Best Gas Furnace Installation in San Jose CA

Reasonable prices, fast professional service. I had an emergency and needed same day service for my heater and they squeezed me into their schedule. That was great.

Reasonably priced, pleasant, polite. Andrew called ahead as promised, arrive on time and was through in evaluating and resolving our plumbing problem.

Most recently I had a Tesla Wall Connector / Charging Station installed in my garage. Dan was terrific. He texted with me back and forth to answer all of the questions I had. He worked until 10pm to get the installation done since I tend to get home late from work (He was flexible with my schedule). Dan was professional, thorough, and was on time. The only thing I would change was to ask him to use rigid metal conduits to have a cleaner look. Dan definitely gave me the choice between rigid metal ones and the non-rigid plastic ones, but I chose what seemed easiest.

In the past I also had him install 2 Nest Thermometers and they came out great as well. He did them both quickly and they both work great.

I would recommend Dan and BAM to anybody looking for electrical / handyman work done.

This is my first time calling Fuse and they did not disappoint me. I called them to see what was wrong with my heater. They were very responsive and answered all my inquiries. Alex very thoroughly diagnosed the issue with my heater. He clearly helped us understand what the problem was and told us all our options for fixing it. We will definitely call them again.

Needed a furnace replacement and decided to go with an AC unit for the first time. Fuse gave us the best price for both units and was quick to come out for an estimate. The two men gave us all new wiring since ours was outdated and installed both units very quickly. However, there was a problem when they went to test the new units. They replaced a blown fuse and got us up and running in no time.

Overall, really nice and we're enjoying our new furnace and AC. Best company around.

Could not have been worse. They are dishonest, disorganized, and unethical.

Dishonest - Technician missed scheduled window. I was told I would be first appt of the day. When I called I was told he was stuck in traffic and would be there within 45 mins. There was no traffic. When I called an hour later I was told it would be another 30 mins and that he was stuck in traffic. Again no traffic. When I spoke with the supervisor I finally got the truth

Disorganized - The truth was that they had assigned an electrician for my service call and I needed HVAC (their mistake, I clearly told them I needed help wiring my new thermostat to my furnace).

Unethical - when the technician finally showed up (3 hours late), he quoted me $1,100 to run 30 feet of wire. I threw him out of my house. I have to wonder how many people this company has taken to the cleaners with outrageous quotes like this.

I ended up figuring out how to do it myself in about 3 hours. It wasn't pretty but it's done.

Don't ever do business with this company!

- Nothing in your response disputes the content of my review. In fact, you pretty much confirmed that everything I stated was factually accurate
- I wasn't looking for cheap. I was looking for a reasonable price. I ended up doing the wiring myself in a little over an hour, without any training. Your price was obscene. I wonder how many people you have ripped off with that kind of pricing
- You will never have the opportunity for my business in the future

Ivan gave the most reasonable quote, was very quick in response. He did a very clean job installing my Tesla charger. Would definitely recommend him.

Not reliable!!! I scheduled them a week in advance for a Saturday at 10am. They then confirmed with me on Wednesday via voicemail. But then called me on Friday the reschedule. I said I've already schedule my day around this but agreed to have them come at 11am. Come Saturday, the call again saying they can't come. Completely ruined my day since I had cancelled other plans for this.

I called Service Champions to see if they could repair my very aged furnace which recently failed to put out heat, the fan was just blowing cold air. They showed up on time and were very professional. But it was very clear that their only intent was to sell me a new furnace.  I told him I just needed it repaired for now and that I would like to replace it at a later time when I was able to$$$.  He gave me a parts estimate (from his little LAMINATED sheet of paper from his little SALES BINDER of PARTS LIST PRICING) of $1126 for a primary circuit board and 120v-24v ac transformer and no guarantee that those parts would even fix my problem. SO, how does his PRE printed price sheet even know how much MY parts are going to cost for MY FURNACE?  HIs little sheet showed $757 for circuit board and $369 for a little transformer the size of an egg.
I'm no dummy.  Yes I do need a new furnace at some point and told him no deal, no way and he politely left.
BTW HIS FURNACE REPLACEMENT QUOTE WAS $4000-8000+ depending on options
I did my own trouble shooting and found the little 120v ac-24v ac transformer was fried.
I Called the local appliance  parts dealer, purchased and replaced the transformer for $33.50.  I FIXED THE FURNACE!!!!  
Believe me, I don't mind paying  a service company a mark up for parts to fix my furnace, in fact i would not have minded a couple hundred dollars for this fix, but Service Champion's mark up on this little transformer was a whopping 1100%.  (That is correct ELEVEN HUNDRED PERCENT MARK UP)  And I thought that jewelry stores had the highest markup...
If you have money burning a hole in your pocket and you need an overpriced repair or new furnace and or AC UNIT, then by all means call these guys. I bet they would do a wonderful complete job for top dollar.  
But I called Service Champions for REPAIR SERVICE and all I got was a SALES PITCH WITH a $69 bill and no SERVICE. It feels like I was charged $69 for for me to open my front door and listen to their sales pitch and they had no intent on repairing (aka SERVICE) because they OVERPRICED replacement parts in order to convince me to buy a new furnace from them. I am certain the service guy KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS because he is trained right?  
I, on the other hand am NOT trained in HVAC, yet figured out how to remedy the problem on my own for even less than 1/2 of their $69 SALES charge, oops, i mean,SERVICE CHARGE
I WILL BE purchasing a new furnace and adding AC with tax refund, but Service Champions WILL NOT BE called for this service.

I called pacific coast for an appt to provide a quote on a variety of issues with my home from pool lights to gfci safety to dryer outlet issues.  Andrew arrived exactly on time, was very detailed at looking at all of the issues and provided alternatives on how to get all of the issues addressed.  I am looking forward to having Andrew come back to take care of the issues discussed.  5 stars for on time arrival, professionalism, knowledgeable, and excellent/friendly customer service.

Very good company, got my water dispenser and ice maker to work again. Also checked out the refrigerator in the garage- time to get rid of it and checked out my heater.

Our heating system stopped working so I called Bellows.  I've not used them before, but they have been around a long time, so I called.  Miguel was great, he came out on a day when our road was muddy and slippery and didn't complain.  He was knowledgeable and professional and got the job done.  (Too much dog hair)  I would recommend these guys.
