The next day, Stan was assigned to come by and when he came by, he was also very knowledgeable and courteous. Took the time to explain how the refrigerator worked and how he would go about diagnosing things (try the start relay first and then the compressor). Very clear explanation of pricing.

Work was done quickly and Adam was right, it was the start relay!
