Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer last year. I called Hawk Air to see when they could come out to check out the problem. They scheduled me the next day and had my AC running in no time.  The Technician's possessed exceptional customer service.  Happy with their services. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was in a country house that is over a hundred years old. The septic had forced all the pipes to be clogged. I called in the afternoon and they had someone out 3 hours later. That guy snaked the line till everything was working. Then did not charge me. He was going to come back in a week to make sure it was okay before money changed hands. That is awesome service. I will call them again for any problem I ever have.

Will not give estimate without visiting property and wants $120.00 to give estimate. The project is moving receptacles on inside wall 7 and 16 feet.

Just had my AC serviced and repaired. Ray was great! He was honest and up front about the cost. He did a great job getting our AC unit back up and running! Very happy! Thanks to Ray and Controlled Climates for coming out on such short notice and getting the job done!

Contracted another A/C company to install a smart thermostat.  After spending about 3 hours of cutting wires and making my A/C system totally inoperative, they gave up!!  Called Allbritten and thank you to Josue...he was able to repair the damage caused by the other company and install the smart thermostat!!  Awesome job Allbritten and Josue!!!

I can not recommend this company highly enough. They are not the cheapest air conditioner service in town but their work is exemplary. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. And most importantly they back up their work. I have to give a shout out to my installation team Mike Ruiz and Korey Stamps and my inspection team Samuel and Justin. Wonderful business to work with!

After juggling changes to their service date, they finally showed up to fix my HVAC and water heater systems.  Since this is a rental I was not at the home when they arrived and I let them in remotely.  After an hour they called me and told me they had fixed the issue, but there was a pending issue that I may need to repair in a few months after the winter season.  Fast forward to a few hours later and I could tell the heat issues were not fixed and the house is freezing.  I called the service back to set up another visit and the tech says the issue was never fixed because I didn't pay to have the future issue fixed. If the tech had told me the heater wouldn't work without the fix, I would have gladly paid for the fix right away, it's 30° out.  But instead I'm now looking for new HVAC support from another company and will not be using this service ever again.

Dryer shorted and stopped working. Searched for an appliance repair service and came across Super Air & Appliance Repair. Decided to give them a try based on google reviews and happy I did so! Technician came out between allotted time frame, was professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Diagnosis, part pick-up and installation was all done under two hours. Will not hesitate to call again if in need for another appliance diagnosis/repair.

So thankful for Charlie and the rest of the Francos team! Fast, communicative, and the best value. Highly recommend and will definitely be our go-to for any future issues.

Our service tech Eddie came out and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with our AC. He handled the job with the utmost professionalism. I defiantly recommend him!

We called to have a service maintenance on our AC they charged me a service fee of $95 to inspect it, I think the guy that came was named Mike...he explained that our PSI levels were low for the temperature it was set at and that he is going to add some freon to it and run it for about an hour.  He quoted a charge of $45 per lb for freon and $105 for a dye to see if there is a leak in it which I was ok with. As soon as he did his job I felt that nice cold AC blowing. He was upfront with all possible costs and it was actually less than he quoted. So far everything is good. I would definitely call them again for any future repairs.

Jesse came out tonight we called at 9:50 said he would be here at 10:00pm. Sure enough he's here outside our house! He was friendly and helped us get our laundry line/kitchen line cleared up. We will definitely use PR Plumbing for any other plumbing issues. Thanks Jesse for the speedy service and help tonight.
