficiently fixed a number of electrical issues both inside our older house, and outside.  He was friendly, efficient, and intelligent.  Although he was here for an hour and a half the price for all the projects was well under $200 (more than the quotes for most electricians to just walk in the door).  Because II instantly trusted him (and I don't normally do something this ridiculous), I didn't push him for an estimate, figuring he would be fair.  He just went around fixing issues (or saying they were fine and didn't need work), and then at the end he gave me the pleasant surprise of a more than reasonable bill.  He's also a great advocate for his company, and talks about how they pride themselves on good customer service.  I'll say.  I will be a return customer!

I give Norman a 5 Star because of his genuine nature to help. I called Norman on a property that I managed in San Mateo because the ceiling fan didn't work, and he showed up with the determination of providing the best customer service. It's hard enough to find someone to do the small jobs, but it's impossible to find someone to do them with a great attitude and fair pricing. After checking out all the possible cause of the fan not working, Norman fixed it by simply exchanging the batteries on the remote, and guess what? He didn't charge me...what kind of handyman does that?? I would definitely work with Norman from now on!

It was a delightful experience hiring Chuck to do the work for my rental.    I have been a homeowner and owner of this rental for many years. I  have hired many contractors and handymen throughout the years.  Certainly Chuck ranks among the highest among handymen that I know because he is good at so many areas and does his work in a meticulous and thorough manner.    Furthermore, Chuck is very knowledgeable about internet and therefore communication with him is very easy.

The works that needed to be done are:
1. Double oven and dishwasher replaced and
2. Other small repairs include replacing all the fixtures in the shower, as well as two-way switches for the Kitchen and laundry room.

My rental house is not new and he was able to advise me the need to replace some new faucet for the dishwasher.   With double oven, he pointed out, due to Aluminum wiring in the house, additional connectors are needed.  I am an engineer by training and could tell what is necessary and therefore appreciate his expertise in both electricity and plumbing to save me a lot of trouble in the future.  

There is no question whenever I have work to do, he would be the first one to call.
