I had a plumbing problem that was very scary. The floor drains in the basement would back up (raw sewage in my house) during heavy rain times starting in the end of May 2019 to mid July 2019. I called another company, they came out and snaked the sewer line and the problem was temporarily solved until heavy rain returned. They did identify 2 different sewer line problems. First is a belly in the sewer line and second a misalignment of connecting pieces close to the sidewalk 50 feet from the house. I called others and did research. 2 other companies concurred, I needed my basement dug up to correct the belly in the line and dig to correct the misalignment of the sewer line near the street. Then Mike from Royal Flush arrived. I had to wait weeks for an appointment but it was worth it. Mike assessed the most significant part of the problem is the misalignment of the pipes near the street. I could write a much more, but suffice it to say, a short time later Royal Flush arrived, fixed the problem in one day and for 1/2 to 1/4 of the other companies because Mike assessed tearing up my basement was not required to fix my issue. Royal flush is smarter, better, more professional. Price is only part of the issue. I got a lot more than price.

My son in Streetsboro needed several things done in his home, like re-setting a new toilet with a damaged floor/flange, fixing a stuck outside shutoff valve, and fixing a leaking sink drain.  We selected Harner Plumbing due to great reviews on the web sites and from our neighbors on local social media like NextDoor and Streetsboro Facebook.  We could not have been more pleased with the result.  Dana was really responsive and helpful in arranging for Steve to come out, and Steve could not have done a better job.  The final bill was very reasonable and it was consistent with how Dana said (up front) the charge would be calculated.  Harner Plumbing is now my son's go to company for future needs. We highly recommend them.

They came in give me an estimate did a good job at a fair price very clean work area. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Best plumber ever! He had to fix so many mistakes that an original plumber had caused in a home we built. If only we had known Pete before we broke ground! His prices are great too! I've recommended him to so many friends and all have been completely satisfied with him.

Lakewood Plumbing, Drain & Sewer replaced my leaking hot water heater the same day I called them freaking out that I had no hot water!  They squeezed my appointment in to help me out in a pinch, and they were reliable showing up when they said they would.  They were professional, courteous, and got the old one out and the new one up and running in about 2 hrs.  They charged me a great price, and I am very happy with the service I received.  I will use them in the future, and also I recommend this plumbing company.

I bought a new toilet at Home Depot to replace an old one that had a leaky tank. I also let them know I'd need installation services and they contracted Arco Comfort Air, LLC for the job, which I thought was strange. Despite their name, it turns out they also provide plumbing services. The next day, I was contacted by Arco, to schedule a very timely install. On the morning of the install, Jackson at Arco texted and called to let us know when he'd arrive. He was timely, polite and professional and did a great job replacing our old toilet with the new one, and taking the old one away to dispose of it. I'll definitely keep this business in mind for future plumbing needs, as well as heating and air, based on the excellent customer service provided by the appointment setter and especially Jackson.

Finally!  It is really really hard to find a good plumber and ADAM did a superior job!  He even quickly corrected the bad job a previous plumber had done who charged even more by the way!  

Run don't walk to Gorjanc for plumbing issues.

BUYER BEWARE.  I called this Minority owned company, Brown and Son, on or around 03/24/23, in good faith,  to come out and fix an electric baseboard heater where it was not working.  Brown and Son came out charged me $85.00 just to come out and find that the baseboard heater needed a thermostat.    It took a week for Brown and Son to order and receive the thermostat .   When Brown and Son came out, the thermostat which they replaced was wrong color, and wrong size. and the knobs fall off when you turn the heater on.   I called Brown and Son on 03/30/23 and requested the original thermostat because it matched what was taken off the  system and a perfect fit.  David Brown stated they threw it away and could not find.  I went to use the heater on 04/03/23 and the knobs fell off and when you touch the replacement part, the whole thing sinks in.  I called Mr. David Brown to explain to Mr. Brown the problem, and David Brown was RUDE, IRATE, and HUNG UP, and BLAMED The consumer for the problem.  As a professional, business owner,  this is a disgrace.  

