East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

You will be treated in an honest and forthright manner. This is a stand up business! I didn't know where to begin, in finding a company that I could trust. After some research online and several calls, I spoke with a young lady who was patient and explained the process in a clear and concise manner, I very impressed.

Of all the reviews I've ever done on Yelp, this is perhaps the most unorthodox of all.  People probably don't think of reviewing septic companies, however, when you need their services, it's good to know that you'll be treated fairly and with integrity! I want to say that if it were possible to give more than 5 stars here, I would.

The two techs that came to my residence were fantastic! Personable and knowledgeable.
For the work that was done, the prices were very reasonable as well.

Wish I could give them zero as that is all they deserve. I recently moved here from the East Coast and when you buy a home in Az, the owner is responsible to have the septic tank cleaned which they did. It was exactly a year ago that A to Z cleaned the septic. I have had a backup and my plumber told me there was a problem with the tank and that there was some sort of backup. I found the receipt from the previous owner and since it has only been one year and only one person lives here, I called to get them to come and take care f the problem as it should be under warranty. The girl that answered the phone was rude and short with me and literally said, how should i know how much usage, maybe you backed it up. When I explained to her that I have  only been here for a year and that mis is impossible for one person to create such a situation in such a short amount of time she finally agreed to call the owner and have him call me directly, that was over a week ago and HE NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK!!! UNACCEPTABLE. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK!!!!

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

These guys are great.  I have used them on two different properties, one a rental and another my home, to inspect and pump a septic sewer system.

They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

I had their tech come over and diagnose the leak. He said he could fix the issue, but it broke again.

I figure I get the same guy out here and he can do something different to fix the issue. It is still not working. I've spend over 800 dollars with them for no solution, and no follow up care.

They charged me for both times, and it didn't work both times. Right now I'm just throwing money at them, they have no real desire to fix the problem or diagnose what the larger issue is.

No refund, no deal, no commitment to getting it right. In fact they overcharged me the second time after I graciously tipped them $50 the first time. The guy had to call and explain he made a mistake. But as he was ringing me up the second time he said com'on it's the same price as the first time. Just a blantant rip off.

Bottom line I've spent over 800 dollars, and the leak isn't fixed.

I started recording after the third time I called them about the same problem, and he told me you have a shitty valve.

You can listen to the review below. He condescends to me about not knowing what is behind the shower. Raises his voice to me, tells me he doesn't care.

We are new to Sun City West, Arizona and needed to replace an old HVAC system. We found ProSkill Services to be very professional, skilled and caring to every detail. They arrived on time and in about five hours our new system with new ducting was installed and operational. Not only that they vacuumed and left our house just as they had found it. We can highly recommend them without any reservation.

Wally had Mike out within 36 hours. He came out told, was honest and said not to do anything right now and was on his way. Never even charged us a trip charged. Amazing! Thank you!

Fantastic service. My garbage disposal was stuck. I wrestled with it for an hour myself, but it was clearly beyond my admittedly limited capabilities. Time to call an expert.
Here is what Ron of Rooter & Plumbing Service did: 1) answered his phone! 2) got here quickly, within a couple of hours of my call 3) fixed my garbage disposal in a matter of minutes 4) explained both the problem with the disposal, and some of the draining issues I have been having 5) was pleasant, friendly and efficient the entire time. Would definitely use them again. They epitomize customer service.

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

The folks that scheduled my service were polite, but that is the only positive part of my experience. My septic was backing up and they said they could come out and find the tank with the map they had.  Not the case. The representative was at our home for over a hour, dug several 2 inch holes all over the side of the house and said he could not find the tank because it must be in a different place or burried deeper than the 4 ft his tool could go.  Then he told me that even though they were unable to find the tank as they had indicated they would be able to, there was a $160 call out fee.  Crazy, but true another provider has been out, found the tank right where it should have been and right where they dug all the holes.  It was not more than 4ft down either.  Not sure if I got scammed for $160 or if they just didn't know whrat they were doing.  I do know,  I wouldn't recommend them.
