Ohio Buckeye Plumbing is a great plumbing company. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to explain the situation very clearly. Ohio Buckeye took on a main water line and sewer line repair when I needed them most. I had two previous people show up on the job and just made things worse, but Ohio Buckeye came through in a very big way. I was impressed with the skill, the knowledge, and the efficiency of the crew.
I won't forget the support staff, they were always fast to respond to my emails or questions, and made the whole process just that much faster!
Thank you Ohio Buckeye Plumbing!

If you have a plumbing question or problem, do yourself a favor. Skip the big boxes and head straight for Menyhart for excellent friendly service every time. Expert advice and no bullshit. If your part doesn't need to be replaced, they will not sell you a new one just because they can. If they don't have it they'll order it in and tell you exactly how to fix your problem. Menyhart has saved us several times and we are truly lucky to have such an awesome local spot like this.

Called this place up in May for a backflow valve check. Lady stated it was too cold out to send someone so she put me in the list. The following week it was in the mid 80's and no call back to get this done. Obviously they don't need the business so I found another plumbing company that will manage my plumbing need from here on out. Too bad about this place. Would have liked to give them a try but first impressions are all you have in a business unfortunately.

Sam of 7 Feathers Mechanical has come to rescue several times for me, and his work is excellent. He cleared toilets and clogged sewer pipes for me several times, and came out at an hour when no one else would. He also redid my kitchen sink plumbing. I'm not one who really loves plumbing all that much, but when he was finished I looked at his work and the first word out of my mouth was, beautiful. He just neatly fit solid pipes in there just how they should be so I could also use the under kitchen sink space for other things and not worry about it interrupting the plumbing. Sam was there for me when I needed him and he did stellar work at a fabulous price. I can't possibly be happier with the service he provided. Please use 7 Feathers Mechanical!

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with these guys. They are fast, friendly and reasonable. They have taken care of both my central air and furnace. Sarah and Don are the best. I'm just a middle class average joe and I am very very pleased with their services.

I was having issues with a bathtub that wouldn't drain. CS sent someone out same day to take a look and see what we were up against. I had asked for a 10 minutes pre-arrival warning so I could put my pup away, and received the call right on time. Greg was professional, kind, and assessed the issue perfectly. While I had someone else fix the drain, I wouldn't hesitate to call CS again to fix the problem if it were to happen again.

The people at Raymond have been wonderful. I have the misfortune of purchasing a home with a faulty hot water tank. Raymond has been very prompt on service calls and very friendly and reasonably priced. On another note, if you are looking at buying a new hot water tank, please do NOT purchase a State brand water tank. They are a reprehensible company that produces unacceptable products that do not function properly, in 4 years, 5 repairs!

I wouldn't do business with any other HVAC company but Smylie One. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. They are reliable, trustworthy and fair. This company is experienced and offers top notch customer service. We have worked with them for years and highly recommend!

Had a problem with my toilet leaking water and dripping from the back and appeared to be coming from underneath the toilet tank. First guy from H Jacks comes out around 2 p,m. Tightens a few things and charged me an $89 service call. All appears to be ok. Now it's an hour later and there is water all over the floor in front of the toilet. Second call to Jacks and now someone else will be out. At a little after 4 two repair men appear. It's the wax ring and a few other things that need replaced along with a new supply line, which they did't have on the van and needed to go to Lowes to pick up. Let's back up here for a moment, the first guy wrote on the receipt that the supply line was leaking. Why didn't he do something other than tighten it? So now it's after 5 and the 2nd guy tells me that it's considered overtime at around $205 an hour. But because the first guy didn't fix it properly, he wouldn't charge me o.t. The total cost of repairs not including the suppy line came to $441 (bolts, gaskets and the cost of pulling the toilet to replace the wax ring). Now I also get charged $258 for the supply line and that's because they didn't have one on the van and had to go to Lowes. None of this is my fault. Had the first guy done his job I would't have needed the second team. I asked that the $89 charge from the first call be taken off. He said it was. Then why charge me $699!!! I'm an older lady on a fixed income and can't really afford this. I've worked in the apartment business 28 years and told some of my co-workers. Their response- boy, did you get ripped off. Indeed I did.
Let me just add one more thing. I'd agree to paying the $441 for the replacement items but not the $258 for the supply line that should have been fixed by the first guy and for the simple fact that they didn't have the item available and used my time to go get it. Again, not my fault. Probably won't hear from anyone. Let's see if they practice good customer service.
OK, problem resolved. Thank you Ben. Customer is happy.

Good luck getting a hold of them- took over a week to return a phone call after a plumbing issue had already been started by them which we paid for, which left us with a giant hole in the wall (left 7 voicemails and called about 16 times). Would NOT recommend.

Do not use this company. I hired them to paint the interior of the home. The tenant wasn't very happy with the quality of their work. I was given pictures that looked OK but when the tenant moved in she was very disappointed. I called the owner and he was debating me instead of listening to what I had to say. I had mention several times what I hired him for. I expressed that the quality was horribly and he said I signed off on it. I don't live there and had to go off of the pictures he sent. After speaking to him for a few minutes he hung up the telephone.

Had a main drain line back up and water was backing up into the house. They showed up and got the snake stuck in the clean out in the first day and left immediately after with the snake hanging out of the clean out. The second day they called 15 minutes after the appointment to say they weren't coming meanwhile the snake was still hanging out of the clean out and we were unable to flush our toilets or run water. The third day they finally finished putting a band aid on our problem with no real fix and provided a bill for $1800. The area where the clean out was dug up was left unfilled and a mess.

We just moved into our home 3 days ago, and last night we had a bit of a plumbing emergency. We called numerous companies but none were a 24 hour place, and then we came across Strongsville Plumbing. My husband called, spoke to a woman who said she would check to see if someone could come out, and that she would get back to us right away.
We NEVER received a call back. A simple call to say, 'Hey, no one can come out tonight, can we come in the morning' would have been fine.
Safe to say they've lost our business. This company can't even extend common courtesy or provide the customer service that they promised us.
