Dion and his team installed tile, baseboard, and did a full interior paint.  I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time working with a contractor and getting work done on my home.  I worked with his designer, Monica, who offered great advice for someone who knows very little about design.  By just providing her with my general desire, she came back with various samples to help me decide what I liked most.  The end result was awesome.  It really helped to modernize the whole place.

I was also very happy working with Dion as he was willing to answer all of my dumb questions and address all my concerns since I've never done this process before.  When the project was coming near the end, I was impressed with how much detail Dion looked for in the final workmanship of the project.  He found more nits than I did and made sure his guys got everything on point.  He even got them to address issues that they didn't do and were an artifact of previous work done on the home.

Overall, I would recommend him to friends and I will definitely be working with him again for work on my home.

Great work and a pleasure to have working on my home.  My project was a remodel necessitated by a water leak and grew into a beast of a project.  more than I could ever do myself.  While this was a big job from my perspective, Irving and his guys made quick work of it, kept me informed about each step of the project and did what they said they were going to do.  They were also really helpful in explaining my options on some decisions I needed to make and provided advice where it was needed.  High quality, honest work for a fair price is hard to find these days, but that is exactly what I got. This won't be the last project I have them do.

Easy to work with this team. Ive worked with many contractors over the years and I must say this is the first time Ive ever really been impressed. They showed up daily on time, worked hard the whole time they were there, listened to what we wanted, did an awesome job, completed on time as promised, fairly priced and cleaned up their job site daily. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. Chris installed a custom window to enclose an office space in a second floor.  He does quality work. He is very detailed oriented, responsive, and a good planner. He sent us a design and was so impressed that he understood what we wanted.  Highly recommend his work.

We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I was referred to Danny Pehrson, owner of Solid Home Renovations, by a neighbor who had
used him several times in the past.  Danny came over to look at some plumbing that the former owner had done himself, and done poorly because he was not a plumber.  Danny looked at the work, told me what needed to be done to correct it and what the cost would be.  We set up an appointment - he was here on time, had to crawl around in an attic when it was 106 outside -
finished the job and cleaned up after himself.  

A few weeks later I called to ask him about a leaky toilet and installing an electrical outlet in
the guest bath.  Again, he looked at the problem areas, gave me a quote - we set up a date for
him to do the work.  He was here, had an electrician do the electrical outlet, he did the plumbing
and they both cleaned up after themselves.

I love contractors who 1. show up when they say they will 2. give you a quote that doesn't give you a heart attack 3 and clean up after themselves.  

I would recommend this company to anyone.  Great work, courteous and professional men.

Mark, Jack, and the team at Lifetime remodeling did an amazing job replacing our floors. They were not only quick, but did quality work!

Desert Valley Concepts remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom at separate times. In both cases, we had great experiences. The project manager was responsive and available, the workers arrived when scheduled and the jobs were completed when we expected. Our kitchen remodel was a big job that involved knocking down walls and more - our house was built in 1952 and even had the original cabinets. We spent quite a bit of time with Desert Valley Concepts prior to the remodel, discussing design and structure changes. As a result, every part of the remodel was known and approved by us. We couldn't be happier with the final kitchen. In fact, everyone who sees it is totally amazed and impressed. A year later, we did our bathroom remodel. We highly recommend Desert Valley Concepts.

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. We had a water leak behind our washer and dryer and needed some drywall replaced. I decided to give TWD a shot at the repairs. The results turned out good and I am happy. They were quick with the work and cleaned up when they were done. Only negatives - they were scheduled a few weeks out for repairs and they are a bit expensive.

Slade and Trinity Homes did a fantastic job on our 1800-square-foot whole house remodel!  They were on time and on budget - an amazing feat during COVID.  We love the results.  We would choose them again in an instant.  They get our highest recommendations for design and build!

Redo of the master bath: Leonel, the owner, came and explained all the options clearly. His price was $4,000 less than any other so I was suspicious. I shouldn't have been.XLT gave me exactly what I wanted. He was always available for a call at anytime before and during the work.Everyhting he said would be done was done as promised. His crew was just super nice and listened to me when I wanted small changes. They also did a few extra things. They were very neat and fast! I would always use XLT for any inside work that I had!! I'm very happy that I used them.

Desert Custom Flooring! Alex and his team did a shower remodel for me in my house recently and man! It's look so amazing and beautiful. Highly recommend these professional guys. Their craftsmanship and getting the job done is just 5 stars all around.

We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, floors, build a closet and other misc items.  We are now planning on remodeling our master bathroom.  Not only are the professional and reliable but Bobby and his whole team are a pleasure to deal with.  Bobby's advice on the design was extremely helpful and made the projects less stressful than anticipated.  I would highly recommend them.
