Best Cleaning System Repair in Phoenix AZ

When we bought our water softener 2 years ago (a refurbished unit) I did my research online and selected American Home Water.  Next day install was neat, clean and professionally done.  Later that day a minor seep appeared on the controller unit, I called, it was repaired that afternoon.  Recently had major leaking issues develop...water running out the back of the garage.  I emailed AHW on the evening of January 1st asking them to arrange with our tenants to get in to fix it.  AHW phoned 4 times the next day to make contact and arranged an appointment for Jan 3rd to ascertain the problem. On the morning of Saturday Jan 4 I received a call from Tom at AHW that the tank had multiple leaks and would be replaced today at no cost, full parts and labor covered.

I am writing this review to compliment the service we have received.  At every step of our relations it has been exemplary.  Products fail...it happens.  The measure of a company is how they respond.  I could not be more pleased.

Very successful experience!! Emailed them Sunday evening and received a response back within 10 minutes, which is outstanding!  One of the air conditioning units had shutdown so house was uncomfortable but we could manage. Scheduled them to come out on Monday and Tom arrived right on time. After describing what the symptoms were he tuned right in to the problem area and had it fully diagnosed within 15 minutes. Off Tom went to get the parts and we were operating again within 90 minutes. Super experience, cost effective and quick repair. We will have the Dukes and Tom back again if there are other problems! Thanks Tonya and your Team....  Thinking a bit further about our experience, I note that their payment system worked very well and that Tom was also helpful in this area.

Had to have a new A/C unit put on our roof. The technician Tim was Awesome to work with. So pleasant, kind, carrying. We love the new A/C unit. They were so tidy as they cleaned up the mess from removing our old A/C unit. I recommend this company with 5 Stars for sure!

What a refreshing difference!! Tom did a thorough inspection of our entire system.  He made a series of recommendations from the least invasive to the most expensive.  I was really surprised (and very pleased and impressed) that he did NOT immediately recommend that I replace my AC system.  He said that I should try the other, much less expensive, things first, and only then investigate complete overhaul if necessary.  Best of all, he told me that it really didn't make much sense to do anything now that AC season is just about over.  Wait to make all the recommended changes and improvements until February or March!   Impressive.  I love these folks.  Highly recommended!

Discount for a fellow devil dog took it down to George Brazil rates.  And the tech couldn't even administer a leak sealant.  Horrible and expensive experience.  On top of that, they quoted me over a grand what a coil replacement should cost.  Won't bother with this company again.  Don't be duped - all you have to do is get some other quotes.  Wanted to like these guys but totally disappointed.

The water valve behind our fridge was slowly leaking at the handle. While trying to replace it, I managed to twist the copper pipe. We called Day & Night and within a couple of hours Cameron arrived. He took the time to explain the repair. Job took about 30 minutes and couldn't we be happier. Cameron was courteous, professional and personable. We have used Day & Night for AC service for years so it's no surprise their plumbing services are equally exceptional.

Chino came out to my townhouse to diagnose a low pressure shower. Had the problem solved & fixed in 5 minutes. Was knowledgeable & nice. Definitely will call back for any future issues. Thanks

Worst company ever, always rescheduling, adding extra bogus charges, and super unreliable

So my air ducts was in need of cleaning as I could see the dirt building around them.  I called them because they are local and luckily for me they had a cancellation and we're able to come the next day.  Chris came on time, explained what he was going to do, took photos and video as well.  He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself.  He also cleaned out my dryer vent, which after five years definitely needed it.  I will definitely use them again before the weather gets cold to service my units for the heat and again before next summer for the AC.

I would put negative 5 stars if YELP system is allowed to do that. How we got to know this company as our AC is from Sonoran Air and we called Sonoran Air and Sonoran Air then sent Goettl to fix the AC. They charged us for $2k and forced us to sign the 3 yrs good club. The next following week, the AC is broken down again. They asked us for another $500. We would stop using this company immediately. Besides, the technician is rude.

AC started blowing hot air at 104 degrees.  Called other companies but no same day service.  Talked to Chris at George Brazil in the morning and he had a technician here by 12:30.  The technician called ahead and was on time, courteous and professional.   The call was free as part of a promotion, the problem clearly explained and estimate provided.  I spent under $1,000 for the repairs and chose some future maintenance calls.  In short, I was very happy to have the AC working in such a short turn around time.  Will use them again.

I have dealt with Parker and Sons for years now and I should have asked questions first.
They have installed my heat pump, RO unit, water softener and now replaced my kitchen faucet... I should know by now that while they do great work , they are not cheap... I should have done an estimate.
I bought the kitchen faucet my wife wanted and knew that the warranty they provide was not covered for the faucet.... However as good as the installation went with one exception, the cost was astronomical. I have changed my review as Parker and Sons contacted me and we discussed options and it was resolved .
I can honestly say that their work will not always be the cheapest, but has always been  top notch. Always clean and polite and leave the area the same way

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
