I emailed Fuse HVAC @ 7:00 am and got a response within 10 minutes from the owner, John. He explained the cost breakdown of the service call, and that the total cost would be given to me once the problem was diagnosed. The technician, Chilill Z, arrived at the scheduled time of 1:00 - 1:30. He was friendly and very thorough. He replaced a defective defrost sensor on our Samsung refrigerator, and had us good to go in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend this company, as our experience went very well.

Andrew and his dad came out to replace our kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did the work very professionally. The hard water had corroded some of the plastic and the work took longer than anticipated but they did it with patience and attention to detail. I will be using their services again.

Fantastic knowledge, customer service and follow through!  We used them for an emergency repair and hope to have them back for additional electrical upgrades we hope to make in the coming months.

David and team did a great job installing new furnace and AC condenser at our place. They were thorough with their job not taking shortcuts or making unnecessary holes in our walls.

So, Juan came over today to fix the power, as both the living room and bathroom lights weren't working. He checked the breaker in my unit, then went to the main power outlet and flipped the breaker back on to fix my issue, then he showed me how to do it if something like this happened again. He explained that running the oven and computer at same time could flip the breaker off, and to be careful about using too many electrical devices at once. I thanked him and he was on his way to his next appointment. Professional, prompt service, would recommend and would definitely use their services again. Thank you, Juan/Pacific Coast Home Services!

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I was looking for the electrician who can install EV charger for my home on Yelp. I received a lot of texts. Ivan responded quickly through text and phone call. He offered a free estimate while the others asked me to measure the area by my own.

He installed the EV charger nicely with electric metallic tube conduit, 48 amp which make the charger charges faster.

After he done his job, I saw HVAC service screen on his van, so I asked him to check the heater system at my business. It has been overheated like sauna, thermostat worked incorrectly due to the big ventilations and there are plenty of them. Nobody can fix the issue in the past 7-8 years.

Ivan spent time to figure out the cause to a problem. He found and fixed it. The long time issue has been solved.

I would recommend Ivan. He knows what he is doing and responsible.

I'm very pleased with Service Champions and especially James who checked our heating and cooling system today. James made a great first impression even my dog approved. He put on shoe covers to protect our carpets. As I suspected our air conditioner had quite a few problems and James called in a specialist to make sure we got it running in tip top shape. Now we have cold air and are ready for summer. He even replaced my filter with a new one I had in the garage and didn't charge me anything for the extra service. Overall I am very pleased and glad I finally scheduled the tuneup.

Easily five stars. Tyler was thorough and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining things as he went along. He found a problem that unfortunately, will cost some money to fix, but he explained it very well and helped with a short term fix to get us through the next couple of days until the larger repair can be made. He was very kind to my mother-in-law (the homeowner). Very enjoyable personally and highly skilled professionally.  Based on my experience with Tyler, I give Service Champions my highest recommendation.

Omar and Jeremy came in the evening and were very kind and personable, even after having a whole day of
clients. They troubleshot why the heat was eneven in my house and showed me how to work my fireplace properly. Very professional!

They responded within hours to my request and sent a technician to diagnose my dryer problem the same day.  They ordered the necessary part and had it fixed within 2 days.  Their quick response and fix were amazing!

Wish I could say my review would be read on a positive note .  Bellows cost me serious loss of income due to their man in charge at the time. With permits involved and egos involved Bellows was a non efficient contractor.
