Adam replaced thermal fuse in my dryer TWICE..because the first die in few days..however you don't need to worry. They provide 6 months warranty and they did show up and replace another for free! ( if its same part broken). He is very smart and know what he is doing. He also diagnosed and found the issue in my furnace (similar issue as my dryer..) and fixed the issue very soon. Their quotation/ pricing is reasonable and 6-month warranty is awesome.

Had power loss to a few bedrooms and to my furnace. Pacific Coast Electric Heating and Air was recommended to me by friend. I gave them a call set an appointment, Ray showed up on time and was so helpful and polite, and really seem to love what he does. He was able to restore power rather quickly and even explained thoroughly why crimp connectors are so bad, he vacuumed the areas he worked on and wiped down my floors, WOW! Great company, who seems to only hire the best. Definitely would recommend Pacific Coast to anyone in need of a great electrician.

I called Norman during COVID-19 shelter in place regarding some electrical challenges that my partner encountered as he was adding an outlet in my home office. Norman was super kind and helpful. He offered to provide guidance and consultation to my partner over the phone or with FaceTime. He did this out of the generosity of his heart and declined compensation for his expertise and time. Norman is a really competent, generous and kind man!

I wish I could give 6 stars! Mark was absolutely amazing. He did jobs the right way - not cutting any corners and doing quality work that would last. He did a myriad of small to medium projects around our new house, and all had spectacular results. He was supremely pleasant to be around. We will definitely be using him again in the future. I highly recommend him!

I had an outdoor electrical outlet the powers our outdoor lighting and watering systems that was not working.  I texted Chuck and he texted me back with several things to check (breakers, GFCI reset) in case I could fix it myself quickly.  None of those worked, so he was able to come out quickly and install a new outlet, after discovering that the old outlet was defective.  He was really good to work with, and I'd recommend him highly.
