We have used Hofmann Plumbing multiple times and they always exceed our expectations.

We've worked with Rodney at least two (2) times for different jobs in the last 3 - 6 months: (1) Water Heater replacement and (2) Vanity / Shower Trim Kit/Drain install - and he is fantastic and does amazing work.

Very attentive, communicative and detail oriented, which is great to see. They treat your house like it was their house. Came with shoe coverings, face masks, etc. - always super professional, quick, on-time and deliver. Highly recommend Hofmann to anyone!

Definitely get an estimate (even a ball park estimate) BEFORE he comes to your house. We were shocked at the cost of a 15 minute easy snaking job.

I called Kobella last fall when my blower quit running. The tech that came forced my furnace to run for 20 or more minutes without a working blower causing the drain pan for the ac to melt. The tech had no desire to fix the blower module. He  told me they don't make the module for my furnace anymore. He kept telling me my furnace was too big for my house and needed to be replaced. Even when asking about just fixing it he wanted nothing to do with it. I called another company and they came right out and fixed the blower without any issues.

Sean was super helpful in helping me fix a toilet at my mother's house.  He was responsive, personable and professional.  I thought he did a thorough job, explained to me what he was doing and his price was very fair.  I would highly recommend!!

Hank was very responsive to our needs.  His crew did a fantastic job for us!  Installed new shower controls and great American Standard toilet.

My mother called bemer to replace her hot water heater. It was very accessible and an uncomplicated install. He tried to charge her $1200. Not a fair price by a long shot. Be warned

They weren't turned away for unknown reasons.  Their staff was sent over to cover up the damage with paint.  The tech that was sent over also was not comfortable with covering the damage up and recommended that I call back to complain about the company's recommended course of action.  The poor response to this post and photo should be another example of this companies professionalism.
