Best Sink Installation in San Jose CA

I'd like to update my original review with details on what Fuse has done to address the issues I experienced.

They sent out a different technician who spent several hours at our house, talking about the customer service issues we experienced before and working on diagnosing and fixing our unit. They explained the source of the confusion when being passed between businesses, and apologized for the bad experience we had and took the time to make it right. The technician completed a repair on our AC unit that fixed the issues we were having (new and old) and went the extra mile to make everything right. The end result is 5 stars as our system now works very well, but the process to get there was painful. We may need a new system or a few upgrades in the near future, I would consider Fuse HVAC for that given they took the time to fully resolve our issues and took customer service very seriously.

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

No Water sprayed in Dishwasher when it's on so I called chuck for help and he replied in 15 minutes and same morning came to the house to see what's wrong. After 1.5 hrs chuck fixed the water issue (ran dishwasher right away and worked) also fixed the pressure from faucet in the kitchen sink. I'm a very very happy customer. THANK YOU CHUCK

Sam was great! He was very fast and responsive. He installed a walk in closet, caulked a window, and kitchen cabinets for us. He finished the job within 2 days! Thanks again Sam.

Great experience with Norman. The tenants homes he worked on and I loved how polite, professional and great his communication was. Phenomenal job with the installation of our Camera/Light fixture and it was all done in a really timely fashion. What stood out to me the most with Norman was his No Surprises attitude. He prepared me for the possible work that would be done with the possible costs before he came on the property which really helped when it came to deciding what handyman to go with. Ultimately I could not be happier going with Norman, great guy with great service and would highly highly recommend to anyone that needs any home improvement done.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fuse HVAC and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, their team (Frank, Nikita, Michael) was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

Firstly, their customer service is outstanding. I called in with a heating issue and not only was my call answered promptly, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with ease. Their technician arrived on time, was polite, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and all of the available solutions. They were transparent about their pricing and I was not hit with any surprise fees or hidden costs.

Additionally, their workmanship is top-notch. The technician was knowledgeable, experienced, and took all the necessary steps to ensure that the job was done right. They worked quickly and efficiently, minimizing any disruption to my daily routine.

Overall, my experience with Fuse company was exceptional. They are a trustworthy and reliable company that truly values their customers. If you are in need of HVAC services, look no further than Fuse company. They will exceed all of your expectations and provide you with the level of service that you deserve. Five stars all around!

Nick was so helpful! He's exactly the person to hire for a list of household issues, and if he can't do something himself he knows who to ask. He arrived exactly on time with his truck loaded up with everything who could need. I was able to run out and pick up some parts while he worked, and the whole process was very efficient. If you need a professional, well-rounded, experienced handyman, Nick is your guy.

Well organized, communicative, thorough and efficient.  I found them on Yelp back in 2016 and called them for an EV charger installation quote.  Darin responded promptly with a detailed proposal including permit information, and subsequent change order requests.  We found their rates to be fair, but ultimately ended up getting this project done directly with the same company that was doing work in the garage to install our solar panels.  

Fast forward to 4 years later -- we had an electrical project regarding GFCI outlets and landscaping lights.  I did my usual Yelp consult and contacted a couple companies for an estimate, including Divine Electric especially remembering their professionalism so many years ago.  Again their rates were fair but most of all, their scheduling was efficient -- so we decided to go with Divine and very glad we did.  Both projects ended up being a bit more complicated than expected, but the technician Nelson put in all the hours over multiple days required to get a resolution.  

This was also summer of 2020 and Covid protocols were followed strictly and I felt very safe to have the technician working around the house (none of that mask covering everything but the nose futility that you often see!)  

The company also gets great points for tech savviness -- I received 3 options via email within minutes of getting the verbal summary from the technician.  And just a few minutes later, digitally signed and paid!  

Can't go wrong with this company!

Ryan was not a good fit for me. He seemed scattered and spent over 3 hrs looking for parts. He was able to gut out my bathroom. Have to give him props for that. Needed more experience (since he was spending a lot of time looking for parts that fit).  He was paid a pretty penny for his work so he shouldn't complain.

I called for maintenance on my HVAC system and received an incredibly quick response along with an appointment same day within 2 hrs of me contacting them. I will say, I was concerned and skeptical to have a company service the HVAC system with no reviews on yelp but given the impending heat wave I decided to give east bay HVAC a try. And I am so glad that I did. Max was the technician that came out and he also happens to be the new owner of this franchise of Fuze and just beginning to build his client base. He spent 2 hours inspecting/testing all aspects of the system and educating me on the issues he identified. He clearly knows his craft very well and talked to me about his many years of experience and his journey to becoming a new franchise owner. He also helped me to prioritize what absolutely needed to be fixed vs what could probably wait. He didn't try to upsell or push anything which was such a breath of fresh air. He was genuine and honest and answered all my questions. I ended up doing the bare minimum knowing Max is a phone call away if the issues I decided not to fix cause a failure. And all of this at a very competitive price. Also, Max shared that his biggest stress with starting his business so far has not been the work itself but rather communicating with clients. Max is from Ukraine so there were times that we ran into a language barrier but it was a non issue for me - nothing google translator couldn't solve and the work speaks for itself. To sum up, I am thankful I didn't judge this book by its cover at first glance on yelp. I will highly recommend Max and will be using him for all of my HVAC and electrical needs going forward.

I reached out to Pacific Coast Electric on Yelp to have a NEMA 6-20r outlet installed in my garage. They promptly replied and scheduled an in person estimate. The entire process was great and the company was very good at communicating when they would arrive, sending me texts and pictures of who to expect.  

Levi arrived and was very professional. Performing a thorough inspection of the panels. After performing an inspection, Levi provided me several options to accomplish my project. He made sure to make he aware of any pre-existing issues in my current electrical setup but didn't aggressively pressure me into doing it.

Levi came back a week later to install the outlet. I have since been using the outlet to charge my Tesla with no problem.

I really appreciate Levi being a direct point of contact I can reach out for any questions, being very professional, and prompt. I will definitely be choosing Pacific Coast Electric for any more projects.

General SF team has helped with multiple home improvement projects. Very responsive, they always reply to request timely. Eugene considers and discusses all possible options for the project in order to find the best solution. The quality of work has always been the highest, and often he went above and beyond. The team always arrives on time, is very professional and friendly and the cost of the services is very fair and reasonable.
Overall, I highly recommend General SF for any home improvement and repair projects.

We are so impressed by Eric Nordoff's level of professionalism and responsiveness and are grateful to have an excellent customer experience working with such a capable electrician. We had an emergency electric issue and Eric was able to come to our house in a prompt manner and assessed the issue thoroughly. During the diagnosis, he patiently explained the details of the issue to us and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. We learned a lot through our consultation with him and really respect his passion for his job and the positive impact he has on others. We highly recommend Eric and appreciate all his help.

You get what you pay for. I would say these guys are on the higher end of the hourly rate but what you get in return is the best possible service and excellent communication. I have worked with three different handyman from Handyman Heroes over the years. They have always been excellent. I would highly recommend this service.
