Five Star came out to our home on 05/17/17 - and once again - best service ever!  We tried them last year for a main valve issue - and not only was the quote better than the competition - but the work was stellar!  This recent visit - I needed a shower leak repaired and a new faucet retrofitted - so I called Five Star.  They came to the house - were professional - neat - clean and FAST!  All at an excellent price!  Another job well done!  Thank you Five Star Plumbing and Heating!!

This has been the year for plumbing issues! Ugh. Three issues this year alone. These guys are always reliable. The diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it right the first time! They are fair priced and responsive. It's a family owned business and they treat you like a family. They took care to take precautions with covid and were respectful. I have a crazy dog and they were not upset by his constant barking. They are the only place we call and have used them for years!! If you want reliable, friendly, affordable, good service these are the people to call!

Kevin was professional and friendly from the get go. He was able to quickly tell us what our issues were and provided a short term and long term solution, despite the fact we didn't need to use his services exactly. He did refer us to someone who could help us long term. Kevin seems extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Western Reserve Plumbing in the future.

This is my second time using Cleveland Sewer and drain, the first time experience was amazing and we've recently moved and needed their service. Once again it was a very positive experience. The installation was done by Chuck and Ethan they are very thorough, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier!  blew me away with there customer care from first call to the completion of installation.

Jeff was amazing. Our main backed up to the point it was flooding my basement. After using a 90 ft snake with no results, Jeff was referred to us. Upon our first call he let us know that it sounded like it was in the main and to call the city and give him a call the following day to see if he was closer our way as we are located in Painesville. The city came out and we had no luck. So we called Jeff the following day and he was right out. He took the time to not only put the camera through to identify the issue but jet cleaned the line all the way to the main then also recorded the issue being our main containing a lot of sludge. He could have left then but he made sure we knew what the root cause was before leaving. He took his time was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use him again in the future as well as refer him to others.

Very efficient and competent. I called and the plumber was here the next morning. He fixed the problem quickly. Not only that, he was so considerate and explained everything before he did the job. I certainly will call them again for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company from my positive experience!

We had the good fortune of enlisting Gerry Gill's help in replacing some old plumbing parts to maintain a beautiful old bathroom sink.  No other plumber felt the sink could be salvaged, but Gerry went above and beyond and found parts online and ordered them for his.  He's a meticulous craftsman, very reasonable, and a really nice guy.  I highly recommend his services.

From Chris and Darlene who answer phones to Dan who knows  his plumbing. Love these folks friendly, fast and knowledgeable.  I recommend them to all my friends and coworkers.

Can't say enough about American Plumbing. Don is probably the greatest plumber to ever live. I've used American Plumbing several times over the years for repairs as well as home upgrades with plumbing needs. Don's ability to accurately evaluate a problem and find the right solution is second to none. I would highly recommend American Plumbing for anyone who wants to get it done right.

He asked me what was wrong and I told him I thought the garbage disposal in the kitchen was bad and word replace it with a $500 garbage disposal without even checking to see if the old one was no good .Charged me $ 45.00 . Got a second estimate on the garbage disposal and ended up not even needing a new disposal

Chris Lee is FANTASTIC!!! I have had his company perform work several times for me on faucets, garbage disposals, outside spigots, and toilets. He is top-notch and very professional. His services are not cheap, but you get what you pay for when it comes to plumbing, and I have never had any problems with his work afterward, whereas in the past when I have gone with the cheaper plumbers, the work was sub-par at best.

They charged me $69 just to come out and quote a small job, then I never heard from them again. No quote, no nothing. I hired someone else and feel that they basically stole $69 from me. Shame on them.

Being a owner of a plumbing and electrical company myself I've never had to write a review of another plumber. But I am glad to do so for these guys. I called them to book a service call for my Aunt that just lost her husband ( my Uncle). Knowing the Ins and outs of a professional company's let me say I was impressed. From the phone call to the tech that came to the door,
5-star! Always communicated with me ( I was paying) and respectful to my Aunt. The faucet I ordered for my Aunt was defective but the tech waiting while she went and got another. The Professional Courtesy throughout the entire process was second to none. Thanks guys
