Michael was here and he was quick to diagnose the issue, gave a very reasonable quote, and fixed the broken outlet that was shorted ( because I used too many cooking appliances at the same time) in a short amount of time.  He was courteous and professional.  Definitely recommend and will use again!

We had an issue with the power outlet for the refrigerator. AY EMP was very accommodative in scheduling the work and they were systematic and patient to find what the issue was. Will definitely be using their services again.

I called last week to get a quote for a technician to replace my dining room chandelier with a new one (23 inches and lightweight).  The receptionist stated that they don't give estimates over the phone, but they could send a technician out the following week.  I explained that my ceiling was 12' and that we thought about doing it ourselves, as it was not a difficult install, but our ladder may not reach. She said it would cost $125 plus any additional parts that may be needed.  A very nice technician, Ray, arrived today.  I had my dining room table moved and the new fixture out and ready, with instructions laid out.  Before he began, he said that he had to give me an estimate.  He explained that the $120 was simply for him to come to our house and that the actual quote was $379!  I was not informed that at the time that I made the call.  I immediately felt that this was a scam, otherwise I would have been informed that $125 was for the service call only, and that the installation was separate fee ranging in price from ___ to ___!   They may be good, as other reviewers have said, but make sure you understand their pricing  BEFORE they come out!

Mikhail came the next day after we called Fuse and was excellent. He was able to quickly troubleshoot 3 different issues we had and clearly explain each of them. One of them was fixing a ground PG&E had sent us a notice about. He gave us a few different options to solve the problems. Great service, very reasonable price. And he kept our house and the areas he worked on neat and clean.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

Noah completed a service call today to trouble shoot a problem with the thermostat for our electric wall heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Because he is still researching the problem and looking for the part for a very old
system, he did not charge for the visit and will get back to me soon. Previously, I had an electrician come out who did not resolve the issue but charged me. I have total confidence that Pacific Coast Electricians will be able to resolve this and are ethical and reliable.

Recently, our brand new and newly installed luxury Miele dishwasher (the very best and newest model) had a drainage problem. We cleaned the filter out and ran the garbage disposal for a few minutes - but none of the tricks worked.

Sent out a bunch of random Yelp requests for appliance repairs specifically on dishwashers, and Kevin at Fuse reached out quickly and offered to come out the next day. Thanks Yelp for letting us know that they are fully licensed to do this work.

Fuse's team of two - Kevin and Max - texted us they were on the way, took off their shoes (thank you!), and immediately got to work. Took off the wooden panel, unscrewed everything, and began their diagnostic and investigation. After telling us that the drain pipe is clogged by something and us agreeing to their provided estimate of $250 minus 10% military discount, they started taking the pipes and hoses out under the sink to clean. They brought all their tools and bucket.

After three hours, they ran a few tests on the dishwasher, and viola - the water drained! On their initial test, there was a crazy crashing noise that I've never heard before, so they took it all apart again and found a pin in the draining hose - thank goodness I was there while they were running the final tests!

After the job was done, they texted us the invoice, we paid the invoice via Apple Pay, and we received the receipt of payment - all over the phone! What a very efficient and smooth process!

The next day, the office manager or owner, Kevin, called to make sure everything went smoothly. My only concern was the language barrier (Russian) between Kevin/Max and us; as long as we spoke clearly and slowly, they'd let us know that they understood. We told Kevin (who was on the phone with us) that the water drains extremely slowly in our kitchen sink drain, which is completely new to us, and he seemed to not understand what we were trying to explain. Other than the slow kitchen sink drain, they got the job done with the dish washer and that's all that matters to us! We will have to call Kevin or check the kitchen drain ourselves to ensure everything is okay. Thank you.

I've never had a favorite plumbing/heating company until I called this one.  Quick service and always surprised with the reasonable prices.  They will also take the time to talk through options if any are available for what you need done.  They've gone the extra mile when providing service.
