After an overnight plumbing emergency, D&S not only was able to provide same-day service, but technician Eric arrived two-hours early. He expertly troubleshot and repaired the drain issue, meanwhile displaying the utmost in courtesy and professionalism. Eric represents D&S well and I highly recommend D&S. Well done!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer last year. I called Hawk Air to see when they could come out to check out the problem. They scheduled me the next day and had my AC running in no time.  The Technician's possessed exceptional customer service.  Happy with their services. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our first review was a five as we were delighted with everything, the staff are prompt, courteous, and eager to make happy customers. When we had a technician come out to address some concerns we have been experiencing this was still the case. Brandon was on time, listened well and conducted a thorough investigation, even discovering a manufacturer's defect which could have resulted in ceiling damage from the condensate. The company deserves a five star rating but for what we have paid we are a little disappointed in the Daikin, middle of the line up, brand we purchased. We also upgraded to a two phase system and the  air cleaner system. After eight months of use there is at least as much dust now in our home as before. As for paying extra for a two phase system, we were told the two phase system is quieter and saves energy, the air volume when the second phase kicks in is loud and overly forceful especially this winter using the heater.  There also is a slight but steady vibration in the walls when the unit is running which we are not certain if this is an install or manufacturer defect. While he was out Brandon made various adjustments and told us all we had to do was give them a call and he would come out to tweak things a bit more. Brandon gets five stars but. The heating and cooling systems work well but we are worried whether we made the right decision choosing the Daikin and the upgrades.

I feel like they charge too much just to snake a kitchen sink and also one of the guys that came out asked me questions that I dont think he would have asked a Caucasian customer.  I am Hispanic .

Contacted them around 5 on Sunday evening not expecting a response because of the time and inconvenience. Surprisingly got an answer right away. Within the hour a technician showed up. I kept apologizing because I'm sure he would have liked to be at home with his family and he kept telling me it was ok and that was his job. My AC had a leak which he fixed and then added Freon (I think that's what it's called) about 30 min later my house was completely cooled down and I was no longer sweating to death. Lol. I tried to tip the technician and he refused and told me not to worry about it. Great service, friendly, and fast. Would 1000000% recommend these guys!!

I had some issues of great concerns and spoke with Rose.  She immediately addressed my issues with Josue.  I'm very grateful for the quality of service from this company.  Josue was a delight and ensured I was pleased with the resolutions.  I can't thank both Josue and Rose enough for helping me fix the problem.  

I would highly recommend Lee's Air for their Air-conditioning needs.  I look forward to working with this company in the years to come.  Thank you very much for helping me resolved my issues.

I am so pleased with my new HVAC unit that Ray recommended.  My neighbor also had Ray replace his old unit the same time I did.  Very professional and Ray himself and his assistant installed the system themselves. Yesterday we woke up to a broken refrigerator. I did some research online, looking specifically for local businesses in my part of town that are rated highly with a good amount of online reviewers. This one looked good, so I called. According to Google, their business hours started at 7:00 a.m., so I called shortly after that. Nobody answered, but I left a message. Then I waited. I called another local business. Neither this one nor that one called me back.

I ended up going to the Sears Home Services website to set up a service call there. They had an appointment available in the afternoon, so I took it. Their technician showed up timely, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. And still, a day later, nobody from Super Air & Appliance Repair has called me back. This is why, if you want to stay in business, you return calls promptly. If the competition can show up and do the job before you have even called me back, then all you have done is guaranteed that I will never call you ever again.

This was a great experience. Crystal was very friendly and helpful. She let me know in advance when the owner was on their way. Once here he immediately identified the issue with my sink and solved it in less than an hour. I will DEFINITELY be using them again! Thank you so much!

I purchased a complete system for both levels of my home in 2009.  Everything went according to plan.  This year we noticed the lower unit not getting hot; they sent out a tech named Jason.  Clean, well mannered, took off his boots, friendly and knew what he was talking about.  My problem was determined to be a factory issue; but Jason is ordering the parts and will have it done before Christmas. All under waranty. As a company can only be judged by how well they deal with a problem and by the staff they employ; I can only say these folks have done a great job for me; I would use them again, and would recommend them to anybody.

We called to have a service maintenance on our AC they charged me a service fee of $95 to inspect it, I think the guy that came was named Mike...he explained that our PSI levels were low for the temperature it was set at and that he is going to add some freon to it and run it for about an hour.  He quoted a charge of $45 per lb for freon and $105 for a dye to see if there is a leak in it which I was ok with. As soon as he did his job I felt that nice cold AC blowing. He was upfront with all possible costs and it was actually less than he quoted. So far everything is good. I would definitely call them again for any future repairs.

This was a 5 star review unti after the tech left. Went to use my washer that is located in the garage. The technician did not put the washer drain tube back in so the first load of laundry flooded my entire 3 car garage. We had just moved into the house so a good portion of our property was still being stored in the garage. Multiple things were ruined including all of my wife's college diplomas and base of furnitures. The tech was great when he was here but that was a big oversight that caused hours of clean up and damage to irreplaceable items! Very upset!
