Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. My repair request was incorrect. With that said he figured out the issue and charged me a fair price. If you want someone trustworthy with experience, I highly recommend AY EMP. Pacific Coast is a fantastic company, with thorough & professional service. When it came time to replace our furnace, we decided to get AC installed at the same time - Pacific Coast did a stellar job of the project in a very short amount of time. They were respectful, patient, & straightforward with us about the process.  We were very happy with the system they installed and how quickly they got the work done!

Additionally, they used masks for our health, used foot covers & drop cloths to keep our home tidy, and thoroughly cleaned up everything when it was done. Great work!

So many thank yous to Raymond, who helped us understand what to expect and worked with us to put together a system that worked with our budget and needs.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

Over last few years i have dealt with 3 different companies to install air conditioning. FUSE by far the best company and best people company. Very neat and professional workmanship. Willing to work around obstacles.

Ivo was quick to respond and super knowledgeable. He was helpful in providing me options and communicating clearly. Extremely trustworthy, as I could not be at the property while they were doing the installation I actually had them do the entire installation and testing without me there. They locked up behind themselves and did a great job sending pictures of the functioning light after installation. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that the price seemed a little steep. Ended up paying $400 for a little less than an hour of work to install an $100 light. Compare that to earlier in the day, paid $150 to have a new dishwasher installed (and old one hauled away). I was in a bind, so I made it work - but I'd probably shop around a bit next time.

I was looking to hire a handyman for some fix ups around my house.  I contacted Ryan about the job and he came over promptly and looked around. Took a couple of pictures and a couple of days later sent me a quote for it. The quote didn't include everything that I had mentioned and in addition to that, everything was ridiculously high.
Then, when I sent him a response he tried to gouge me even further for doing the floor.
It's amusing to come up with such a crazy number and not even have the dimensions of the room at the very least. Clearly, he didn't want to work with me and that's fine, but just tell me instead of trying to rob me.

Great service, great people, and with a fair price thank you guys. I will be calling them again in the future for any other upgrades I want.

Yevgeny and Daniel are two outstanding responsible professionals. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done and obtain utmost customer satisfaction. We had water heater replacement issue resolved on the same day we reached out to Yevgeny. They also followed up on the job the next day to ensure it was done correctly. Reasonably priced. I would definitely rely on them for future business.

I really was impressed with the professionalism of office staff in setting up an estimate for a new AC condenser.  Also, the technician who came to do the estimate notified me that he was on his way and got me a professional estimate (that spelled everything out) immediately.  He was very responsive to my emails.

They gave me the best priced estimate (Landlord Special) and if they had an available install date sooner, I would have gone with Pacific Coast.

I will definitely contact them the next time I have a HVAC need.

We recently had FUSE Service INC. replace our existing furnace with a brand new heat pump system. Vlad was our service advisor who provided us a couple of options for us to choose from, went over the differences between the options, and also told us about rebates and programs we qualified for.

Installers were very knowledgeable and took great care doing the install. They were able to complete a 3 day job in 2 days so we can have the new heat pump in time for the recent frigid weather.

FUSE Service INC. customer service has been top notch. We have received prompt responses and services, so I feel reassured about our project with the 10 year warranty that was offered.
