Absolutely the best HVAC company in the Valley. I had my entire heat pump system replaced and these guys did amazing work. We all know that your system is only as good as the installation and American Home Water and Air has the best of the best techs working for them. Thank you Jason, Jeff, and the entire installation team for such an amazing experience.  The HVAC Director, Brad, is as honest as they come. If you are looking to have your system replaced or repaired don't use anybody but them.

On a Sunday Afternoon our house started creeping up into the 80s, and we called Hays - Travis came out reasonably quickly as their on-call person for Sunday. Turns out we had rodent damage, and the compressor wasn't turning on. Travis had it all in order in about an hour, and was a great tech to have. Thanks, Travis!

One minor issue with the company is not accepting AMEX as a credit card.

I'm an out of state landlord and needed help replacing a faulty valve under the kitchen sink. ProSkill Services was able to come out same day and replaced the valve with a higher quality, longer lasting dahl valve.

Their systems are dialed in. I received text confirmations for my appointment, they were able to accept credit card payment over the phone, and I received an invoice via email after the repair was complete.

We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

Yes they do treat the client like family!  The technician called when he was on the way and arrived actually 5 minutes early!  Serviced my unit and found only one small item which he took a picture of and showed me!  Very efficient and cordial!  I highly recommend Accurate Air!!

Beware! Semper Fi Heating & Cooling is at the MERCY OF THEIR SALVAGE COMPANY for cleanup & disposal of old unit, packing material, residual of install  and trash.  It has been blocking my sidewalk for over 24 hours and still counting as I write this review. Never trust anyone that cannot clean up their own mess!!! The install techs were outstanding, professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. They completed the install before noon and said the old unit and trash would be picked up after 1:30 pm yesterday. Called first thing this morning and called again after I received a call from community maintenance supervisor about proper disposal and possible leakage...do your own research and read all the reviews.

I'm a single mom navigating home ownership & maintenance on my own. After 3 years of living in my house my a/c stopped working. Not the best lunch break I've ever had. I called Night & Day & they had a wonderful service professional named David out to my house in under 2 hours. He showed me pictures of what was wrong & explained everything. He got me up & running a signed up for an amazing yearly service plan. Worth it to make sure I stay up & running (some parts are even included). I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I needed a new Heat Pump and wonder who would be the best place to replace the unit. I went to their store and talked to Mike, a sales consultant. After going over price, size, and when I could have a unit installed, I decided on Canyon State Air Conditioning. They show up on time and worked nonstop until it was finish. I was very satisfied with the installers. James and Victor made the installation enjoyable. After they got done installing the unit they came in so they could finish up the process. They explained to me how to run this system and all about their company. They made this a very great experience.

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Suttle Air!

Our bathtub was clogged and so we called Goettl and arranged for a service man to come out the next day.  He was at my home for approximately 10 minutes at the most working on the drain.  He calls me to him and tells me that he is unable to get the drain unclogged and we will have to tear up the wall and floor in order to fix the problem. He stated that it would run about 10,000.  I informed him that we would simply just not sure the tub.  In addition, he also charged me a 100.00 service fee.  After about 3 weeks we decided to call another plumber to come out and get a second opinion.  Within 10 minutes the clog was cleared, and the tub was working as it should. It's been about a month and the tub is still working.  After a few months of sitting on this I placed a call to the manager at the phoenix locations to express my dissatisfaction and to this day I have not heard back from him as he wasn't available the day I called.

Keep me waiting.  I blocked 4 hours for you and ate up 1/2 of a day off to be called at 11th hour telling me to reschedule tomorrow or continue to wait for a technician.  I was on a VIP service plan and this is not what I call VIP service.

Prior to this failed attempt-had a plumber come out to install a reverse osmosis system.  I sent the guy away because I was being gouged by the technician.

Had a guy come out before this and sell me a very expensive thermostat which did not fix the problem. He had to come back out and found a clog in my unit.  He could not take the thermostat back because the box had been opened.

Three Bad experiences in a row.  I will not recommend or use this company ever again.

We purchased an EcoWater system from Costco, and Parker and Sons came out to explain our options and help us decide on a system. Everyone from the first contact to the final installation was professional, personable and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Peyman and Dante, the two guys that installed the system! Will definitely use Parker and Sons again!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
