I could not be happier with the service I received from Rooterman.  I had a leak under my sink and had called two local plumbers who had done work for me in the past.  One was out of business and the other never returned my call.  I called Rooterman, someone answered the phone,  Rooterman arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem as a rusted through disposal, gave me an estimate, went to get a new disposal, and installed it - all within 1. 5 hours and on top of it all Kevin was as personable a person as I have ever met.  I have already told two neighbors about the good service and I will call Rooterman Coastal Carolinas the next time I need plumbing help.

My well pump was leaking very badly and turning off, failing to send water to my house. I called a couple of plumbers, one gave a $700.00 quote. Upon calling Hillsborough Plumbing, a very nice lady told me I needed to call Eddie's Well & Pump Service.
I called and spoke to a very nice young man named Ethan.  This was probably noontime. Ethan told me they would be here to check out my pump today. In hardly anytime at all, they were here. Not only did Ethan come with two other workers, the OWNER of the company, Eddie, also came to my house with them to help me with this problem! He is an extremely nice and friendly man.. I have never met a more nice, courteous, and professional group in my life.
They were more than reasonable in price. In no time, they had my well pump repaired with new material, and asked me to call them again if I ever had anymore well or pump problems. I highly recommend this company! You will not regret calling them for and well or pump problem!

Hello everyone, Ken Bucher, who was the owner and CEO of Eagle Plumbing, was my grandfather. He was an extraordinary individual who seemed to make friends everywhere he went, even when he was working.

Unfortunately, in June of this year (2016), my granpa passed away from aggressive and sudden thyroid cancer; as such, we are in the process of closing his business permanently and we are referring and long-time and new customers to his equally superb plumbing friend Jeff Falls. Our house is almost 100 years old. We had a storm water drain that was backing up and we didn't know where the drainage pipe opened. The guys spent 8+ hours over two days working to find the end of the drain, clearing out the pipe, and working to make sure it will stay clear. They were very friendly, hard working and don't like for a job to defeat them. If you have a problem, they will find it. I highly recommend them.

Whaley Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend who has used them for over 20 years and couldn't say enough positives about their quality of work and customer service.  From the first phone conversation to having them inside my house for the installation of a new kitchen faucet...they were excellent!  Quoted me a fair price, the two brothers arrived on time and couldn't have been more wonderful to have in my home...which is not usually what you say about a stranger/work technician.  They answered so many of my questions while they worked and even our very protective dog liked them.  A few of our neighbors have since used their services and couldn't say enough about how great they are in every area.

The owner, Vincent, was prompt, professional, and efficiently installed my home's new sink and faucet bathroom vanity. Reasonable price and tidy job. Easy to communicate with via text. Years of plumbing experience. I highly recommend Jones Plumbing Service & Repair.

Huge shout out to Pipetechs Plumbing Company in Raleigh! ! Highly recommend for plumbing problems :D  they not only worked me in for an estimate  (that was WAY less than the previous 7 companies I called PRIOR to them) But,  they also did the work within an hour and for so little  $$!! Not only that but, their customer service is amazeballs! ! KUDOS - so freaking happy right meow!  #wordofmouthhelps! PS- especially John - the guy who did all the work and Chris in the office!  I will be using y'all again real soon! !  My leak was two broken pipes causing hundreds of gallons of water to spew out of my yard! Thanks again!

I would recommend the Bull City Plumbing for future work at my residence. Tray treated me with respect and helped me get my place in order. He was efficient and did a great job. Very reasonable pricing as well!

I found Michael on Yelp when I needed a repair at a rental house..  He answered the phone when I called in the morning, left me a message to let me know when he would be at the house, and then gave me a detailed description of what the problem was.  I asked him to see if there were other repairs needed when he was there and he evaluated the situation and gave me a clear picture without recommending other repairs.  Not only that, my tenant called me and told me how nice he was and that he did great work.  I don't think it gets better than that!

I'd give these guys 6 stars if I could. Here's why.

I discovered a leak in the water supply line to my house at 1230 pm on Saturday 7/25/2020.  I got ahold of Full Stack Plumbing at 1245 pm.  I'd never heard of them, but CW said he could get to me by 3:30 pm.  He and his partner arrived at 3:20 pm and had my problem resolved by 4:45 pm.  The fee was extremely reasonable, especially considering that it was a Saturday.

The issue turned out to be a failure in a previous repair -- one done by a well-known Raleigh plumbing and heating company.  CW cleaned up the previous work and upgraded the repair with stainless steel hose barbs, replacing the previous cheap plastic. He had me inspect the repair before he re-buried the water supply line to make sure sure that I was satisfied.

The Full Stack team was very professional throughout-- texting me to let me know their ETA and also texting a diagram of a Raleigh water hookup.  Despite the heat and an unexpected thunderstorm they were cheerful and competent throughout.

The technicians that came to fix my kitchen sink faucet were friendly and on time (I called to schedule and they had someone at my house in under two hours!) It was great to read their bios and learn about them - turns out we had some things in common! Both of the guys were very professional but easy to talk to. They recommended an option for a long term fix, which I chose to do after listening to the pros and cons. And the price was great too! I don't normally post reviews but I think these two guys deserve one. Thanks again Quality Service - you've got a customer for life!

When your wastewater system alarm goes off, all kinds of bad thoughts creep in.  I called around and there wasn't much help.  These guys started diagnosing the problem immediately.  They responded with the same sense of urgency as I was experiencing and helped me walk through the problem and then came out the next day to help.  They diagnosed the problem and set clear expectations.  Through every turn, they kept me up to date on the progress and costs.  I checked costs on the internet and these guys were at or below typical prices.  They worked every angle to make sure my system was up and running as soon as possible.  This isn't some large company, it's just a couple of guys who get it.  Highly recommended.

I didn't have a great experience. They said btwn. 8 and 12, I called at 10 and was told I was next. He came at 3!!! Felt like I wasted the whole day. He had to come back the next day with the part and said he would call at 9 but ended up calling at 4:15.  Not planning on using them in the future

Unfortunately, I must be true and honest with proof about my comments. I called for emergency reason. This company sent their employee who is supposed to be a well skilled electrician to our home. They actually sent someone who was very soft spoken to make the complete situation worst! He robbed us for $1500 is all he did! The A/C installer stated he was to hook up the new A/C behind this guy our home entire home could have been in flames. The guy came back the following day to correct any errors but he claim he did not do anything wrong. He was loud and disrespectful towards my father and another 2 other technicians heard him. We have called to complain and reason with them about refunded us at least half of the charge but they refused!!! After reading the reviews, this business is all about lying and taking full advantage of people. I WILL NEVER recommend Michael & Son to anyone for anything. You will need to call another electrician to fix the mess they do. We are going to continue to case by moving forward. BBB Complaint and possibly action news. FYI, on this site you have to give a rating so I hit 1 star but its actually 0.

My wash machine was overflowing from a clogged drain pipe.  I called Blanton's and they sent a rep out.  He unhooked my wash machine and unclogged the drain pipe. He then charged me $600.00 and was very professional in doing so.

When I ran my wash machine and hour later, I had soapy water running all over my floor! water was erupting right out of the washing machine. I looked behind the wash machine and realized he had not hooked it back up! They then wanted to charge me $109.00 to come back out fix what they had fouled up.  I just hooked it back up myself.   Thank you Blanton's for charging me an arm & a leg for a shoddy job!  I would not recommend Blanton's to my worst enemy.  They are too expensive and incompetent.