BUYER BEWARE

I have an older house (1930's) with a storm drain that was not working.  Recently had a company (the name rhymes with Scooter) try to clear the line (they couldn't) and then shot a video which showed lots of roots in the line.  $800 later they told me that the drain needs to be replace for $10,000.  So I found All Action on Craigslist and asked them to replace the line for me.  Jeff was insistent on trying to clear it with their equipment and I was just as insistent that i wanted a new line.  Finally, I said, Ok, what do I have to lose?  They worked on it for about two hours and found the line fully packed with mud and roots-there was ZERO water coming to the street. finally, we started to see some water coming past the cleanout and then they broke the whole mess free. I couldn't have been more impressed.  After aggressively cleaning out all the lines they ran a video through and showed me how the lines were now cleared.  I'm adding copper sulphate (it kills roots) to keep it that way.  These guys were the best and they were as excited to see the problem fixed as i was.  AND they saved me a messy full-blown excavation that would have been plenty expensive. THAT'S integrity!  Way to go Jeff & Co.!

We used them for a bathroom remodeling. Everything was done well with minimal mess. All the guys were very professional. I would recommend using them for your next remdel or plumbing needs.

After talking with Sal directly, it appears there was some miscommunication between us. I appreciated Sal's quick response and concern over the issue. We've been able to solve the misunderstanding and I should be getting a refund.

My wife & I came back from vacation to find our bathtub wouldn't drain.  Tried to snake it myself without results.  The house is 60 years young and the pipes were junked up.  I called Roto-Rooter.  Larry showed up promptly, introduced himself and got started. He warned me that sometime the old houses pipe will crack due to the nature of cast iron.  Well the worst happened and we had a small mess with water over a lot of spots. Larry and some other Roto-Rooter men cleaned up the mess quickly, he replaced my defective plumbing, cleaned up and left a clean house behind.  He was extremely courteous, explained everything he did, and answered my questions.  Over all everything was made good and I am grateful for their promptness and the professional results.  My wife was thrilled. And as every man knows a Happy wife is a happy life!  THKU Larry and Roto-Rooter!!

HVAC Technician, Scott Nagy, cleaned and serviced my furnace, answered a plethora  of questions I had for him, was a pleasure to talk to, and charged a more than fair price. I had talked to other employees, and I believe the owner as well, over the phone, and all were very nice and professional, like Scott. It's a relief to know there's a reliable HVAC, plumbing, electric company close by. Very happy, and my furnace is running perfectly. Thank you!!

Rich and his crew are fantastic! They were friendly, on time, and under an hour they diagnosed my sink issue and fixed it!  Being a first time homeowner, it feels good to have found my plumbing go to! Thank you!

Anthony did a great job  putting  my bathroom floor  tile  repair after my  basement waterproofing.  Definitely recommend him!!

Ghosted me twice on a warrantee repair. Initial install was a water heater on a holiday. Leak developed on a seat joint. Came to repair it but it continued leaking. When asked to fix again, he said twice, he'd be over sometime this week. Never showed. Got leak repaired by another plumber.

If I could give the 0 , I would. Technician told me one thing, then told the office another. Waited for 3 days to hear from them. When trying to call them, their mailbox is full. Cannot leave a message or speak with anyone. When a person did call me back, he had a severe attitude problem

We got AAA through out home warranty company. A guy comes out and he has a know it all attitude. He doesn't want to listed to what I have to say. He walks down to our flooding basement for just 3 minutes, peeks his head a few places, steps outside to look around for all of 60 seconds, and tells us exactly what our problem is tree roots in our storm drain and that it will cost us $895 to snake it out. He also charged us $100 for 5 minutes of his time. Absolutely absurd!!! We will NOT be using them and I advise anyone else to steer clear of AAA plumbing.
