These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest.  They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole.  They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly.  We can't say enough good things about this company.  They are our go-to AC company and would not recommend anyone else.  Thank you guys!

Contacted Aire Serv to do an evaluation of the AC unit prior to selling the house. The tech was friendly, on time, and very thorough in his work.
The reason for 3 stars is simple. The tech determined in the written report that the AC unit needed replacement but would not provide a quote. The best he could do is give me a range of 5-10k for the replacement. I was told that they don't give unit replacement quotes to consumers that shop competitors. This statement is puzzling to me since I wasn't shopping competitors at that time. Besides, we live in a democracy where markets heavily depend on competition. Simple economics! Long story short, I ended up replacing the unit with another company two weeks later.

My technician mike from az perfect comfort came out promptly and fixed my air conditioning problem, even with the temperature at 106 degrees. He worked hard and restored my system up and running. He thoroughly explained the problem and Mike was very helpful. One of the most ethical honest companies I have found for AC maintenance and repair

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

Williams handy man Billy will definitely be able to assist with any project you have. Very professional and takes pride in the work provided. Since I found him on Yelp ive hired him to do many projects (ceiling tv mounts, patio curtains, mirror hanging, etc)

After another company came out and could not diagnose the issue with my A.C. I called 911 repair. Dan answered the phone and scheduled a technician to come first thing the next morning. Vic came out and found this issue, the following day Vic worked to replace the broken part, a valve sensor. He spent 3 hours in my attic on a 110 degree day and fixed the problem. 911 saved us!! I will always call on them for any A.C. issues I have. They are courteous, prompt, and know what they are doing. Thank you 911!!!

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning and got an appointment in a few hours. Fernando and Ben came, assessed the issue, explained in detail and answered all my questions! Also fixed the problem in the same day. Super nice and honest guys. Will be calling cactus valley from now on!

Mike is worse a/c guy i ever seen....he was late and drunk when show up! BAD SERVICE!   He used stolen parts on my a/c   scam!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Would never use this company again!!!

Clark Heating & Cooling is the best!  We know that we can count on them, which is really important for us as we run our own business.
We have several rental properties in Sun City, and when the A/C quits, it's a serious problem for our older tenants.   After disappointing service from other HVAC providers, we found Clark H & C, and have used them exclusively ever since.
They are always responsive to our calls; Michelle knows all our properties and has our account well organized.  Communication is always prompt and complete, both to our tenants and ourselves.  We have had units repaired and units replaced, always with great service.  All the service guys have been great: our tenants are happy, and we are happy.

Can't say enough good things. So responsive, helpful, honest and really good work. We will definitely use them again in the near future. Extremely competent and very reasonable prices!

Major disappointment. First, they were supposed to do our job 10 days ago. it took multiple calls to their office to finally get them to do anything after there initial diagnostic visit. In addition, they charged an outrageous service charge just show up the first time. then, as they needed to order a part,they then charged us another service call charge to install. The job took 5 minutes for their tech to do as they just needed to change out a minor part.

We used this company 3-4 years ago, and they were great. Very disappointing this time. So we will look for a new heating and cooling company for our future work. Do not recommend at all.

BEWARE!!! I had this company come out to service my AC unit which, although older, WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BEFORE THEY CAME OVER. I just wanted to have it serviced before summer hit. Well, the guy came out and showed me photos of everything that needed fixing. Then their technicians proceeded to vandalize my AC unit. I called the company, never got a call back, and their employee said the owner, Carl Weaver, E. Thunderbird Rd Suite 731, Phoenix, said they wouldn't fix it unless I paid for the needed parts (over $2000).
This company baits people through an ad for cheap AC tuning, then they drum up further business for themselves after their technicians purposely break things on the unit.
They may end up in court with me.
My advice--- get a reputable company. They may charge more for a service call, but they won't vandalize your ac which will end up costing you lots more.
I'm having heart problems, and my blood pressure went waaaay up and pulse over 145 because of this company. I'm 68 and sure don't need this nonsense. This company is willing to take advantage of a 68 year old woman because of greed.
Two days later.... my home warranty serviceman came out. I happen to have a company which services the homes they insure (I just found out--Broward's). Their technician went up on the roof and took a video (too large to upload), but found out that Merlin's technician CUT THE WIRE TO MY AC MOTOR!!! This is vandalism. I have called the police. I have uploaded my home warranty receipt showing that the wire was cut.
In addition, they did something to my contactor. It was not broken before they came over as the unit was not running while in off position. But after they left it was.
Merlin's technicians actually vandalised my AC unit.
