The plumbing in our kitchen was completely inoperable. Royal Flush came out and fixed it, completely rerouting the drainage system in only 1/2 a day! They also fixed two malfunctioning toilets while they where at it. Soooo happy with the results, cost and professionalism!!

Everyone I dealt with at Harner Plumbing was professional and helpful. Dana was able to fit me into their schedule, even though I called late in the day. Mike and Sam showed up on time, explained what the plumbing problem was and their plan to address it. They answered all my questions and were respectful of my property. They even cleaned up the area when they were done!

They came in give me an estimate did a good job at a fair price very clean work area. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Best plumber ever! He had to fix so many mistakes that an original plumber had caused in a home we built. If only we had known Pete before we broke ground! His prices are great too! I've recommended him to so many friends and all have been completely satisfied with him.

Lakewood Plumbing, Drain & Sewer replaced my leaking hot water heater the same day I called them freaking out that I had no hot water!  They squeezed my appointment in to help me out in a pinch, and they were reliable showing up when they said they would.  They were professional, courteous, and got the old one out and the new one up and running in about 2 hrs.  They charged me a great price, and I am very happy with the service I received.  I will use them in the future, and also I recommend this plumbing company.

I bought a new toilet at Home Depot to replace an old one that had a leaky tank. I also let them know I'd need installation services and they contracted Arco Comfort Air, LLC for the job, which I thought was strange. Despite their name, it turns out they also provide plumbing services. The next day, I was contacted by Arco, to schedule a very timely install. On the morning of the install, Jackson at Arco texted and called to let us know when he'd arrive. He was timely, polite and professional and did a great job replacing our old toilet with the new one, and taking the old one away to dispose of it. I'll definitely keep this business in mind for future plumbing needs, as well as heating and air, based on the excellent customer service provided by the appointment setter and especially Jackson.

Gorjanc never disappoints. Technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Communication from the office is also top-notch when handling general inquiries and scheduling appointments. I am a fan of text reminders, confirmations and follow up, too.

My hero! David jumped through hoops to come to our property with zero lead time after our other plumber failed to show up. We were on an impossible timeline before our inspection and he came over immediately to help. Very professional, we will use them for all of our property needs.

Very disappointed with this company. Emergency plumbing repair ended up being tracked all over the home.. Sewer water, beeswax, and ceiling insulation stomped into our carpets, rugs, floors. Messes left. Our equipment damaged while used to clean initial area and owner refused to reimburse. As a professional contractor and business owner, I would not use these guys or recommend them to anyone.

I needed some routine plumbing and gas line work done on my home.  I did not know any plumbers, so I did a little research online and picked Tony and Son Plumbing.  You never know what you are going to get when you take a chance like that.  Boy, did I get lucky.  They came out and performed the work.  They were very professional and did a great job.  The real story comes about a month after that.  I was traveling and my daughter and her husband were staying at the house.  My daughter was home while her husband was at work.  She called me in a panic to say our basement was flooding.  It had rained hard the previous day.  I was out of town and did not know what to do.  So, I called Tony and Son Plumbing again.  The owner (Tony) dropped what he was doing and traveled across town to my home to assess the situation.  I will spare the readers a blow-by-blow discussion of the plumbing problem.  It was a complex issue that ended up involving the city and county engineer.  Tony identified the problem and proposed a solution.  He help me navigate all the red tape.  Most importantly, he fixed the problem.  I am writing this review today because I received Tony's bill in the mail last week.  I was surprised to see how fair and reasonable the bill was considering the time and effort Tony and his team put in.  I highly recommend Tony and Son Plumbing.  They are technically astute, honest and hard working.  Thank you Tony and Son Plumbing for every thing you did!  You are the best!!

After talking with Sal directly, it appears there was some miscommunication between us. I appreciated Sal's quick response and concern over the issue. We've been able to solve the misunderstanding and I should be getting a refund.

Joe came out for our plumbing needs in our gutted master bath! Joe did an amazing job!  He is wonderful and the most knowledgeable plumber my husband and I have ever met!  He added all new plumbing to a new wall, set the shower pan, added ceiling plumbing for rain head, and worked with not so user friendly products I picked out.  Joe is absolutely great  and we will never have anyone else come do anything plumbing except for Joe now.  Thank you Joe and Bers!

