In short: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and service that fuse has delivered for heat pump installation. Value for money, Top notch customer experience and a bang up job.

In detail:
I was shopping for the HVAC estimates from different companies including Costco's Lennar. Mr. Frank from estimates team gives a detailed estimate and answered all the questions patiently given this is my first time doing it. We only needed an AC installed but he explained the pros and cons of a heat pump vs just AC. It helped me take the right decision to go with heat pump for our situation. They are a certified Mitsubhishi dealers and provided the best quote beating Costco's pricing and not compromising on the SEER rating/efficiency of the unit.

The scheduling team reached out and kept me in the loop for any changes in the appointment times. Also accommodated our requests.

The on-site work team lead by Slava was wonderful as well. They confined to their space and explained the work being done from time to time. Accommodated slight changes to the work order. Towards the end, they left the place clean and tidy with a safe installation of the heat pump in the same state as it was before.

Post-installtion support for city inspection is also prompt and very professional.

Overall a super happy customer. I'm glad i was referred to them and i will highly recommend them to my network

What a great experience.  The technician, Denis, came on time and was so courteous and knowledgable.  He put shoe protectors on each time he entered our house from the garage (which was about ten times) without me even asking.  I appreciated that extra level of considerate service.  It only took about 30 minutes to diagnose and replace an outlet that had burned out.  Will absolutely use them anytime I need electrical work.

Our experience with Fuse fixing our AC just now was A+.

During the scheduling call, they set clear expectations about both price and arrival time window. Both expectations were met. Once our repair person Damon arrived, he both fixed the problem and answered all our questions about his diagnosis and repair process to give us confidence in the repair and insight to avoid the problem in the future.

In our case, a clogged condensate pipe triggered a float switch safety mechanism that cuts off power to prevent water overflow. Damon lugged a heavy pressurized nitrogen tank into the attic where our furnace was to unclog the pipe. Even after that successfully cleared the clog, he also took the nitrogen to the other end of the pipe on the exterior of the house to clear the pipes even further. Quite a bit of water was released after that so I'm happy he took the extra step of clearing the other side.

Pacific Coast Home Service installed a new furnace and an AC unit 3 years ago.  Everything was running fine until today. Today we got a Nest error message.  They graciously came out same day and fixed the wiring issue- which was caused by rodents.  Nice to see a company stand behind their work - even when the issue wasn't their fault!

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I hired COZY house a few days ago because my kitchen outlets stopped working.  I was unable to resolve the issue myself and requested a quote from COZY.  The guys responded promptly and gave me a good price.  They work neatly and cleanly, great professionals in electrics, the repair was completed quickly, they explained to me everything that happened to my outlets.  And cleaned up after themselves. High recommendation, I know COZY my electricians now!

I used Service Champion for my heater and air conditioning system. They also do all the maintenance. Kenny is an awesome service technician. He did a thorough and excellent job.

Quick update. I have spoken with Mark regarding the issue as the business manager replied  on my comment to give them a call. Mark have explained to me how the lemon works and everything that they have done to fix the issue.  He also mentioned that if have worries regarding using the heater on colder time, they can always check the system if we are not comfortable using it.  He gave me some options that I can do and help me  decided what is the best. one of the options that was provided  was to extend the warrantee. In  that way  in case things don't go as it should in the future atleast we have extra years as a warantee.

Really liked EVERYONE I interacted with.  My mother needed help with a light fixture and they were extremely courteous and did a great job.  They also identified a very dangerous problem with her outside electrical box.  I highly recommend that you call them for any electrical work you need.  The also recommended me to a great drywall company called Hole in the Wall to help the ceiling repairs after the fixture was put in. All in all, just an excellent experience!

I called for maintenance on my HVAC system and received an incredibly quick response along with an appointment same day within 2 hrs of me contacting them. I will say, I was concerned and skeptical to have a company service the HVAC system with no reviews on yelp but given the impending heat wave I decided to give east bay HVAC a try. And I am so glad that I did. Max was the technician that came out and he also happens to be the new owner of this franchise of Fuze and just beginning to build his client base. He spent 2 hours inspecting/testing all aspects of the system and educating me on the issues he identified. He clearly knows his craft very well and talked to me about his many years of experience and his journey to becoming a new franchise owner. He also helped me to prioritize what absolutely needed to be fixed vs what could probably wait. He didn't try to upsell or push anything which was such a breath of fresh air. He was genuine and honest and answered all my questions. I ended up doing the bare minimum knowing Max is a phone call away if the issues I decided not to fix cause a failure. And all of this at a very competitive price. Also, Max shared that his biggest stress with starting his business so far has not been the work itself but rather communicating with clients. Max is from Ukraine so there were times that we ran into a language barrier but it was a non issue for me - nothing google translator couldn't solve and the work speaks for itself. To sum up, I am thankful I didn't judge this book by its cover at first glance on yelp. I will highly recommend Max and will be using him for all of my HVAC and electrical needs going forward.

I've used this company for the past year.  I manage a hotel near the beach and constantly get sand in my drains.  Both ANDREW and RICHARD are great technicians who are responsive and efficient at their jobs.  I will only use Bellows from now on!
