Great Service. The tech arrived on time. replaced to broken outlets and a transformer. He cleaned up after himself and did a job fast but with attention to detail.

I needed to replace an outdoor sprinkler box which required installation through stucco and wiring a GFI outlet.  Probably could have done it myself, but you know famous last words.  Called SOS Electric and Ronaldo got me a technician (Hector) out that same afternoon.  He also gave me a discount off their minimum because this was such a small job.  Hector was extremely knowledgeable, a stickler for accuracy and detail, and a fast worker.  Whole job took less than an hour.  This company is now going to be my only choice for any future electrical work.  They are great

We have been looking for someone to install a new ceiling fan on a loft with a high ceiling ( 15.5 feet) without electrical wirings in place.

Angel was very friendly, well organized, and knowledgeable. He visited and surveyed the place and provided the best options on the installation. Everything was handled professionally from the booking to the completion of the project. The new wiring tube and the fan are perfectly installed. It matches beautifully with the industrial style of our loft. Angel was so professional, and we highly recommend him.

Had a problem with the wiring in my well pump house. Another company came first, and  tried to sell me on a huge project to re-do all the wiring on my well house and build protective boxes with wood, etc.  Doing that would of wasted tons of money, for starters, and wouldn't of even fixed the problem.

Anderholm sent a guy Dustin over--- experienced Journeyman electrician.  HE was very friendly and easy to work with, and professional.  He took his time to diagnosis the issue we were having and turns out hte other guys completely miscalled it.  It was the wiring going from main circuit box underground to the wellhouse, not the wellhouse wiring itself. He worked late into the night, knowing we had two kids here and no water.  Impressed how this guy gets things done in the dark, in the cold, with his headlamp! He did a great job, and I've put these guys in my file for referrals/future work.

I have never used Woo Electric Co as electricians (I never had the need); however, they also manage/own a few rental properties. As my landlord, this family-run business is great. It is an unusual and very telling perspective being a tenant. Just knowing the family over the last 4 years, I trust them. Tim is the front-man handling the day-to-day contact with his brother Aaron behind the scenes backing Tim up. Occasionally you get to meet the old man, Chester (very personable). If I had a need for an electrician, I would call these guys first...

Great and quick service! He installed two of our light fixtures and we were very happy with the work.

So I've had to use Rosenthal electric on two occasions. The first one was when I needed to install a Google nest at my home. I called him I told him what type of device I had he told me honestly you could probably plug it in yourself it's pretty easy just follow the instructions and connect the wires and it should work but call me if you run into any problems.

lo and behold it was super easy save a bunch of money!

The second time I used it I needed some electrical work done here at my business  the plugs in the walls needed to get installed. Josh was there on time got the work done super quick and got everything working the way I needed it! He gave me a super fair price as well and it are overall amazing job. Highly recommend this electrician.

Dennis placed new outside lights on my house and did an excellent job. He was competent, efficient and personable. We will definitely call him again when we need an electrician.

We had a very tricky electrical issue with our 110 year old house, and Dan totally delivered! He was very professional, and was determined to find a solution where other electrical companies had either missed the problems altogether or quoted us an astronomical price. We're so grateful, plus he's a sweet guy and we share a love of Syracuse!

I HIGHLY recommend Don Heck's services. He came our way through Tom Hurray Construction. Tom did a complete renovation of our bathroom and Don did the electrical work for that project. We separately hired Don for many small projects to get our fixer upper up to code.

Some services completed:

- Dedicated lines ran for our new refrigerator, food disposal, and microwave.
- Installation of our over-the-range microwave

Don is trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I plan on hiring him for all our future electrical needs.

I  wanted a large, heavy chandelier re-hung in my entryway.  It was difficult to find an electrician willing to take the job because it required scaffolding and 2-3 guys to lift the chandelier.  Aleco took the job.
When the Aleco electricians were finished, there were a couple issues I had with the chandelier:  mainly, it was hung too high.  The Aleco customer service representative later scheduled a new crew to come out and correct the problem.  They did a good job, and made sure I was satisfied with the height of the chandelier before finishing the job.

Richard did an excellent job. I called and set up an appointment.
He called me back and was at my house the same day. He explained to me thoroughly what he was going to do and answered all my questions. Jacob is a pleasure to work with.  He did a really nice electrical system for our spa. Jacob is a clear communicator, hard-working and has a great attitude.

Run do not walk away from this bait and switch.  After multiply calls I felt he was legit. I sent him my $250 deposit and so did my neighbor. We always do our ho,es together.  He took out $500 (combined deposit) and baled.
No lights no refund.   Nothing.  Sad I gat duped. Please don't get duped also.  Still waiting for my refund.... next year?

Ken deserves all these stars! We have a 90+ year old house and he came out to fix a short. It was an easy problem to solve, and then he went on to point out that we had a live wire (!) above an outdoor entrance. He fixed that, and then installed a new three pronged outlet. He was on-time, courteous, fine with our dog and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again.

I got my first all electric car and needed a 240 volt circuit installed in the garage to charge it.  While I asked four electricians to provide proposals to run the 90' cable, the people at Five or Free were the most professional throughout.  Alex came by initially to look over what was needed.  He was friendly, patient and explained what they would do very clearly. For the installation, Job performed all the work in a very efficient, and thoughtful manner.  And he vacuumed up all the mess created, carrying away all the trash, too!  The new outlet looks and works great and I am very pleased with the outcome.  I highly recommend Five or Free Solutions.

Norman saved the day! I was attempting to change a lock, which was supposed to be an easy job. Of course, it wasn't. I removed the back panel while the latch was in locked position. I ended up locking myself from the inside. I called a locksmith who quoted ridiculously high. I decided to try a handyman and phoned Norman who picked up right away. He thankfully was in the area and arrived within minutes. He unlocked the door easily. Not only did he get the job done but what really impressed me was his response time and honesty. Overall great experience.

Amazing service. I can't recommend Electric Heroes enough! I called and I was lucky enough that I could be included in their schedule that very day.  The estimate was reasonable and setting the appointment couldn't have been easier. I needed to replace what was apparently an old stove outlet for a 4-prong dryer outlet, for my new dryer. I took some photos and when the tech arrived (he called ahead and let me know when he would arrive, which was on time) he had the part(s) and was ready to go. The great thing is, he also installed my new dryer, I didn't have to call back the installers. Yippee! I can use it today rather than wait a few more days. He even took a look at my furnace and thermostat connection. He was friendly, totally professional and knowledgable. Super efficient. And wore a mask and was as virus safe as possible. I really couldn't be happier with their service, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thanks!
