Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.. I've lost my roof A/C in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. Derek & his team are very knowable & able to diagnose issues that other HVAC techs have a hard time with. He has worked on several projects for me and has always done a fantastic job. I find Diamond Mechanical to be a very good HVAC contractor and recommend them to all of my clients.

Just now Innovative Air Tech Garrett came to my home and did annual springtime maintenance on my home unit, and on the ductless splitter unit Innovative Air founder & owner Julius installed years ago on my guest house in the back yard.  

Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and completed all the work in this one call.  He made a minor correction that could have been a major problem in the weeks to come.

People like Garrett are the reason I recommend Innovative Air  Conditioning & Heating to colleagues.  Everyone at the company is great too, particularly Karen, who manages the office.  And with preventive maintenance like today I can rest easy for the coming summer

I used Popeye's Air last summer to service and repair my 2 units. Our units are older builder grade that came with the home. Jorge, the owner, explained how newer units would be beneficial but fixed our old ones with no problem.  It's heating up again here In Arizona and his repairs lasted all of last summer and this one.  He is very personable and gracious. He didn't overcharge. He is honest and we'll definitely be calling him again for repair or service or if we buy new units :)

My dad is a 78 yo gearhead living in deep rural Maricopa. During the first summer blast of 118 days, his AC was working hard. Too hard. So, I used Yelp, found Scott and my dad, a very particular former Top Fuel driver and corvette builder, was impressed with Scott and his honesty about parts snd such. I asked my dad if he'd use him again for service and install. His immediate reply was Hell yeah, Scotty! When my dad can talk mechanical stuff, he's impressed, and Scott was open and clear with my sad. He appreciated Scott's time here.

I've been extremely happy, using Top Gear cooling and heating. It is so hard to find an HVAC company that is 1) honest. I've had So many bad experiences throughout the years with crooks before I found Chase (owner of Top Gear Cooling & Heating ) 2) professional, high quality workmanship  3) On time 4) all at a fair price.   When I first met Chase, it was because I hired him to fix a botched job that another HVAC contractor messed up all the duck work in the installation of my custom home. Chase came out and fix the problems right away. Been using him ever since.

After returning from Vacationing abroad. Came home to 100+ degree weather. Reached out to Alexis at Royalty Air, and to my surprise, set me up with a same day visit to check out my lower floor Ac unit. Unfortunately the compressor did not hold up. (Was an older unit) Alexis ordered me a new one. By the very next day he arrived and set it up. Top notch service all around. I will recommend Royalty Air to my friends and family.

Although I chose another company because Emery didn't meet my requirements for the type unit and price I was looking for, I found them to be honest and very responsive. Their representative was patient and knowledgeable.  The information that they provided was accurate and complete. I would trust them to do what they promise. I wish them the best!

Our A/C Compressor went out. Our home warranty company sent us another vendor. Thy said the compressor was shot but convinced my wife to replace the entire 25 year old unit (outside of the warranty coverage). A few month later the original thermostat needed replacing. The other vendor wanted to charge $225 (even though they should have replaced it as part of replacing the A/C, and even then should not have charged us more than the $75 service charge had we called the warranty plan to do it. So we said no thanks, called the warranty plan, and they assigned Heat Slayer. They accepted that I told them the thermostat needed to be replaced and brought one with them and installed it in 30 minutes (I feared they'd first need the warranty company to approve their assessment, but no, they treated it as a done deal). Heat Slayer was excellent and I'd never hesitate to use them again.

Thad is a fantastic guy! He is honest and reliable. I would not hesitate calling him whenever you have trouble with your A/C. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for repairs, either.

Sunday night air conditioning went out within forty minutes they were here and we are cool again . Good service very good service tech we are impressed!

I called Cool Breeze because we were getting no heat from our system.  I was advised there was a service call fee of $139.00.  While that was already outrageous the worst was yet to come.  Within minutes the tech found a broken wire, evidently no grommet was put on when the unit was installed and the wire rubbing caused it to break.  He then put on a grommet and ran the wires through.  In total he was there less than 30 minutes.  Imagine my shock when he handed me a bill for $463.00!  I questioned this and he said this was the minimum charge.  Wow!  I would have thought for the $139 service call a broken wire would have been fixed at no additional charge.  If I had known they were going to charge $324.00 for a grommet and running the wires through it I would have just said thank you after he diagnosed it and repaired it myself.   Never again would I use or recommend this company.  This repair was completed back in November, I am just writing this review as I finally found the email with their receipt.  There are much better family owned companies in Payson that will get my business in the future.

What a bogus promotion this company advertised recently! It was supposed to be an air conditioning system tune-up. It was not - none of the supposed checklist items were addressed with me. The technicians appeared to be looking at everything but it wasn't until the one of them showed me a photograph of how bad the inside of my air handling unit looked that I became suspicious. Then they showed my the compressor located outside the house and how bad that looked as well. According to them, both units had to be cleaned. Then it came time for the bottom line. I could not believe the prices plus a huge push to get me to join their Club that included a twice per year inspection. Oh and they would discount their recommended cleaning if I joined. I said no and paid for the visit.
I decided to get a second opinion. Thank goodness I did. The photo the FH A/C tech showed me was NOT the inside of MY unit! It was someone else's he passed off as mine. The second company showed me the actual inside of the air handler and did not recommend cleaning it. According to the second company, the compressor outside could only be cleaned properly by raising it out of its location to get all the coils that surround it. Conversely, FH A/C said they could clean all these coils from the front where you unscrew the door. I should report them to the Better Business Bureau for such deceiving behavior. Caveat emptor!
