Best Sewer Line Installation in San Jose CA
I needed a mini-split system for a second-story bedroom. Our house has central heating/conditioning, but that specific room was not getting enough flow and fixing the ducts was impractical. I requested a quote from FUSE and got a response literally within minutes (couple of other companies responded back 7 days later, lol). They came on the next day, inspected the site, listened to my ideas/suggestions and gave a quote. They were flexible on what to install, including my own equipment should I had one, but suggested to go with Mitsubishi 9,000BTU mini-split, for which they are a manufacturer certified contractor. When I saw the estimation I said wow, really?. But then I went to the Internet and checked what people say about this specific model (it was in the quote). The unit turned out to be expensive, but feedbacks on it were very positive. So, I decided to not save on the hardware. As for the labor and materials, the quote looked reasonable.
I could not give a specific date due to ongoing remodeling in the house. FUSE and Denis (who was my point of contact) were very flexible here, and they just said we'll come as soon as you are ready. On a scheduled day Garry and Maximo arrived right on time early morning. They quickly inspected the work site, asked couple of questions and then I didn't hear from them until noon when they reported the work is done. And it was done. All walls clean, no dirt in the room or yard. And a working mini-split system cooling my bedroom (but it can heat too, it's a heat pump).
Some moments I'd like to highlight:
1. The unit is VERY quiet. I could barely hear its motor staying at 10 feet distance from it. Denis, Harry and the anonymous people on the Internet were absolutely right about it.
2. FUSE agreed to mount the unit at the level of the second floor (it was my idea and I had my reasons). Indeed, it was much harder for the installers. The other companies just refused and insisted the condenser must be at the ground level.
3. Garry and I agreed that the drain line will simply be an offset from the wall instead of a routed pipe down to the ground. It was not trivial to put the pipe due to the unit location and the wall layout. To my surprise, when the work was finished I discovered a nicely routed drain pipe. And they even painted it to match the wall's color! For no extra charge.
4. In a day or two I got a notification from the Mitsubishi warranty department that my product is registered and I'm covered. Usually, I do such things myself, but this time I totally forgot about it (too much things going on in the house). Thanks FUSE for taking care of it on my behalf!
I definitely recommend this company if you need a mini-split system installation. And think twice before you decide to go with a cheap unit. It may save you a buck today, but on the long run it can be a loss. Not to mention the comfort.

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

I was thrilled they could get the job done so quickly and efficiently! They showed up on time in Covid protective gear and got right to work. When they were done they cleaned up and then showed me how to light the pilot and operate the thermostats. So happy to have heat again! I have a circulatory disease and was concerned that I would have to wait several cold weeks for an install date. Pacific Coast and I signed the contract on Friday and the heaters were installed on Monday! Now that's service!

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.
Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.
John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.
Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

Norman worked so hard for 3 hours to replace one of our faucets in the bedroom. We are so happy for his jobs.

I don't know if they are reasonable priced cause I didn't compare. When they always charge too come out, you tend to use that money to apply for the repair. Cost about $1300 to replace the external fan.
Our range hood was not working, they came out even at dark to check it, gave me an estimate. About a week later, came out to fix it. Smooth operation.
The only problem was the communication. They called twice the same day by two different person mentioning that they have to change the appt because defective parts received then the next day they said they can still come on scheduled date. When I called back they said it was cancelled then they called me back said it was ok to be done on scheduled date. It was confusing but when they came out, they got the job done.

I needed to reroute a gas line to move the dryer to a different location. I can only say good things about Yevgeny - he was diligent, meticulous and patient with my questions; he gave me some tips on few other things I wanted to do in the garage (electrical, water heater), and his price was reasonable. Overall I'm quite happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

UPDATE:
To respond to the comment that I am not actually a past customer, I'm sharing photos of texts with Joseph Rogers at Pacific Coast, as well as auto texts they sent me when they were coming out. I was indeed a past customer. If you don't like my review, don't discredit me by suggesting I'm lying. Just own the errors.
Beware the promises of the sales guy. Don't be like me - do your due diligence. If you want efficiency rebates via BayREN for improvements, make sure to check the BayREN site first and use one of their partners for your project. The Pacific Coast sales guy promised me that they help you get all the rebates, but that's not true and he's not capable of doing that. when I asked him about it, after showing him that the site says the contractor needs to be the one to submit the paperwork, he said he'd talk to his manager and then ghosted me. #notsurprised.
The actual work was adequate. I had to have them come back to finish the electrical. The first guy they sent simply looked at the electrical and left, as if he was never told what he was supposed to be doing (even though the original installers took pictures to share with him). And then no one showed for the 2nd appt. Finally, on the 3rd scheduled time, the work got done.

Have been using Bellows for many years. Paul Boyd is the best. He's very nice, knows what he is talking about and knows what he's doing.
You can't go wrong using Paul as a plumber.
