Needed three toilets on three different floors. He was quick to come and provide his service at such a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

Bill was very professional and nice. I unfortunately have a home with much much older pipes and things were a bit difficult to say the least. Bill took the challenge like a pro.

The Art of Plumbing is the best. We have had hot water heater issues for more than a year because one or perhaps all 3 companies stripped the anode bolt on our water heater. We decided to replace the water heater with a heat pump water heater. The first company we contacted said they don't do those type water heaters. A second and third company were contacted but failed to follow through, perhaps due to the complexity of shutting down an existing solar water heater. Regardless, my family was getting by on luke warm water for several weeks. The Art of Plumbing contacted us immediately, a day to assess what we needed, another to write up an estimate and a third day to fully install the water heater, start to finish. Without the new water heater my family was going to be looking at a weekend with cold water. Thank you so much Art of Plumbing, job well done!

We have worked with a number of area contractors during a recent home move, and Matthew's Plumbing is one of the most professional and easy to work with. Our move would have been much smoother if everyone conducted business as efficiently and transparently as this company does. Our telephone call for emergency service was answered promptly, the problem was quickly identified, a professional quote was emailed for approval, and then the plumbing technician showed up at the scheduled time and quickly and efficiently fixed our problem. We now have this company on speed dial and plan to use them for all our plumbing services. I highly recommend this company.

My sister called Progressive Service Company when my downstairs toilet overflowed.  It was a horrifying mess, as you can imagine.  Everyone else was unable to come out until the following Monday (it happened on a Saturday, of course), but this company sent a guy (Steve) out in an hour and a half.  He diagnosed the problem as a tree root in an outside pipe.  How he found it, I have no idea.  But he brought in a helper and the two of them dug outside to reveal the clogged pipe, replaced it, and added a clean-out.  They worked well into darkness; my neighbors must have thought they were burying bodies out there!  But they did a great job.  I called them again when my garbage disposal clogged, and Steve again came out and solved the problem in 10 minutes.  I had also wanted metal hoses installed on my washer, but he pointed out that the ones I had WERE metal hoses.  So they did not try to upsell me stuff I did not need, even when I had opened the door to it by expecting an expensive repair.  

Yes, they charge like $89 to come out, but apply it to work you have done.  I feel this is an honest company, they're reliable and they show up.  I will definitely use them for all plumbing issues in the future.

I own several rental properties in Chapel Hill and finding a good plumber has been excruciating.  I don't want to even begin to get into all of the problems I have had with various plumbers doing sub par work and charging excessively for it.  Sparrow is the best around, hands down.  They are not cheap, but neither is anyone else.  Depending on who they send you get from good to excellent.  They aren't perfect but they do stand behind there work, and they answer the phone when you call.

This company is absolutely horrible  We did a lot of research to find a unit that we needed to replace in our home.  It wasn't fun to begin with, since our unit was only 6 years old and already needed to go.  I spoke with a project manager, Eddie, who helped us decide what we needed.  I purchased the unit, and they came out and installed it a few days later.  It was two young kids, I remember one of their names was Austin.  They finished installing the entire heat pump within a few hours, which really concerned me.  Come to find out, they left trash all over our yard outside where the new unit was installed, all over the attic, and left small pieces of sharp copper piping all over our house.  I have a toddler and he almost stepped on a piece and handed it to me! How unsafe!!! But it gets so, so much worse.
A few days later, I go into my expectant daughter's room and find a huge puddle of water on the floor.  I look up, and the unit has leaked over our entire ceiling and the wall was starting to pucker on the ceiling.  Our floors are ruined, the entire ceiling under the unit was covered with water and damaged.  Our floors are also warped and were stained from the stagnant water.  I called very upset, and a technician took about 4 hours to get there.  I spoke to the manager, Tonka on the phone.  She was nice enough, and offered $250 no frustration guarantee (which we NEVER GOT, by the way.  That is also only 3% of what we paid for the unit and installation).  The tech came and made a temporary solution for final repair of the unit that week. We then get a call from an insurance adjuster for Thermo that said WE have to find a contractor and get quotes to get our ceiling and floor fixed??!! Where is Thermo?! Why are they not handling this like they said they would! Their unit RUINED my daughter's room who is due in a few weeks! They have not made a single repair or ANY effort! It has been OVER 2 WEEKS now and no one will even call me back! They are not 24/7, they do not hold their promises.  The only thing I can tell you is they will install a crappy unit and take zero responsibility for inevitably destroying your home.  Beware of this company when you make a large investment such as a new heat pump, or any other home comfort option.

Archie was a amazing plumber. I explained what was going on and because he had worked on the house before, he knew right what to do. I have had other plumbers do things half assed (not caulk a new fixture, not replace wall the parts inside a toilet even though the parts cost less than $8!). Archie was efficient, honest and dependable. He popped over after hours even because it was near his home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Got to my house within an hour of speaking with the dispatcher, got the sink unclogged and was on his way within 30 minutes. I'll always make sure to call Jordan Plumbing first. Mr. Jordan was efficient, thorough and personable.

I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there!

Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans.

I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

Unreliable!  While waiting for the technician to show up for my scheduled appointment, received a text saying my appointment was rescheduled for a 5 hour window the next day!  Another day off work!!!!  Do not recommend!
