East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. Called and spoke with them a few times. they mentioned they did our septic inspection before buying the house but didn't understand our system and referred me out. The first day we moved in the alarm was going off. Referred us out and then we had to pay someone else $500 because the sensor was wedged up that's it! I guess from them emptying it.. nothing else was wrong. But they didn't want to come back out to us. if they had, it would have saved me tons of phone calls and money. But I was pushed off on to other people.

Edited to add that they also suggested to call an electrician that was another $75

Did a great job also it's nice to know that they are honest people I had sent two checks by mistake and  they called me to let me know that I double paid I highly recommend this company . Very friendly I always deal with family owned business

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

We had an emergency plumbing issue that came about on Thursday evening.   I called 4 plumbing services including emergency services and our regular plumber.  Left messages with all of them.  24 hours later only one ever contacted us.  Belsito came in, got the parts and did the job for a reasonable price.  That's how you earn loyalty.  Needless to say, I won't be going with anyone else.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

What a great company to deal with.  I called regarding a septic modification and the gentleman I spoke with told me exactly what I needed to do and saved me about $700.00!  The fix was so simple and he really knows his stuff.  This is a customer service oriented company and I recommend them highly.  Great job!

I called Ron on a Sunday night and left a message. He called first thing Monday morning (before 8:00am!) He was here within 2 hours, as he stated on the phone, and took care of our rooter job on the roof in about 20 minutes. He is very knowledgable and his quote was accurate. $145 for the rooter job, another $45 since he had to do it from our roof. Extremely reasonable compared to the $1100 quote I received from George Brazil (they take out your toilet, as they wont get on your roof). We will absolutely use Ron again for any of our plumbing needs!

Jackie and Craig were awesome throughout this process and they were very responsive for what we needed to get done. Highly recommended and not overpriced

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I'm a flexible person. Routine septic service, come sometime after lunch. They call me at 5pm (on the day they were supposed to show up) to say they have to reschedule. Hmm. Then, I decide to try them again a few weeks later. This time first thing in am.

Spoke to Bob who told me first thing in am the following Thurs, sometime between 8 and 9, I would get a call. So at 10am, I call the office. After being on hold for 10 minutes, the female receptionist says, Oh, I know I spoke to you, but I just can't find your ticket anywhere. Yeah, I talked to Bob and you guys did this last time. We can be out first thing tmw. My response was a dialtone.
