This is the best AC maintenance and repair company I have dealt with. They are prompt, knowledgeable and ethical. They will not upsell you thing that you don't need. I manage a couple of rental units and I recommend them to all the yelp community.

Unbelievable service.

26 degrees overnight and the landlord had allegedly called some company called ServiceMaster -  Well, they came right out, NOT!

I contacted North Valley and within twenty minutes a technician was here and now I have heat again.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Shawn arrived at our home an hour before scheduled *he called to let us know he was 30 minutes away * he diagnosed our problem with confidence and went straight to work. Dispatcher didn't seem too alert when I first called. I called back an hour and a half later, he told me that he forgot to let the tech know. Tech got lost, had to spend about a half hour getting him to the house (it's not that difficult a house to find.) Had to make multiple phone calls to pay for service over the phone. When all was said and done it cost me 3 hours and approximately ten phone calls to coordinate getting a minor plumbing problem fixed. Service was overpriced for what I got and minimal customer service skills when addressing the issues. Wished it was a better experience. Will be using someone else next time, unfortunately.

Had an excellent encounter with John today and a job well done. Had a pedestal sink removed and a vanity cabinet and sink installed and he was quick, professional and did a great job. Thanks for the great work!

I just had my whole A/C replaced and wow what a pleasant experience. First of all no one wants to get this done and yes the expense is up there. These guys showed up early and got right to business. The owner even stopped by to make sure that things were on task. I have heard of these taking all day to install and these guys got it done in 3 hours. Cleaned everything up as if they were never there and explained what they were doing along the way. This is a big expense but as they left I was glad I chose Fountain Hills A/C. Great experience I will definitely be telling my friends. Thank You for easing my hesitation. I have had other companies come and they were pushy and I felt like I was buying a used car. These guys were easy going and great!
