Jesse is a licensed Master Plumber with 35 years of experience. From new construction to remodels Jesse has seen it all and now he brings his experience to you. In addition to the reliable filter and softener service you have always known from American Water, you can now get a full array of Master Plumbing services. This is why we are now called American Water and Plumbing. Susan has been running the office for the last twenty years. She is the voice you hear when you call. She is friendly and knowledgable as she helps you find just the right product for your filter or softening system. Jesse and Susan own and operate American Water and Plumbing as a family business. With 5 children and 6 grandchildren, family has always been the motivating force behind what they do. This is why you are treated like family

We had a whole house water softener and reverse osmosis system installed
and we immediately noticed the difference in our water softness and quality.
After deciding from the ample choices, they were here within a few days
after scheduling the installation, which only took a few hours. Jesse did a
very thorough job explaining the new system and also removed & disposed
of our old water softener. We were also very pleased with the overall cost and warranty. We highly recommend this company.

Really wanted to support a local business, but didn't get called back twice about a whole house filter. Once in 2020 and again this year. Even after giving them all our info including photos. Seems like we just fell through the cracks.
