Very efficient, cost-effective, and wonderful service! Dylan was quick to respond to our initial question, took the time to explain things to us and did a great job replacing our water heater.

Great guy and very helpful! Told me how to fix the leak under my kitchen sink over the phone in about 2 minutes. No charge. Now of course I am giving this review having not actually had any on site work done. So keep that in mind but I will give them my business in the future if needed.

Legacy Plumbing is great to work with. They're knowledgable, caring, and careful. We needed a part replaced in our master shower. Booties were put on and wiped off when they got wet from the shower floor. They deserve not 5 but 10 stars!

Jeff has done a lot of work for me at two different houses in Cary, NC. He's very reliable, affordable and trustworthy. in addition, he is a lot of fun to work with! His specialty is replacing polybutylene pipe but he can do anything related to plumbing. I'd recommend him without reservation.

I called ACME on a Wednesday morning around 8:30am for a leaking water heater that had bit the dust after 11yrs. By 10am a crew of two professional men were at my house. In 15 minutes the project was assessed, quoted, and agreed upon. I gave them the go-ahead to replace with a like-for-like solution and they went on their way. Due to many of the supply chain shortages it took them a little bit of time to acquire a similar water heater (about 2hrs). Then 3-4 hours after that the replacement was complete. To summarize I called at 8:30am with a problem and by 4pm they installed a new water heater and were gone. One word, AWESOME!

They also use nice customer service tools like the ability to see where they're plumber is on the way to you. Updated, automated texts messages about scheduling, etc.

Lastly, but most important. The quality of the people that came to replace the water heater was off the charts. My 3yo daughter was at home with the sniffles and was following me around, the two gentlemen were super nice to her. When I had to go take my son to Tae Kwon Do, we found out that one of them was a 3rd degree black belt and they started talking about TKD for a moment.

Friendly, well trained, responsive, plumbers. What else could you ask for. Hire these guys, they'll do a great job.

We had an emergency this morning with a handicapped toilet that needed to be replaced right away.  FULLSTACK PLUMBING bent over backwards to send a plumber for our needs.  Mitchell, the plumber they sent, went above and beyond the call of duty. One of the parts to the new toilet was missing so Mitchell left to look for the right part so it could be repaired. he then returned to complete the job.  Mitchell is a rock star!  And FULLSTEAM PLUMBING offers great service!  Thank you Mitchell and FULLSTEAM!

Roman and his son are top-notch plumbing professionals! This was my second time having him (Roman) service our plumbing needs and am thrilled with his experience/knowledge. He is fair in pricing and honest and straight forward about the repairs needed. He never tries to sell/fix something that truly doesn't need to be repaired. I trust him-enough said.

I would give them one star but they had previously replaced 3 trash disposal units for me professionally and without incident. My most recent experience with them, however, was quite different. My kitchen faucet, which is attached to a stainless steel sink, was leaking. Water splashed on the faucet base would drain between the faucet base and sink (there was no seal) and caused water to pool in the cabinet underneath. Not realizing how easy it is to replace a faucet, or that I could simply have sealed it with plumber's putty (as suggested by all the how-to videos and websites), I called JVG Plumbing.
The technician told me that I just needed to replace the faucet so I asked them to replace it with the same basic type faucet that was there before. He found one that looked very similar to the previous one and installed it without sealing the base (he said normally it wasn't necessary). The sink begins leaking almost immediately and I called them and they came out and sealed it for free. They used a caulk that requires 24 hours to dry. We used it too quickly, however, and the caulk dissolved in the water. I called them to get it sealed again and paid them since it was my own fault. They sealed it with a silicone caulk and this time I waited 24 hours before using the faucet.
The faucet started leaking again almost immediately. I starting looking online and found that faucets on stainless steel sinks should be sealed with plumber's putty. The putty never dries, so is ideal for fixtures that bend a little, such as stainless steel sinks. We also noticed after a week of use that the faucet handle was becoming more and more loose. Less than 2 weeks after they installed the faucet, I could swing the handle over half its range without changing the water temperature. If this had continued, the handle most likely would have fallen off after another week or two. I decided to purchase a faucet from Costco since the one they sold me seemed defective.
I called JVG back again and asked them to take out their defective faucet, install the one I had purchased and seal it with plumber's putty. The technician who came out just tightened the handle and said it was fixed. I asked if the handle became loose again if they would come every two weeks to tighten it and he said they could work something out to that regard. When I mentioned the leaking, he said I would need to replace the sink and that plumber's putty would not solve the problem. He also said that there should not be water near the faucet base, but who can wash vegetables or dishes without splashing a little water. I even asked if they can take out their defective faucet so that I could install the new faucet myself and they refused. Eventually the technician just walked out.
I ended up removing their faucet, which I found was misaligned and could have contributed to the leak. I installed the faucet I purchased from Costco and sealed it with plumber's putty. Its been two weeks since then and there has not been a single drop in the cabinet below.
In summary, JVG Plumbing sold me a defective faucet, did not seal it properly, and tried to convince me I needed a new sink. I paid them around $250 and ended up with a defective faucet I had to remove myself. The cost of replacing it myself, including the faucet, was around $80. I will not trust them to do any work for me again and waste more of my money and time. If you are going to call them to do plumbing work, make sure to do your own research to make sure they install  and seal everything correctly.

This company provided us with great service and information on our new condo's plumbing, making sure we were satisfied. Our technician Larry came to our residence in Florida near The Villages, on time, ready to help, and completed the job as quickly as was possible to ensure everything worked well with multiple tasks. I owe a review from last year, when Dr. Drain made a simple repair that could have been very expensive (which is the road we had been going down otherwise) had they not investigated throughly and discovered a small part issue. They were professional, responsive, and even drove back in to town to get the part so it would be fixed in one day. Today, Dr. Drain visited again to make an assessment of whether we could accommodate a larger water heater tank. It was a ten minute visit and again the service was thorough and professional. This is the go-to plumbing service in the triangle area!

Price Point Plumbing came this morning and installed 3 new toilets for us from Lowe's. Despite some errors on the part of Lowe's & its intermediate party (Handy) in communicating product pick-up & handling accessories, Price Point stepped in took up the slack and made everything work out just fine.

They were on-time, professional, respectful of our home and performed a complete and thorough installation. They are now my new plumbing company of choice. I highly recommend them.

Long story short.  Had toilet back flowing into shower.  Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job.  Was professional. Courteous and very thorough.   Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience.  Would highly recommend blantons.  
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't.  I know nothing about plumbing.  And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right.   Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall.  Thanks blantons. I had a tech go out and assess an HVAC system for a new purchase. It was a bit more costly than a few other companies, but they had first available as I am in a TIME CRUNCH!!!!!!!!! Well, so much for that! It was difficult and took 3 days to get my invoice and then the invoice was written in gibberish. No complete sentences and no one could really understand. I only understood b/c I spoke with the manager three days prior. I have called and requested a new invoice with a written description that is understandable with a quote to repair. I work in a trade and we complete invoices in 24 hours! This is terribly frustrating as I am now late on providing my realtors and the sellers the cost to repair the HVAC system. I NEVER do reviews, so you better know this is BAD!!!! Can't imagine trying to get a job done!

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
