Best A/C Installation in Cincinnati OH
This plumbing company is awesome. They show up on time, know how to fix everything and there is no sticker shock at their pricing. They were easy to work with and very professional. I had two other plumbers out before them to fix a sink hookup with no success. Feichtner fixed it in about 15 minutes.

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it. Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

Dixon Plumbing is a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies who priced the job out of this world. I contacted Dixon after finding them on Yelp. They sent someone out the same day to quote the job where able to start and finish the work one day later. They did and amazing job. The next time I need some work done they will be the only company I call.

Scam artists called to have a leek where the main line comes into the house. Told me the whole line from the city shut off needed to be replaced at a cost of $8,800 which is a lot of money for anyone on a fixed income . So the next day I had another plumber over and he fixed it in about 20 minutes at a cost of $100.00. They tried to scam me but I am not stupid, just stay away from them.

Excellent and professional service at a fair price! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service and they are a locally owned and operated family business.

The Service Technician failed to provide any type of meaningful service for our basement issue. I was then charged $84.00 for zero work completed. The service occurred on January 31, 2014 at my home located in Covington, Kentucky. I needed someone to deal with my basement, which had flooded overnight. The water had potentially damaged my furnace. The Technician arrived in the morning and informed me that he would not get his feet wet because he had to work for the rest of the day and he did not have the proper footwear to access the furnace. He then proceeded to tell me that my furnace was likely broken beyond repair and his advice was to remove the water from the basement and then open the furnace for several weeks in order to let it dry out and that it might work then. As noted before, the date of this incident was January 31, 2014. Not using my furnace for several weeks was not an option.
The entire time he was at my home, which lasted for approximately 20 minutes, he did not leave the steps of the basement and made no attempt to even open the furnace. He then proceeded to tell me what I could do to avoid water in the basement with his recommendation being that I make a homemade sump pump. He then offered other worthless advice until I stopped and asked him if there was anything that he could do to repair the furnace. He said no and I then told him his services were no longer needed. Despite not even looking at the furnace he then charged me $84.00 for the service call. As an afterthought he contacted his supervisor who asked if I wanted someone else to come to the house to remove the water; however, due to the technicians noted incompetence, I declined. I then called another company who had the furnace running the same day. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I will never call this company again for any type of service.

VERY overpriced. I recommend shopping around before settling on their price. Seems like they're trying to take advantage of people.

Work performed on time and correctly, however, similar repair in January was $125 which was their minimum because it only took approx 15 minutes. Today fixed another leaking faucet, approx 15 minutes and cost was $240! He did give pricing before performing the work, but I wish I'd asked on the phone before taking time to schedule a call. Contacted the office and spoke with service manager (Ryan) who said it was a new billing structure they've recently implemented. Be warned, if you're a returning customer you may be in for a shock and if you're a new customer, you may want to get other quotes first. I won't be using again.

Beware: these people do good work, however they are very expensive. I had a short connection under the sink pipe hookup that took approx. 1 hour and they charged $400.00. Get the price before they start the work.

I used Halpin plumbing to redo the water line from the street to my house. Darrel came out and gave me an estimate and explained exactly what he would do. His estimate was much more reasonable than others I received. The work was scheduled for yesterday and he said he would be there at 8:30. He showed up right on time (actually a minute early) and got right to work. He worked hard all day and was complete quicker than he estimated. He did a really good job and was great to work with. Looking back, since he finished by 3pm I should have had him give me estimates on other plumbing stuff around the house, as I would totally use Halpin plumbing again.

Plumbers were able to come ahead of schedule and fix primary call issues and any secondary issues they found. Another top team we had to fix and update our newly acquired old house.

They quoted me around $14,000 to fix a sewer problem, the same problem was detected by another company, Zinns plumbing, and they noted it was on city property...they called the city and it was fixed immediately...Zinns charged me around $250...wouldn't you think that cme knew that, I do...

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He feel he took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.
She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.
This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
I told my mother to never call this man again and to warn her friends as well.
