I had completed my own kitchen remodel and discovered I did not properly setup the GFCI counter top circuit.  In addition I wanted to have a professional verify if I installed my stove circuit & outlet properly before I tried out my new stove.  I called several electricians and for many the job was too small, others asked for an astronomical hourly rate.  Then Voltz Electric came to my rescue.  The electrician came out, analyzed the GFCI issue, made recommendations and continued to fix the circuit very quickly. In addition he made some enhancements to my stove outlet and hardwired the stove per code.  I was delighted with the professionalism of the electrician, the recommendations he made, as I learned something, all at a very reasonable price.  I could not be more delighted.  As such I highly recommend Voltz Electric for your electrical needs.

I wanted to install a Tesla wall charger for my garage.  I contacted Willow Glen Electric for a quote.  The next day, they asked for pictures of my house, and provided a quote.  They were able to schedule a job for the next week.

I called California Power and Light over the weekend with an emergency situation, we had a breaker that was repeatedly tripping and we couldn't figure out why. It was urgent because my wife and I have 18 month old twins and their room just happened to be on this breaker, which meant no night light and no white noise machine for them, which means they had trouble sleeping and so did we! Henry came over personally on a Saturday to troubleshoot the situation, he was upfront on fees and charges and advised us to wait and see if it happened again, no pressure to spend money we didn't need to, no hard sell. He answered the call himself and came when he said he would, he left his card and asked us to call him if it happened again, which it did, the next day. So I texted Henry on a Sunday morning and he said he would have someone out to our house between 1-2 that afternoon. Sure enough, an electrician was here, prompt, courteous, and professional. He replaced two breakers for us and stayed to ensure everything was working. This company is prompt, friendly, local, they know their stuff and their rates are reasonable. I'm sure we'll have electrical needs in the future, we have an older home and it will need upgrades, California Power and Light will be at the top of my list to call. Henry is focused on quality and customer service and he answers the phone on off hours when most folks will send you to voicemail. Call him and give him your business if you need an electrician, you won't be disappointed!

Great quality of work. I know it's written in the contract somewhere, but it would have been awesome if the electrician performed at least basic patch-up work instead of just leaving the hole in the wall. Totally understand that they are mostly responsible for the electrical piece of the assignment, but for security reasons, I think a patch should be required.
Anyway, giving them five stars because they were pretty communicative as a company, the work went well. I simply hope that they will read the review and incorporate the suggestion into their future work.

Unbelievable service from the start to the end - I had Fuse came out and fixed my heater back in February and signed up their every 6 month program. Called for air conditioner service last week and the technician came and stayed on the roof around 2 hours and did not fix my air conditioner and because of the language barrier, he could not explain what went wrong and said he will come back next day! He didn't show up and did not let me know not coming and I waited until afternoon and called. I was complaining No show, no call on the phone and the receptionist said she would not know anything, she went talked to the guy and got back to me as He does not have the part today, can't go, so we reschedule to May 11. The technician spent 2 hours or so between the roof and in front of thermostat. Then asked me to order a coin cell battery, but nothing else was needed to replaced. He did get the air conditioner to work at the end.

They sent me an $285 invoice for Adjustment and setting of the control unit program for heat pump on May 11. I looked at this invoice and felt like same unit back in February you served and signed up your every 6 months checkup program. You should have spotted back then, but at least at the end you got it fix - I just need to replace a coin cell battery myself, so I will pay $285 for this incident.  
This morning I just got another $110 invoice for Need to replace contr board on May 6, this is when I decided to provide this feedback. It took 2 trips (more than 4 hours) for the technician to figure it out my battery is needed to be replaced and I have to pay for your learning time on your job!

How about your policy on the $110 diagnostic fee will not be charge when the same job was been charged for $285?

A small heater blew off the power, and affected a couple of rooms.

Mike was very responsive, set up the appointment real quick, and with Jacob arrived on time. The team worked seamlessly, quickly locating the problem and fix the problem much faster than I estimated. When I was asking about replacing the electrical panel, Mike responded appropriately, helping point me to the right information, explaining what's involved, without having me feel pushed for decision under pressure. My husband and I finally decide to replace the panel. This task lasted a little longer, but Mike ensured me a couple of times that doing it right is his high priority that he would not compromise. We were very happy with the end result, and were not asked to pay more for the extra hours beyond the first estimation :-)

Everything about this experience was great! Mike is knowledgeable, considerate, easygoing, the service is of good quality and reasonable price. I would use their service again. Highly recommend it.

I had recessed lighting installed. These guys gave a competitive price and were able to install them on my schedule.  The job was completed cleanly and professionaly. Definitely recommend.

My circuit breaker tripped last Friday and caused one bedroom and two baths out of power. I called a few electricians near Fremont, only Alley can make it the same day. They showed up as promised, and the troubleshooting of finding where the short circuit is took more than 2 hours and including labor intensive moving furnitures around. At the end of it, they didn't charge me extra and stick to the bid they quote me over the phone, for standard $150. they are nice and friendly people, I am glad and will call them again next time.

I called yesterday with an electrical problem at my place in Walnut Creek . Ric picked up the phone and was very helpful. He even asked if we had done some troubleshooting on our own (so we wouldn't have to pay an electrician). That was really nice. He told me that he would stop by in the afternoon and he was there as promised. Prices are reasonable and they do great work. I Highly recommend Grover Electric.

I purchased a new glass cooktop to replace an old coiled one.  Called Chuck to cut the countertop/tile for the new dimensions of the cooktop and to install the new one.  He was very informative and knowledgeable.  I would definitely work with him again.

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

They did a great job with wiring new lights and outlets in my master bedroom.  Josh, Christian and Gilbert were extremely helpful.  A mistake was made with the height of two sconces, but the team readjusted them without hassle and patched over the holes expertly.
