Couldn't have asked for any better.  Initially called and got a full message box.  Someone called back quickly. Family run business that is professional and on time.   We called around 4 pm and they said they would be able to install a new water heater the next morning.   At 9:13 am I was called to verify we were home.  By 9:38 they were in the driveway.   No we got held up on another job.  No calls saying they would be a little late etc.   Dan was professional and friendly.  Our daughter even talked to him.  It is pretty rare for her to talk to strangers.   He was respectful of my husband who was in a work meeting downstairs.  In and out quickly.  Job done as discussed.  They bill you so no awkward writing out of a check or fiddling with a credit card machine.   My husband even tried to tip them and they refused the tip.  Super happy with the service we received.  A good plumber is hard to find.    We would highly recommend this company

This plumbing company is awesome. They show up on time, know how to fix everything and there is no sticker shock at their pricing.  They were easy to work with and very professional. I had two other plumbers out before them to fix a sink hookup with no success.  Feichtner fixed it in about 15 minutes.

Greg and Connor did an excellent job providing plumbing/gas for the rennovation and new addition to our house in West Chester. They were friendly, professional and expert in their field. My husband and I will certainly recommend them.

I now understand why Feichtner Bros Plumbing has been receiving 5 stars consistently. I need some light plumbing done so I turned to yelp for info. Called them up and soon later one of the brothers was in our house fixing things that we didn't even know where to start.
My favorite thing about Feichtner Bros is that it is a family company. It seems that all brothers are part of it. They are really nice, professional and do an excellent job. First time I called, I need to know how much would it cost for them to come out and fix a toilet, clogged sink and a couple of other minor things. They informed me that it is hard to give an estimate because they are not there which I understood but they also gave me a ball park amount based on what I described. My bill was within $10 of the estimate! I was amazed and impressed so I called them again for an outside faucet replacement. Once again, they showed up on time, got the job done in the record time and a few days later I received a bill that was $7 within the estimate.
I am so happy I found Feichtner Bros and can now have a piece of mind because I know they will do a good job for any plumbing issue I could have in the future.

We have used this company a few times with no issues. However, there was an issue on the last job they did. All has been resolved to our satisfaction. They have done a good job overall and they aim to please so I recommend Feichtner Plumbing to others.

Wow! What incredibly great service. My wife and I relocated back to Cincinnati, and realized our water heater wasn't producing hot water. I found, called and connected with Dan, who walked me through a troubleshooting sequence and said to call back if that didn't work. It didn't work so I called him back. He had me take a few photos and made the simplest of observations, solving our problem and making us extremely happy. It's amazing to know their are services businesspeople who actually care about others, who are empathetic to their situations, and who go out of their way to help. He is #1 on our list from this day forward. Thank you Dan!

Excellent work.  These guys are true professionals.  Dan the owner is very responsive and did a great job of making me comfortable.  Greg the tech they sent is very knowledgeable, expert at explaining the problems and was in and out of here in a couple hours.  His work was impeccable.

Super job from these gents. Came in on time and not only fixed my main plumbing issue but were able to repair my kitchen faucet in the same hour! Efficiency, friendliness and value. If you live within their work radius, you should definitely do business with them. A breath of fresh air in the Cincinnati service arena.

Feichtner Plumbing came out to my home to fix a clogged vent and to make long story short there was a miss communication when it came to the bill. At the end of the day the owner was more than happy to make things right.  All and all I believe Feichtner Plumbing is out to do honest work!  Thanks again!

These guys have 5 star reviews for a reason. We had a clogged drain on a Sat night that was causing a leak in our basement ceiling. We submitted an inquiry via Yelp and the business was quick to respond. On Monday morning, they came out, evaluated the issue, and fixed it in ~3 hrs. Collin was on time, efficient, professional, and explained the issues and our options clearly. We've previously used two other local plumbers and their services seemed very overpriced. In contrast, the bill we received from Feichtner was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. I will definitely use them again.

Used these guys several times for my house and some investment properties. They show up on time work relatively fast and the bills I receive are always reasonable.

I cannot say enough good things about Feichtner Plumbing- from the start of my request for a plumber Dan the owner was in touch within a couple hours. After talking with MANY different places he was the only one to give me a rough estimate of pricing for what I wanted without having to come out and charge a service charge like most shops do. Pricing was very reasonable - actually the least I've paid for similar jobs in the past. The employees that came called ahead of their arrival to make sure I'd be there, showed up on time, and worked their tails off to get everything I asked for done even when one such project didn't seem possible, and walked me through everything once complete to make sure I understood what they did and how to use everything - true professionals. This is the only plumber I'll be calling for all my needs going forward- you should do the same.

Professional. I wasn't skeptical as to why the reviews were so great but after using them, I get it. Colin came out and was amazing. Owner is extremely responsive. I'm not using another plumber in Cincinnati. Pricing is higher than the other companies in the area but I will gladly pay it and then some. These guys take pride and know what they are doing. Customer for life.

These guys are great, great, great! They'd be there on a moment's notice when the basement flooded. Always attentive to my old plumbing. Super high quality work and reasonable prices. (PS: They were my plumbers of choice for at least 10 of my 26 years in Cincinnati. I've moved out west, but I'll never find a better plumbing service than the Feichtner Bros.)

The service here is top notch. Called them for a leak in my shower, and they had it fixed and looking/operating better than ever. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. Do not hesitate to deal with them.
