Joe and his team did a great job this week!  We had 2 AC units replaced.  He is honest, fair, personable, and trustworthy.  His team showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very efficient.  He evaluated our situation and took into consideration feedback that we provided.  I highly recommend him!

They are certainly fast and the tech was friendly and courteous, but there is definitely inflation in their price. The technician showed up 1 hr after my call, which was good. He checked the compressor and told me there is too much freon, and quoted $250 to remove freon. That was not good. At least the guy was courteous and quick, maybe that's factored into the price too.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

What can I say about Mike?! He is professional, quick to answer back calls and come to the job. On top of it, he gets it done quickly, efficiently and ensures everyone is comfortable. Our kids AC hasn't been proving much of cold air, making it miserable days on the second floor of the house. He got it fixed and when things seemed out of order few days later in my daughters bedroom, he didn't hesitate to come out to our house first thing at 0700 and get it all squared away. I highly recommended Mike and will use him again when the time comes!

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

The owner / technician rushed the job and let me without a dryer for a week as the dryer vent wasn't properly treated.  He finished with a tape job and broke our fixture next to the dryer.  The quote for proper repairs never came.  Use the next guy.

Worst nightmare to have A/C break down on 110+ deg heat!

   It was a Friday early morning and I was already making plans to stay with family since getting an HVAC guy to come out same day + on a Friday is near impossible. I Called Alternative Air after being referred by a coworker. Avnel picked up and I explained what my A/C was doing. He gave me the best and worst case scenario over the phone. Obviously, nothing was guaranteed until he diagnosed my A/C in person. He was able to squeeze me in same day for a check, explained the problem and quoted me a cost.
 
Avnel was on the way to Phoenix to pick up other parts, luckily he diagnosed my A/C before heading into town and was able to make a stop by the Carrier parts distributor to pick up the part I needed. Not only did he pick up the part, he drove back late afternoon, climbed in my 600 deg attic and had my A/C blowing cold within 12 hours of my first call.

We typically went through Chas roberts but having called them and being told it would take a few days to even get some one out to our house, I was luckily forced to look into other options. I did some research and found Baker heating and cooling. Their reviews were amazing. Let me tell you, they deserve every star they have. They showed up within 2 hours even though they are ridiculously busy and started working on the issue. We didn't get it fixed the first time, but here they are working on getting my family cool air at 9 at night. They are hot, exhausted and yet still here to help us. Ken is extremely open in communicating his concerns. They also offer Police/military discounts which is amazing customer service for the area they service! We signed up with the service plan and I could not be happier!

Amazing service! They do our AC maintenance and always take care of us.  I don't know anything about AC and how all of that stuff works but everytime I have a question or concern, I know I can always reach out to them and I get an answer or have them come out and check my unit! They are super friendly and very professional!

I highly recommend this company. My A/C went out on both of my floors in my two story house. I called my home warranty company Sweet Mountain air which were very unprofessional and unresponsive. They came out for a whole 15 minutes. Never came inside and said it was fixed and it was not. I called them for 5 days straight and no return calls or texts. It was upwards of 90 degrees in my house and 120 degrees outside. So I took it upon myself and reached out to Pineapple Air. Frank was great. He came out fast,, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, made sure every was working before he left my property. Very professional & kind. Most of all they don't take advantage of you. Prices are reasonable & affordable. A lifesaver to my family. I will definitely be sending referrals when my friends & family need service- 5 stars

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

I was very impressed as Gerald and his team.  I had him come out and look over my air ducts due to one of my rooms not being cooled properly.  Not only did he reattached a disconnected duct but he also disconnected an attic fan that the previous owner had left attached so as not to cause any future electrical fires.  Very, very helpful, on time, fair price and friendly group.  They also cleaned up after themselves which was nice.  I highly recommend him and his company!
