Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

Had a new Wi-Fi thermostat installed by Dustin and Brian from comfort now. I received a text from them 15 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. They were prompt and on time. Very knowledgeable and polite. Definitely will contact them for any heating or cooling needs in the future. Also the quote was far less than their competitors. Thanks for the great service.

I had one of two roof HVAC units go out and was in the market for a new unit. My system was very old (1970s....). After interviewing a handful of companies, Allbritten was - without a doubt - the most comprehensive, thorough, and professional company I encountered. When we pulled the trigger and decided to hire Allbritten, the process was seamless.
John Drollette (sales) did an excellent job of explaining everything in depth and followed up throughout the process. This was a very large job (removal of old units and ducting, addition of a new 5-ton, whole-house sealing, all new duct work and insulation, etc.) that required multiple work crews over a 5-day period. The leads, both Bryan Diaz and Ronnie Levan, did an outstanding job throughout the process. Their crews were very respectful, tidy, and professional. I was told that of their company mottos is leave it cleaner than when you found it. Truth!
Allbritten is the difference between a shoddy company who wants to make a quick sell, with minimal work on their part, and a company who wants to ensure your system design will function properly, with maximum efficiency, and keep you happy for 30+ years. I'm a happy customer and will most certainly recommend them to friends, family, and coworkers.
P.S. - My aunt used them years ago for her condo and was equally impressed!

Crooks, overcharged and not by a little. I feel disgusting. Shop around and get quotes from others because you'll find the average quote less than half of Lee's. Karma to every one that works for this company.

Thank you to Controlled Climates for coming out to fix our A/C in the middle of a heatwave!  It went out yesterday and I called this morning.  Everyone else we called could not come for a week to two weeks but Controlled Climates were out the same day.  Dallas was awesome!...super knowledgeable, prompt and so polite and considerate.  We would recommend Controlled Climates to everyone!  This is now our new service provider for heating and A/C.  Thank you!

Really great service! The guys are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. Reasonable prices and are quick to get the job done. My lid switch broke on my washer and it was fixed in less than an hour. I definitely will go back to them!

Called VAR to come out and diagnose a/c unit that was not cooling.  Busy time of the year for air conditioning, but a technician came out within 2 days.  He did a thorough check of the unit and diagnosed a restriction do to a malfunctioning thermal expansion valve. VAR sourced the part and repaired a/c within 2 days under original estimate.  Unit has been working flawlessly for the last week.  Technicians called with their estimated time of arrival, were professional and did great work.  VAR personnel kept us informed of technician availability and part procurement.  They returned calls, were very polite and professional.  We are very pleased with the service VAR provided.

Had a water heater installed. Not only did the guy scratch our flooring taking the water heater out. He left sediment all over our patio where we walked out the back when he dumped the water out and stated the wind will blow it away. Had a mini beach going on. Didnt pass city inspection and had to come out again. The Office Manager Veronica is rude and lies about what she spoke with you about to cover her ass. Please stay away from this place.

I have used other Plumbing services before and PR Plumbing will forever be my #1 choice from here on out. Honestly folks, this company is great!
