After talking with Craig on the phone regarding having an estimate done for recessed lighting in our home, I knew that without even meeting him, I wanted him to be the electrician to do the job.  And, when we met, I was right.  Craig provided us with an estimate, explained the process of installing the lights, and told me that after the lights were installed I would be  happy.  Well, I am more than happy, I'm ecstatic because I have recessed lights not only in my living room as originally planned, but also in my kitchen, dining area, and hallway!  The ambiance of my house is now bright and beautiful because of my new lights, and the wonderful electrician who installed them. I had a very old lawn sprinkler system that had been broken and making a big mess. They sent over a super nice guy, who with the right tools and technique fixed my problem in 15 minutes, and adjusted the rest to work optimally.  he showed up right on time, no upselling, very friendly.  He showed me what he was doing, and I'm sure I would have spent a whole frustrating weekend trying to figure it out myself.  It was so worth the $75 house call.

At work, we had an outage where half our power wasn't working. I was frantic as it's a design showroom and it needs to be bright for clients. Dan came out, did a quick inspection, and took charge. The part that we needed wasn't available, so he ordered it and was back the next day to install. In total, it was two days from when he came out to when he fixed it. And he ordered extra parts (just to be safe) and it was needed after all. So I appreciate his forward-thinking nature. Aside from that, he was polite. courteous, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

Juan was fantastic. Showed up on time, had the Covid protocol and was extremely reasonable in his rates. I would highly recommend him. He is upfront, honest, professional and great at his job.

A thoroughly nice chap, both professional and friendly!  Brian just installed an electrical outlet at my home, and I've gotta say - Yelp is right again; the superlative reviews are spot on.  

I called Brian Tuesday afternoon, left a message, and asked if there was anyway he could squeeze me in the next day (Wednesday).  He called me back a few minutes later, letting me know he was available, and that he'd give me a call the next day when he had a better idea of timing.

Brian called the next day, asking if it would be okay to show up in about an hour.  I said yes, Brian arrived, was super friendly, did the job straight away, and charged a very reasonable price to boot.  He even asked for my vacuum so that he could clean up after himself!

I got quotes from a couple other East Bay electricians beforehand, and they seemed to operate on a how much can this guy pay? pricing scheme - quoting very high, and then bringing it down massively (50%!) after I queried the price.  Brian was very upfront on pricing, and the lowest as well.

I will definitely be calling on Brian's services when I have any more electrical work.

Lisandro and his crew did an excellent job on my home.  Lisandro got all the permits taken care of and knew what the inspector would be looking for.  L&L did a big job at my house and completed it in a timely manner.

I called Ray to install a new 220V receptacle for our clothes dryer.  The older one did not fit the new 3 prong GE plug and was also loose on the wall.  Ray arrived about 15 minutes later and had completed the entire  project within an hour or so after I had called.  He was pleasant, and the installation and price more than met my expectations.  I will call Ray as long as we are in SF.

Dan and his colleague were extremely nice and they were very punctual. They came right on the dot, on time at exactly 11:00 am (appointment time), which was very important to me since I have a Dr's appointment afterwards. We also got a great deal since we went directly through them rather than going through Amazon or Google.

I called Paul in a pinch because my boss wanted the light in his garage, which wouldn't go off fixed before he got back into town. I called Paul in the morning, and he came that afternoon! He used text to communicate, which I always find helpful and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. More than an electrician, he is an enlightened electrician who knows the dharma of lights. Val was great.  Professional, friendly, efficient, and identified the problem with our track light, dimmer and switch in five minutes.  Quick turnaround on having him come through same day, and price was fair.  Highly recommend!

I have only great things to say about Galaxy Appliance Repair!  Our fridge broke and was flooding water all over our hardwood floors on Memorial Day. Not only did Galaxy respond quickly but showed up on time, gave me a fair price and, most importantly, fixed the problem quickly!  I'm sooooo grateful to them for helping me when I REALLY needed it!

When trying to replace a light bulb, I accidentally tore the light fixture out of my bedroom ceiling. I called first thing in the morning and Abel was able to come out and help me the same afternoon. He arrived exactly on time, was friendly, professional and communicated every step of the way. He repaired the damage I caused, re-enforced the cage thing and helped me replace the bulbs. He was super tidy and I was so happy with the job! Abel even spent a few extra minutes with me, talking about future plans I have ( Maybe a ceiling fan in the future)
