HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric and Drains

My parents called HELP when their sewer line backed up into their home because they saw the ad that they will unclog ANY line for $97. Well when HELP got their they quoted them $5900. Then after they started the job they put a camera inside and told them them it would be another $2000 to flush out the line. Overall they ended up spending $7995. My parents are 82 years old and on a fixed budget and I feel they were misled by HELP. The worst part is after all was said and done MSD came out and said they would have blown out the line for them for FREE. The people at HELP come across as very nice but they are not honest. They also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well my parents are not at all satisfied and still have a looming credit card bill.

We needed Help so my 75 years young mother called HELP because her Ac unit was bad they came out that day and professionally diagnosed the problem came back next day (Saturday) and replaced the whole system even replaced line set that was too small for previous installation. We are very happy with HELP they took great care of my Mom and are very professional and outstanding in customer service and a great price to

Scam artists called to have a leek where the main line comes into the house. Told me the whole line from the city shut off needed to be replaced at a cost of $8,800 which is a lot of money for anyone on a fixed income . So the next day I had another plumber over and he fixed it in about 20 minutes at a cost of $100.00. They tried to scam me but I am not stupid,just stay away from them.

I'm updating my review because the manager contacted me and made great efforts to work with me and make things right. He had Nick come back to my house and I had them complete the work. They did a quality job and were very professional.

As always look at Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints before believing  all the reviews you read on any site for any service company .

I have been a HELP customer for years.  And year after year, they continue to impress.  I have used HVAC; electric and plumbing services.  My latest experience with HELP plumbing technician:  Donovan was another good one!

I was selling my home and had never had any work done on my unit. I contacted HELP and had them come out and do an evaluation and tune-up. They educated me on what I needed done to ensure that it was in working order for potential buyers.  My tech was absolutely amazing and I honestly felt safe and trust the information he gave me. I will definitely be using them in my new home for more than just HVAC.

Have had HELP to the home three times.  Once for a shower repair.  Excellent communication, reliable, on time, but seemed a bit pricey.  Had them out again for an HVAC issue.  Buying their annual plan differed cost.  Again, great communication, reliable on time.  Had them out a third time when AC was not working properly.  They charged $485 for a thermostat that should have cost no more than $150.  So good company - Safe, reliable, etc.  BUT VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Terrible customer service.  They cancel and try to reschedule EVERYTIME (literally every single time, no joke)!  They get you to sign up for a $10/mo membership that gives you discounted services and an annual heat & cooling tune-up and then cancel on you.  It feels like a SCAM!  

Please choose a different company, one with good reviews and a good reputation!  I was flexible the first few times because I understand the labor shortages, etc. but this has just gotten ridiculous.

help pluning is good but we had to wit on the phone phone beacuse we had a pluming issue in are back yard so we had to call theam back to have theam come back out to redig the  sumpump in the ground but still 5 out of 10

This review is for HELP electrical.  Scheduled service about 3 weeks ago.  Initial appointment was 11 days out.  Got a call day before that club members have priority and now need to reschedule.  So, second appointment scheduled 9 days out.  Got a call at about 4 pm day before date of appointment that they need to reschedule again.  So, this sounds like it would go on forever.  Very Bad Service.  No stars if I could.

Thanks Brandon Jasper for a job well done!  He extended the stem to a light fixture that I hated and turned it into something that I can now feature with pride.  I always call HELP when I want the job done correctly.  Brandon will be my go to electrician.

Revising my review... Help saw this posting and reached out to me about the problems we had.  They offered two things.... 1) They were to refund $240 back to the credit card we used to provide compensation for the excessive damages to the pantry which they have now done; and 2) they were going to have another company repair the damages to the tub which we have not heard a thing about.  I agreed to take down the posting only once all this has been done, however only one out of two things they promised has happened...

I have used Help in the past and decided to use them again when I got married and moved into a new house when the shower plumbing started leaking.  The guys arrived and had to leave because they didn't have all the parts to do the job????  It is on their commercial that they never have to do that because they carry everything with them???? Came back hours later and started work.  Then left for an extended lunch.  Arrived back at the house and kept at it until late.  It was a total of 12 hours between when they first arrived until they left.  They still weren't done, because after they said the job was finished we took showers and that flooded our basement.  So had them back,  apparently they forgot to install a diverter.  Back to the place they go to get their parts and he came back to finish.  Or we thought he was because this time we decided to check to prevent another flood and it was a good thing we did because it was still leaking.   Another call, more days without a shower.  This time asked they send a different tech.  Finally got it resolved.  But in the process the first guys damaged the tub surface.  We were told someone would call us to help us get it fixed from their company and no one did.  AND in the process they wrecked my pantry that was on the backside of the wall they had to go through.  I will NEVER recommend them again to anyone.

Zach Gibbs was polite, professional and on time.  We had a shower leaking through our ceiling and he needed to cut through the drywall to figure out the problem.  He made sure to cover all of our furniture completely to ensure nothing got drywall on it and was able to quickly figure out the problem and make suggestions on next steps.  Highly recommend!