I've preferred to be a do it myself guy up until I realized that my time could be better spent and that my issue had outgrown my skill set. After years of snaking my own house, the last go around left my back wrecked. I decided to call Rich at Dunrite Plumbing after a friend suggested to him. I should call him an archangel. This man did what he said what he would do, and at the time he said he'd do it. None of the stereotypical late plumber who suddenly finds cause the raise the rate. The man is an absolute pro. He's quick, he's concise and he's honest. I recommended him to several friends and my in laws. They all had the same glowing review and experience that I had. I have now called Rich at least 5 other times . While I don't hope to need his expertise often, when I do have a need, he is the one that I trust, absolutely bar none. I know there are other plumbers that I could call or test. I'm simply not interested. If you want someone honest, trustworthy who will do the job right the first time, give this man a call. I can't say enough about him. When he shows up I have a tremendous sense of relief because I know my house is in good hands. I tried one more time to do it myself recently with a toilet in the basement. I even called Rich who advised me on how to do it, but that it require breaking up concrete and refilling it in , etc. etc. I tried to do it my way. Lesson learned, there's a reason he's a pro and I am not. He's a good man, you won't regret it.

Horrible service. The owner is a poor project manager and even worse money manager. Beware of photos of ongoing jobs, because odds are they were never finished. Mine certainly wasn't. Finding a good contractor is hard, and you need a service you can trust. This is NOT a trustworthy service. 1 star.

Ghosted me twice on a warrantee repair. Initial install was a water heater on a holiday. Leak developed on a seat joint. Came to repair it but it continued leaking. When asked to fix again, he said twice, he'd be over sometime this week. Never showed. Got leak repaired by another plumber.

The drain pipe connecting my disposal to the main drain pipe fell off. Through my home warranty company, I requested a plumber to come out for 1 pipe leak. Jesse, the plumber arrived 2 days later. He didn't introduce himself and he wasn't wearing a uniform nor a name tag so I had to ask him if he was the plumber. He confirmed. He came into my house without any tools, looked under my sink and declared, I can fix that in 10 seconds! No big deal.

Then I told him that my kitchen and bath faucets were leaking and he informed me since that wasn't part of the request, he couldn't look at them. So he got to work on the pipe under the kitchen sink. He told me that the pipe was too short (I had the sink replaced in 2009 and it's been working all that time) so he needed to go out to his vehicle to get an extender. He came back into the house, again without tools, and got under my sink. A couple minutes later he said he was done. He never turned the water on to check it. So I went over, turned the water on and it was leaking from the sink drain (all part of the same pipe system under the kitchen sink.) He said he just needed to tighten the nut attached to the sink. He tightened it by hand (it's a metal nut) and declared it fixed-again without testing it. I turned the water on again and handed him a flashlight and asked him to make sure. I should've checked myself but isn't that what he's paid to do?! Anyway, he stayed an extra 15'ish minutes to talk about the leaking kitchen & bath faucets and we talked about how the hard water in my city is causing so many plumbing issues due to corrosion. He finally left and I was happy to get my sink back.

Fast forward several hours when I needed to wash a skillet, a pot, and some steak knives (not a lot). I washed the dishes and noticed water dripping out of the cabinet onto the floor. I opened the cabinet and there was water covering most of the base. I called my home warranty company and explained that the pipe is still leaking and I need the plumber to come out and repair it properly.

I received an email this morning from the home warranty company stating that the plumbing company is denying a return service and will charge me $450 to Replace a cartridge due to customer misuse. How the hell do you misuse a kitchen sink drain pipe?! I was furious. So I called the home warranty company and explained that the plumber didn't fix the leaking pipe, there is no cartridge in a drain pipe and my request was denied because the plumber is assuming that I want something else fixed (kitchen & bath faucets) instead of actually coming back to inspect what he supposedly repaired.

The plumber was unprofessional while he was here. He looked like a bum in a dirty oversized shirt with holes in it. He didn't use any tools to repair the leak. He didn't bother testing his repair to ensure the leak was fixed until I did it myself the first time and had him do it the second time. The man talked my ear off and seemed far more interested in socializing rather than what he was being paid to do. I do not recommend this company. Unprofessional, unskilled, and refuses to stand by their work and make it right. So I have another company coming out tomorrow. I really hope my experience with them is much better than the experience I had with Fazio.

Your emergency is not theirs. Call anybody else if you need someone in a hurry. Even the emergency phone line is not answered quickly and 3 hours later they called to say their one guy on call was still busy. Not a well run business for the service they are supposed to provide.
