I sent this to Anderson Hills Plumbing one week ago. I called them out to snake a drain pipe. They tried multiple times and apparently broke the pipe. We paid them almost $1300 to fix a problem they created. They bolted from the house and did not follow up. This is the email I sent to them:
We have relied on Anderson Hills Plumbing since we have lived here, nearly 17 years. Our experience yesterday was not at all what we expected. Your service providers cleaned the drain and were packing to leave when they noticed water running out of the soffit outside. In cleaning the pipe, they broke the pipe. In the process of repairing the pipe, they removed the bathroom vanity and sink, breaking the backsplash. The larger issues was the condition of our home when they left. It was unacceptable.
I am attaching pictures I took with my phone. There is a hole in the soffit and holes and damage to internal drywall. The vanity and sink must be reinstalled after the bathroom walls are repaired. We estimate the cost for our contractor the complete this work is $500, or approximately five hours.
Based on our long-standing relationship with you, we ask you to reimburse us $500 to complete this work. In the meantime, we are living without a working vanity and a mess. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
I closed with photos and contact phone numbers. As of right now, 9 pm, one week later, I haven't heard anything from Anderson Hill Plumbing. To say that am dissatisfied is an understatement. I am angry. And I am paying someone else to fix the problems they created.
