Only $860 to hydro jet our sewer line. They came out on a Wednesday after a Monday call, so you know they're busy. It took two plumbers less than 10 minutes to run the hydrojet and unclog the drain. I wasn't aware of the 2 plumbers with 1.5 hour minimum billing rate, but that's just business. They were able to invoice me by email in under an hour, which was nice. No pesky talk about pricing while on site.

Eddie and his crew came to our rescue after we lost pressure from the well. I called my plumber and he said it was our well. Eddie came out the very same day and diagnosed a leak somewhere in the system. He spent an hour here and then recommended a leak detector service. The leak guy  found the leak and Eddie came back and fixed the leak. We now have full pressure again. Eddie is committed to helping resolve the problem and gives exceptional service with good explanation and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Eddie!

I was very impressed with arc plumbing. They were able to come sooner than expected. They do not charge trip charges and that was surprisingly wonderful. They were able to get my Jacuzzi tub back up and running at no cost because it was just the GFI switch that needed to be pushed. I will definitely call them again.

Hello everyone, Ken Bucher, who was the owner and CEO of Eagle Plumbing, was my grandfather. He was an extraordinary individual who seemed to make friends everywhere he went, even when he was working.

Unfortunately, in June of this year (2016), my granpa passed away from aggressive and sudden thyroid cancer; as such, we are in the process of closing his business permanently and we are referring and long-time and new customers to his equally superb plumbing friend Jeff Falls. My husband called yesterday and was immediately told he could not be helped. After speaking with him for a few moments, was then told Sorry, I have been receiving a lot of spam calls from other countries. Scheduled appt for today to come out and look at leaking toilet. Supposed to call before coming. My mother waited at our home all morning and they showed up as she was about to leave. NO phone call prior to their arrival. Came in and informed her that they would not touch the toilet to look at it unless it was exceptionally clean. The toilet WAS clean, there was some water on the floor adjacent where it was leaking. My mother started to address the issue and went to speak with them and they had LEFT our house. Without saying anything else. So, rude on initial phone call, didn't call prior to arrival as promised and left without performing any service. WOW.

Our hot water heater failed on Wed. and within 24 hrs., they installed a new heater. The installation is highly professional and the techs were very courteous and thorough.

I would recommend the Bull City Plumbing for future work at my residence. Tray treated me with respect and helped me get my place in order. He was efficient and did a great job. Very reasonable pricing as well!

it's been 3 days and several voicemails left and nobody cared to call back.
Bad customer service despite all high ratings and beautiful reviews (by friends and family members?).
I am looking for a different plumber.

Love that a human, the affable Kim, answered the phone rather than just voice mail. I called four other businesses for help before Full Stack but hung up on their messages requesting I leave my info. After talking to Kim about what I needed, she called back in five minutes and had an appointment for me only a few days out. Way to run a business, Full Stack! I am sure their service will be equally stellar. I'll keep you posted.

Great service. Took care of the multiple jobs quickly and followed up as needed. I like that they offer different price points to complete the service.

When your wastewater system alarm goes off, all kinds of bad thoughts creep in.  I called around and there wasn't much help.  These guys started diagnosing the problem immediately.  They responded with the same sense of urgency as I was experiencing and helped me walk through the problem and then came out the next day to help.  They diagnosed the problem and set clear expectations.  Through every turn, they kept me up to date on the progress and costs.  I checked costs on the internet and these guys were at or below typical prices.  They worked every angle to make sure my system was up and running as soon as possible.  This isn't some large company, it's just a couple of guys who get it.  Highly recommended.

My experience was terrible!
Not only will I not use them again, I would tell anybody in need of any services offered by Michael & Son NOT to use them! I was seeking a new plumber because I felt like the plumber I usually called was charging higher than average prices.
I had a toilet that wasn't flushing because the handle was broken. They came and said the brand of handle wasn't a brand that they typically had in stock and they would have to order it. Two weeks later I had to call to find out what the delay was about. They told me it was finally in and they came within a few days-It was the wrong part! After another 10 days I had to call again and they said it was finally in and we set an appointment for a few days later (this is a month from the time they first came). On the day they were to come they called at 12:30 to say they would arrive between 1 and 4. The repairman called at 4:30 and arrived at 4:50!
I learned my lesson-you get what you pay for. The plumber I previously used may be more expensive, but they come when they say they are going to and get my problems fixed within a reasonable amount of time!

Superb and Professional service from start to finish......extremely impressed. Highly recommended!
