This plumbing company is awesome. They show up on time, know how to fix everything and there is no sticker shock at their pricing.  They were easy to work with and very professional. I had two other plumbers out before them to fix a sink hookup with no success.  Feichtner fixed it in about 15 minutes.

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

Really wanted to support a local business, but didn't get called back twice about a whole house filter. Once in 2020 and again this year. Even after giving them all our info including photos. Seems like we just fell through the cracks.

I had a good experience with them two years ago, but this time not so much.  They were supposed to come between 10-12 today, and call 30 minutes before they got here.  When I hadn't heard anything by 1, I contacted them via Live Chat.  The Live Chat person said they would reach out to the tech to see what was going on, and then after a few minutes said that they were put on hold, and I should call the company instead.  Sitting on hold for no reason sounded fun, so I did that.  Eventually someone answered and at first she said that my tech was running late, and she would find out how late and call me back.  Then she called me back and said that he had actually come by but no one was home, and he had run out of door tags to leave on the door.  I was home allll day waiting for him, so that is 100% not true.  He also never called me.  She rescheduled for him to come between 4-6, and again said that he would call beforehand.  When I hadn't heard anything by 6, I used Live Chat again, and the person said they would find out what was happening.  Fourteen minutes later, they said that the tech had come by but no one was home.  I told them that they had already used that excuse, and then they said that he was running late, and had 3 calls ahead of me.  I asked him to cancel my appointment, and please let whoever is in charge know that I hope that making excuses for this tech was worth it, because we were planning on replacing our entire AC system, and were going to go with another company instead.  He begged me to allow him to reschedule me for another time, but why should I trust them?  If the tech would have just called when he was running late the first time, everything would be fine, but I don't do business with liars.  How hard is it to just tell the truth?

I I wouldn't give one star but I had to give a rating ! They came out worked 4 hours on the job . Supposed to be professional . He was doing a drain clean out . He couldn't find the clean out . So I found it in about less than 2 minutes . I had to pull the toilet that I just installed . Because he couldn't find a clean out . He started sneaking my drain . Couldn't get the snake through and told me the bottom of my pipe was gone and that I would have to pay a minimum of $8,000 to have my whole line dug up. I called a different company they came out they found that the clean out cap had fell down in the pipe they pulled the pipe out cleaned out my roots in about an hour and everything's fine . So I don't have to dig my whole yard up . I called and talked to the owner and he told me there was nothing he was going to do to help me he would not refund my $275 so I ended up paying $275 + 550 to have a simple drain clean out so no don't have Spartan do your work for you !

Great work, but more importantly they showed up in a timely manner. They gave me an estimated time of 2-4:00pm, but we're able to show up around 11:30am! The price was reasonable and I didn't feel swindled, no complaints here.

We had a broken shower pipe and the faucet needed to be replaced.  After calling two high rated plumbers, both said at least two weeks to come and look. I called Anderson.  They were able to respond in two business days.  The company did suggest I purchase the faucet I wanted so I would have what I wanted.  The plumbers got here on time and completed the work quickly.  They cleaned the area they were working in .  The bill was a little high, but so were the other companies I contacted

Where do I start? From the beginning it was a disaster. Receptionist is rude, service techs knowledge was entry level on a good day. Then the quote on something that didn't need done. Literally could have bought a car with that quote ($3500) and I personally fixed it for under $500 in 10 minutes. Smh

Water was backing up called them and got a same day appointment on a late holiday weekend. They were great and here immediately to fix the issue.

Mary (I think that is her name!) in the office is very helpful. If you have a plan in place with her for any type of repair, and the technician shows up and disregards that plan, double check with her first before work begins. We had to have three different technicians out, received a huge invoice from their notes & services, and after some further communication with Mary had the problem resolved (things should have been handled through the warranty instead of them coming in to do their own thing and charging for all parts and labor.)

We CME install a sewer liner, and they were exceptional. Very highly recommend CME if you never want to worry about your sewer line ever again. The entire crew was incredibly efficient, and it was a pleasure working with Craig and Jake. They made the experience completely stress-and-hassle-free. Craig even offered to do some light internal plumbing free of charge for us! The CME crews are all seasoned liner installers who have specialized in this and honed the craft. It definitely shows.

Great job,very prompt,showed up within 3 hours as promised. Then they price gouged me. 15 minutes of work, a $5 pvc elbow $470. Thanks, but I'll check elsewhere next time. I didn't read the reviews prior to calling these guys, but I wish I had. He commented on our cars (we have two nice cars), so I totally believe he jacked up the price. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought the charges would be that much....so I never asked up front. Buyer beware.
