After living in our house six years and not being able to open our bathroom windows, I snapped and called Shane. He answered and offered to come by that day and give me an estimate. He kept in contact with me letting me know when the parts would come in and when he would be buy to install, he showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond. I really appreciate his honesty. He probably could have told me I needed to replace the windows but instead he tracked down parts and made my windows functional again.
